Well maintained facilities, staff is friendly. Weve had our storage unit there for a very long time and have never had a problem. Good location, but a little difficult to get to if you live north of them. Weekend hours have been a problem a few times but nothing major.

Not good service. We had a reservation but they told us to go and try to get the U-Haul from another station and that they were short of staff and I dont know how it concerned giving us what we had reserved.

Whoever is answering the phone has such a nasty attitude. I was trying to find out if I left something in one of the vehicles and the man on the phone catching an attitude for just going to check in the vehicle I rented. Had the wrong number but I asked him was this the one on Dairy Ashford and he said yes.

Vehicle has to be return to the same location? most uhaul dont do that

We saw a guy cleaning but didnt know he was the rep.. he was right next to us not once he said please give me a minute. Good morning Ill be there in a minute.. is amazing to me that customer service doesnt exist anymore....we left and went to our usual place even so they didnt have the truck size we needed....

This is by far the worst U-Haul you could ever go to please avoid at all costs management is horrible they dont open at the hours that they post and theyre extremely rude to the customers

One of the worst customer services I’ve experienced. Very rude lady kicked us out of the store because we were “ too many people “ when it was only 3. She yelled and kept cutting us off, and they were wearing no masks. Overall not good.

Just wanted to take a moment and say Maria was awesome and made my reservation seamless and she set me up for a successful move. Had everything I needed to move

The young lady at the front desk was kind of rude to me into two other customers that were standing in line so really she needs to get her act togetherand feel maybe thats why she has all the trucks there cuz of her attitude it has to change so that she can draw in more

They have all size trucks for moving. We hired the uhaul helpers. They moved everything to and from our new and old apartments within 30 minutes.

The service was fast, the staff was friendly, and the establishment was clean and well maintained. The reason Im only giving it 4 stars is due to the poor condition of the ignition in the truck I rented. Every time I attempted to start the truck, it took several attempts (sometimes several minutes of attempts) to get the key to turn. Had I been informed of this prior to use, it wouldnt have been that big of a deal. However, it was only brought to my attention upon my returning of the truck.

Nice folks working here. Be aware that the prices in the window dont include taxes and fees. Its a lot more to rent a truck than youd think. Avis might be cheaper.

The inside storage is closed at 7. Office staff is rude.

Made a reservation for a 10:15AM truck pick-up, not knowing that we had an hour window to pick it up. The confirmation e-mail I had received the night before did not state this. I show up at 11:24AM (9 mins late) to pick up the truck and am told the truck is no longer available and that my reservation had expired by an older Hispanic woman. She said that truck had already been booked and driven off the lot. While I find that VERY hard to believe that all of that happened in 9 minutes, that’s fine, my mistake. What was terrible was her tone and lack of customer service. I work in customer service and what should have happened was the following: “I’m sorry you weren’t aware of this policy, let me see if I can help you make a reservation somewhere else.” This woman was rude and not helpful. I was shocked when NOT ONE of the store employees offered to help us as they saw us in a bit of panic. To make matters worse, I called back to get the woman’s name so I could submit a formal complaint to corporate, and RICK answered. He said that the ‘281’ number I was calling was not to the store on Dairy Ashford and that he was located in the corporate office. He most certainly is not, he works at this location and gave false information. I was able to call back and got her name. It is Cindy. These people should be working in the back of the store where they do not have to interact with people, or should be let go. I would not want them interracting or deceive my customers. I’m so disappointed and have also filed a complaint with U-Haul’s ACTUAL corporate office.

Got just what I needed (boxes only). Was in & out in less than 5 minutes.

They will keep charging you once you’ve moved out of your unit. Even if you don’t have autopay or a card on file.Might as well cancel your card after dealing with them.

I went looking for boxes. They had one overworked staff member and a long line of customers. The staff member did not acknowledge anyone as they came in. After a long wait, I left without buying anything.

Just called and was put on hold forever, then when I called back the last didnt even say hello this time or even ask me to hold, she says hold please and puts me back on hold. Very rude. I guess I wont be doing business here.
