I lost my phone the night before and after finally giving up recovering it I went to this store to replace it. I was greeted promptly by Billy, in and out within about a half hour with a new, working phone. Matt was also really helpful. Both great guys. The experience was exceptional.
Billy had such patience with me and my mother! Helping us switch from a different provider! He made the whole experience worth it! Highly recommend switching to At&t (IN PERSON) at the Hudson store!!!
I was so stressed setting up my new at&t phone. I went to at&t store in Hudson Wi, Matthew set up my new phone in a VERY short time. It was wonderful. The team there was Awesome
I’ve been wanting to write a review for a while. I’ve gone in twice now for issues with my phone. The first time I went in wanting to get my phone fixed because my sound wasn’t working and they ended up selling me a new phone and plan. When they brought out my new phone the guy working with me literally took off his shoe and was rubbing in between his toes and then went and touched my phone all over! DISGUSTING!! And he was very rude and condescending. I didn’t like him. The second time I went in I had the same guy and he was just as rude and condescending. Made fun of me and was very stereotypical. I was very uncomfortable. Also asked very personal questions. Tried to get out of there as fast as I could.
Billy is amazing took the time to help me out and Im old school! So I appreciate him taking the time to help me out! Ill send all friends and Family to the store!
April gave me excellent customer service. She was polite and very knowledgeable. I was so thrilled. Billy came by and contributed to the situation nicely. Very grateful for such pleasant assistance from both April and Billy!I went back five days later and received (again) excellent customer service from Billy and DJ. They helped us technologically, we bought two new iPhones and had fun doing it. Wonderful experience. We will be back! Thank you!
We were in the store on Monday, worked with Billy for 2.5 hrs, he bounced between us & 3-5 other customers. We made a huge purchase, JIMO, 2 phones, upgrade our plan & bought ear pods pro, pretty much promised us the moon & when I called on Wednesday he couldn’t remember us. All that comes to mind is a used car salesman that needs to make the sale. To resolve our issues he referred me to 611 that hopefully resolved our issues. We’ve been with AT&T since 98, I’m hoping that the tech at 611 was on the level, he seemed to be on the up & up. Keeping my fingers crossed.
I was at the Hudson WI Att Store about 12:30 PM. I had a question about a app. I was trying to down load and maybe get a updated Phone. The guy was busy so I sat down. Another customer came in and out of the back room another guy came up and asked me what I need. I told him,he took care of the female, and went to the back room. Another Customer came in and out of the back room a guy who was out there before went to the new customer. So I left. Because of this incident, I will be changing phone companies. Ive been with AT&T for 15 plus years. But no more.
Patronizing, disrespectful, rude! 2 out of 3 employees in the store acted like they were on drugs. This was the worst retail experience we have had in 20 years. Read the reviews! The owner/company obviously doesnt give two hoots. Youve been warned.
Phone service was expected, while there inquired about the direct TV box. Staff person named at her a brand of canning jars was more than happy to make a sale, while helping another customer. Worked with both of us. When working with both of us we are pretty sure a couple got our box designed to provide coverage of western Florida. Our box did not have the package we paid for. After a week we brought the Direct TV box back to the store to return it. Mason could not match the box serial number with our account. Said we needed to work with customer service and ship from home. Well after speaking with two wonderfully helpful (seriously, they know more than in store staff not looking to make a sale) we were told we needed to return the box at the store it was purchased from. Back to the store we went, 40 miles one way. Spent a nice amount of time in the Hudson store again, they do play nice tunes while waiting, just loud enough to make it hard to hear sales staff. They again couldn’t match our account with the serial number on the box. Said leave it here and we will get it returned. This was August 11th. We did take a great pic that I’ll post of the store manager with our box and informs of our account. Move forward to September 13th, we got billed for not returning box and service charge. Wife stopped in and did a great Karen(modern slang, use Wikipedia!) when asked for help she said I have a complaint loud enough for all store patrons to hear. Matt the store manager when I’m back and brought out the box we had left with him four weeks earlier. He was remorseful enough to provide use the email of the district manger who would be fixing the issue. We emailed he district manager with our issue of poor service and being charged for unreturned box and service. It’s the 22nd today. We have yet to hear anything from the district manager. So yes we like the cell coverage that AT&T provides in western wi. This store provides inadequate service and when escalating our issue has received no response. I know they are a busy store, however be well aware they seem to sell and not follow up on their word or actions. So 0 stars isn’t low enough at this point, as customers we have completed EVERY responsibility we have been asked to do. Local staff have failed miserably.

2 bad experiences: 1st- upgradrd my phone several yrs ago. Told to use the trade option and it would pay for my galaxy watch with my old phone. Just mail in box. New phone came along with box. Mailed old phone. Never received. Never got discount! Paying for both.Went in today to ask for help tranafering photos from phone ro computer because I dont know how. Both techs helping other customers. One said to sit down but also told me he wasnt tech. Waited 15 minutes . Other guy came. Briefly tried. Had me take case off. Said it would take longer. Did mention cell repair store 2 doors down. Thankful I went there. They had it done in under 5 minutes!
Used to be a customer and work at this store and let me tell you, this company is run horribly. First, they will change plans and add insurance without telling you but show you prices on everything bundled instead. Next, they shadily will push products like watches, tablets, and new lines, not because it benefits you, but because it benefits their numbers.and commission. Regarding DirecTV, they push and push it, again for numbers, and can end up screwing you over in the long run big time. As far s Google reviews, my first day, they had me use ask of my Google accounts to leave positive reviews so their number didnt drop under a 4.0. They also regularly let employees go, saving themselves hundreds of dollars each person in commission and screwing the employee out of everything they earned, when they had great months. Dont give them your business or time, go to Woodbury instead.

When I had trouble switching my iCloud to my new phone, they didnt give up until I could have my new phone up and running.They truly exceeded my expectations.If you are In the market for new service or an upgrade stop in and see them.....you wont be disappointed.
Went in to sign up for a home wireless plan and decided to change over my whole Mobile plan since they have a cell tower 1.5 mi from my home, unfortunately my signal is as bad or worse than my old carrier and they dont have any boosters that they can supply me with. 😩

We stopped in to switch service providers, knowing that AT&T has the best cell coverage. I was impressed with customer service, they were busy, but did well attending to all their customers! I felt valued due to the prompt and organized staff. We switched 3 phones and they were very knowledgeable and helpful! Matt worked with us and was fabulous!!
The employees at this store are pushy, condenseding, and belligerent. I renewed contract and bought new phones in March of 2021. At that time they added insurance to my new contract without discussion.Recently my charging cord stopped working. After calling ATT customer service and they said since Im under warranty I can exchange cords at the Hudson store. Went to store and arrogant employee said I have to contact Samsung! Eventually he grabbed a replacement cord out of the drawer and handed it to me in a huff. I dont see myself ever going to this store ever again. Maybe not even renew next time with ATT as well.

Went to this location while my car was being serviced at Hudson chevy. My phones problems were not fixed and I was literally shoed away with his hand saying he had other customers to deal with. Uncomfortable experience wont be going back to this store.

The last almost year with AT&T has been a nightmare for me. I’m having several issues with my account and I’ve called customer service and gone into the store several times to get help and each time I go in they listen to me for 30 seconds ask for my phone they call customer service hand the phone back to me and tell me to talk with them. Each I call it’s an hour or more on the phone and no one ever seems to be able to help me and the people in the store don’t seem to want to help me. I’m a customer for almost 6 years to date with a bill of $525 a month. I am currently looking for a new provider.
UPDATE ... So, the agent that I worked with at the store changed my plan without telling us. We were enrolled in a program we did not ask to be enrolled in and lost some features of the service we used regularly. I had to call AT&T to get this fixed.Also, the owner of the store responded to my review and asked me to e-mail their customer service e-mail. I have sent them two messages and have not received any response.You should avoid the Hudson, WI AT&T store. When we were there (which turned out to be all day Saturday) it was understaffed. Those employees who were there did not seem overly knowledgeable about products and processes to get things done.For instance, their WiFi service was overloaded and rather than talking customers through phone to phone data transfers via Bluetooth, they kept pushing more people onto the WiFi service to do backups to move to a new phone. Customers were there for several hours after committing to buy a new phone or other device. It was terrible.Towards the end of the day employees were recommending that customers take the phones home, complete the backup, and then return another day to complete the transaction.Woodbury AT&T is worth the additional 15 minute drive. I got new phones for my wife and I and started the transaction around 11:30 am and didn’t get home until after 7 pm - and that was primarily because I ignored the salesperson’s repeated suggestions to back up the phone to iCloud and finally just transferred the data via Bluetooth.
First of all, I usually dont take time out to write reviews but...Stopped in to upgrade hubbys phone last weekend. Was unimpressed with customer service. Clerk was bouncing around from person to person, never had any real personal customer service. He brought out a couple of phones from back room, took em out of the box, said little about them and walked away with the phones to talk to someone else.Hubby wanted to look at one of the phones but the clerk just walked away as if he had better things to do. He didnt ask us if we had any questions or anything. Hubby and I just looked at each other and were like what the heck was that all about.We went home and bought a phone online; better selection anyway.
This is hands down the best ATT store I have been to and never go anywhere else for service anymore. The guys there are amazing they are always so helpful and full of laughs.
Cory, the store manager is really a cellphone genius. He, and the others in this store, took time to explain the details. We both had a lot of questions and Cory answered them all, we were never rushed even though they were a bit busy.
They staff was fast and 100% on everything I needed. The staff handles everything I needed. I love the Hudson store. I never have a problem with them and I prefer them over the phone AT&T.

I had bought a new Note 20 Ultra online! Stopped in because I was having issues with poor signal! I was using my old Sim from my Note 9. Because the Sim that came with the phone wouldnt work! I wanted a new sim for my new phone! Or load the one that came with it! The sales representative said its working fine because it was pulling 5g, and he was the professional! Still having issues! Never had poor signal on my note 9! Except when I first got it! After two new sim cards it finally worked properly! Still running my Note 9 Sim in my Note 20 Ultra! Still having Signal issues! Especially driving! Google Maps fails, Bluetooth music stops, hands free wont respond! And yet my new tablet works just fine! Using that in the vehicle because the Note 20 Ultra is unreliable! SIM My guess!

I absolutely loved going to at&t to get my new phone today. The customer service was excellent pure perfection to be honest. If I could I would give them a billion stars for how great the employees there are. They worked fast and even were so kind and asked how I was and about myself it was awesome. I have never felt so welcomed for my business and so happy by a places service as I did when I bought my phone. I even got a free forget spinner which was absolutely awesome. I can guarantee my business to at&t for years to come. They are absolutely kind and respectful very knowledgeable and just amazing. Thank you at&t Hudson store for such a grand expierance.

Wish I could post lower than one. When we opened our account we were pushed to get the free iPad mini. The store manager told us that it was not linked to our account and we could just sell it. Our fault for not reading everything, but yes, it was linked to our account and we were required to keep it for 2 years.Next, my daughter cracked her screen. She went there to check her options and was given a price for replacement. Someone from the store talked to my wife and she denied the charge to our account (she is the sole account administrator). Then we were called back and told the replacement was non-refundable, even though it had never been authorized.Two days later my daughter got the screen replaced only to find out that some of the functions no longer worked. We were told by AT&T that we could buy a new phone with the price of the screen replacement refunded, but that was our only option.It is good to get a clear picture like this so we can feel good about leaving AT&T and never go back.
The first thing I noticed when I visited the AT&T store in Hudson was how genuinely helpful all the employees were. Melvin helped us with setting up a new account and transferring accounts over. Even though it was a tedious process as we were linking our AT&T account to DirecTV, he made the time pass quickly with his professionalism and humor. If youre in the market for an upgrade or are looking to switch carriers, I highly recommend working with Melvin (but even the employees who werent directly working with us were great, so I dont think you can go wrong).
We had an issue with our bill. It was a $200 issue and I was ready to write it off because I didn’t think they could fix it. Roman spent 45 minutes with us and talking to corporate, not taking “no” for an answer and got it resolved. He was awesome. Highly recommend working with him!! Thank you Roman!!

Ridiculously helpful and enjoyable experience. Im at a loss for words at how much fun my experience was and you dont usually associate cell phone replacement with fun. They helped me get the phone I wanted and added accessories and in store credit to replace my phone. A trip I was expecting to spend more than I wanted to on ended up costing me less than I budgeted for and I left with more!

GREAT service by Melvin. I usually dread going into an ATT store, seriously zero customer service every time. Melvin @ the Hudson store proved my theory wrong- friendly, personable, knowledgeable. I was there for a long time, but he was great through the entire process.

A year ago I wouldnt go to this store if you paid me. Sales reps, well two of them were rude and not helpful. I dont know what happened but the last 6 months till now their service and concerns for me as a customer are 100% . these are mostly young men in their twenties and they are kind, resourceful and just seem like real good people. Now they are acting rude and short on patience at the Woodbury, MN store. Go figure
When I was giving them my money they were great. I had ordered the iPhone 7 plus, they sent me the regular 7. Brought it back to the store after calling multiple times and no answer or call back. They simply looked at me like they could care less and the manager even told me I should rock this phone girl! No. I wanted what I ordered and payed for. Seems like they throw out in store credit whenever they mess up. They offered me $100 in store credit if I would keep the phone. Then went to a different location and they said they get a lot of customers from the Hudson location that say they messed up with them too. Dont waste your time with these guys. Seriously ridiculous.

Stopped in for some tech support, was greeted immediately (++), waited patiently for my turn (no problem), assoc approached to help, was called back by previous customer (all good), waiting patiently (no problem), new sales customers come thru door, I was COMPLETELY blown off!! Obviously sales are more important than customer service! TOTALLY ignored, walked out. I bought my equip from this particular location (although high turn-over, they wouldnt know that) and have been with AT&T since the dawn of time (1997, before they were who they are today!). SO disappointed.

Needed a simple fix of resetting my voicemail that hasnt been working in months. Came in and took 10 min for anyone to come out and help. Billy, the manager, reset the network settings on my phone then had my mom call AT&Ts support desk to see why that didnt work. PEOPLE COME INTO THE STORE TO HAVE REAL PEOPLE FIX THE ISSUE, NOT AN AUTOMATED ROBOT. Used to be a fan of this store but maybe the promoted the wrong manager. This guy had no idea what to do.

I travel tons, and have been to AT&T stores throughout the states. I usually land in MSP airport and usually have to go to our Lakeville Office which is next door to an AT&T, but I make over an hour drive just to work with this location. Hudson AT&T has done such an outstanding job with my family. We came up from Oregon to just get service at this location. Staff here is incredible.

I had an absurd experience here. The male employee who appeared to be in charge also appeared to be heavily under the influence of some kind of drugs. He was singing and dancing and was very jittery and twitchy and just odd. I used to live in the twin cities and such a display is not uncommon there but in this area/town I dont expect to see such things/people and it was uncomfortable.I left the store and attempted to contact customer service at the 800 number but after holding for over 30 minutes without a human greeting, I gave it up as a bad job. Thankfully, I do not have AT&T as my mobile service provider and will not have to deal with this company again!

Horrible service! Its a lot of lip service with no action. Still waiting for them to find my phone that they have had for over a month to give me a credit. They lie and say they cannot apply credit to the original way of pay, they will credit your phone bill. What????? And then it never gets done so when you call 611 customer service has NO idea what you are asking about. Stay away from this store!

Came in for a certain plan. They upsold us, but told us it was the same price. Got the bill and it was twice as much. Went back to get corrected and Billy made us use our own phones to call 611 to fix the issue. We decided instead to talk to the next open rep in the store. They claimed they could not switch our plan, even though from my previous experience it is possible. The sales reps here don’t care about the customers at all!
