I have been a customer at the Hudson Verizon for years and I have NEVER had a bad experience. Every single employee is committed to customer service. They are knowledgeable and work to ensure you are getting the best deal.I have gone to other Verizon’s and it always feels like a used car experience. They try to confuse you and pressure you. Hudson is committed to making sure you understand what you are getting. Also super patient with us non technical folks!I recommend them wholeheartedly!!

Hudson Verizon is the ONLY place to go! Our phones are pretty much our lifeline. Zach at Hudson Verizon was not only professional and knowledgeable, he went above and beyond to help me.I could not have asked for a better experience. I went elsewhere and I regretted it. Although there are other Verizon stores that are closer to me, whenever I find in necessary visit a Verizon store I always chose the one in Hudson because the staff there are always friendly as well as impressively knowledgable. I stumbled on to this wonderful place after multiple visits to other Verizon stores that failed to fix a problem. This is a wonderful place that really takes care of its customers.

You are definitely my go to store for Verizon services. I have spoken to Travis on multiple occasions before and always found him great to work with and offering honest advice.I most recently dealt with Zach regarding a problem I was having charging my Samsung Galaxy phone. I could not have been more impressed with Zachs great customer service. After I explained the problem I was having, he immediately knew what to do to fix it. My charge cord was not making a good connection because of pocket lint clogging the charging port. Zach carefully removed the lint and it now charges just like new.I came into the store thinking this was going to cost me something, a new charging cord or worse yet a new phone that I had just paid off 6 months ago. Zach took care of the problem free of any charges. A less reputable store would have tried selling me a new phone but not you guys.Keep up the good work!

UPDATE> I accepted the co-owners suggestion to stop in and found him very friendly and helpful. He reviewed all my transaction fees and verified I had received a store credit so as to honor the rebate price that was discussed. It had been done properly the first time but he wanted to make sure. He answered my usage questions and offered me a free accessory for my trouble. I appreciated that and have changed my review rating to five stars. I learned some of the issues are caused by Verizon itself, not this store. Thanks for the great customer follow-up service.I recently purchased a phone here. Next time I would ask more specific questions about the extra fees involved. No payment needed now. It will appear on your Verizon bill. was the usual answer. The receipt given is totally unhelpful and shows no amount for the rebate or rate plan. You will be charged sales tax on the price of the phone and it will be applied to your Verizon bill Yes, they will transfer your data from the old phone, but there is a fee ($10) that was never mentioned on my preliminary visit. Bring ALL your passwords and test every icon to make sure it works before leaving the store. I was told to have my apple and Verizon passwords, but needed others. Even if you have a Verizon account, there is a $40 fee for using a new phone on your old account.

I have mixed reviews about this store. Weve purchased many phones from this store over the years and have been pleased with the service in the past. We were upgrading my daughters phone and because the 2 phones we were looking at were out of stock we were given a great deal on on a display model, which we were very pleased about. However the next day, upon reviewing my receipts I saw a $15 charge for Ready? Go! Package. I had no idea what so ever what that might be as the only things I purchased were a case, screen protector and pay off for the remaining 2 payments on the phone. I called the store and was informed that this is a fee for transferring the data from the old phone. I told the associate that no one told us there was a fee for that, we had recently upgraded other phones on the contract and werent charged then, so had no reason to believe there would be any charge this time. She said that is was a new fee and when I asked that it be refunded since it was not disclosed to us, she said there was no way it could be refunded. I expressed that I was very unhappy and that I would be calling Verizon. Her response was that was fine, the only thing they could do was give me a $10 gift card toward the purchase of something in the store. I called Verizon and they said they had never heard of any such fee, but since I paid with a debit card they were unable to credit the amount on my bill, I should go back to the store and tell them this is an unauthorized fee and to refund my money. If they wont then call Verizon back while in the store and they will talk to the associate. I returned to the store, spoke with someone else and was begrudgingly refunded my money. Just beware of this newly instituted money grab if you purchase a new device from this store!

There are so many wonderful things to say about this store and especially the owners. I worked for them for a little over two years and have nothing but great things to say! I was visiting my 98 year old father in Hudson and his cellphone cracked. He really doesnt use it anymore but he loves the pictures and the contacts and he was so upset. I went to the Verizon Store to see if I could buy him a new one. I wont go into the details of how difficult it is to do something on someone elses account without changing the phone number and basically starting all over. Luckily, I was rescued by Quentin Graham, Sales Associate who made multiple phone calls and worked his magic! He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and very understanding. He really went above and beyond and my dad was able to keep his phone number and get a new phone. Thank you Quentin for making an elderly man very happy. 5 star experience!!

I have time to leave this review right now because the guy who was helping me purchase a new phone started helping some random guy--in the middle of my transaction--because he couldnt order an Uber. Are you kidding me? He has not referred the guy or me to the two other associates chatting with each other, laughing at something on their phone. 3 stars because he did help entertain my kids with a movie.Edit: the manager did get back to me only 3 hours after this incident. He assured me he would talk with his staff and use it as an educational moment. I was grateful that he listened to my complaint. These things happen, but I think this store is well managed.

(Updated) Upgraded a phone and the employees added a data plan to my line to facilitate the process (without asking me first) and then were unable to remove the data plan. Verizon was also unable to remove it so, I have to change plans that resulted in less data, and about $10 extra per month. Complained to store and to Wireless Zone cooperate and NEVER heard anything back. On 7/7, Travis, co owner of the store, contacted me, apologized and basically got it worked out. Thanks Travis.

Ive gone to this store twice in attempt to get a new phone. First time, young guy informed me that something was wrong with the computer and hed call me within the next 2 days to get my new phone/service started. He then got into his car right after i got into mine, (so it was obvious his shift was ending).. did not ever receive a call and decided it was OK and didnt care too much and that i would continue using my old phone, as a was unsure of which phone i actually wanted. I decided to go with the iPhone 6s.. so i went in tonight excited about getting a new phone. I walked in and both reps working were working with someone else, with 2 others waiting too. After about 10 minutes, One of the patrons waiting huffed and stormed out, i asked him if he was waiting and he told me he has been for 45 minutes..without being acknowledged. I also was not acknowledged the entire time, up to and including me walking out telling my children, apparently these workers do not see us! I dont mind waiting, but when someone walks into your store, you say HI, be with you shortly.. or something/ anything?!! So annoying... i will not be back to that store again. Rude and do not follow through on business promises.
