Avoid this store if at all possible. I bought a phone from them about 8 years ago. After requesting to be removed from their spam lists 4 separate times I continue to get spam texts from them. If you buy anything from this store, or give them your number expect to get flooded with spam texts until you change your phone number.

Great Customer service very friendly and professional! Lauren and I believe Mike were extremely helpful getting me a new phone after my phone was damaged beyond repair. Highly recommend going here before you go to the Mall. The mall Verizon store was useless!

I had a really good experience for my 1st time at this location! I was greeted by Hannah! She was SUPER nice! Well dressed! And very knowledgeable about products/services and could really multitask! I was in and out the store with my new iPhone 8 Plus in 30mins!Hopefully if I have any other issues she’ll be working! :)

Horrible customer service. Alex, THE MANAGER, says I dont know, or sorry brotha, more than he is helpful and he is very rude. Acts like he knows everything until you actually need to know something...Horrible. Awful. when he calls customer service he speaks to them like the customer is an idiot. Will not be back.
