Jeff Bauer the owner is very knowledgeable with all sorts of vehicles.small shop but hard worker, honest and a go getter.If in the the area or vicinity and need auto repair Birchwood is the place!

Jeff and Jerry are amazing, super knowledgeable and very informative on what the issue is that you are having. Most importantly they do everything the correct way and will not tell you you need to fix something that doesnt need to be fixed like some of the repair shops will do just to gain a buck. I highly recommend using them!

Jeff has worked on my cars for over 7 years. I have followed him wherever he went to work because of not only his superb ability as an auto mechanic but his honesty. Jeff will never charge you for something that isnt needed and will always explain to you the issue and show you on your car where the problem is. I am so happy Jeff has opened his own business.
