They were very prompt and professional with repairing my Pixel 4A 5G screen replacement. Highly recommend their service and pricing was good also.Took phone back for unrelated issue with software and while Id never recommend a Google Pixel the staff at the store were great again even though its a software issue with the phone.

Parker had helped me with replacing my broken screen. Parker reassured me that I just needed to replace my screen was all bc I thought I needed to replace more than just the screen. Overall, my experience was pretty good. I had an accident with my Switch and needed the power port fixed. The manager guaranteed our computer would be reach in 48 hours. When we called to check in 48 hours later he admitted he had not even opened the device. He should have called to let us know this and it would not have been a problem. He proceeded to tell us he would get to it when he could get to it, offering no timeframe with a bad attitude. He never once apologized.

These guys are awesome! First not only did they fix my phone to perfection but they were friendly and fun! I noticed the Frozen soundtrack playing while I waited which was awesome! Even with it being busy everyone was individually handled appropriately noone was rushed. I am definitely recommending this location to everyone I know!

My ps3 was initially bought used from another seller off eBay and with sellers you cant always guarantee the quality unfortunately the unit I bought had issues from the start games were running poorly system always crashing slow navigation on the xmb tried to find solutions online and came across this repair shop explained the issues and within 2 days i recieved the unit and was amazed by the difference pictures below.turns out that the system had to be cleaned and thermal paste needed to be re-applied which was the main cause of the system overheating and not regulating temperature properly hence heating up the system and slowing down performance.after turning on system noticed the difference right away from booting up to accessing the xmb and launching the games load times were instant and there was no delay or dips in frame rate at allWill definitely be going back again for any device repairs thank you ubreakifix 😃

I was quoted a decent price for a screen replacement, took a couple of hours and picked it up, everything looked great. When in my car going home, my phone is on Bluetooth so it wasnt until I was listening to a podcast later that night that I realized the sound from my actual phone was awful. We were leaving for a trip the following day but I called them to tell them about the sound, its like a vibration so everything coming out is just ear piercing. They told me to bring the phone in when coming back so I did. They told me it wasnt anything they did. (Note that I have never one time had a speaker/sound issue in the entirety of owning my phone and they had my phone knowing my sound quality was just fine ) I then would have to pay for them to fix the issue. Im only writing this to say, after researching screen replacements and the speaker being messed up afterwards is actually pretty common so they knew. Making a customer pay for their faulty work is bad customer service. Period.

Who wouldve thought about creating a business, that could do what the creators of technology would not do... and at a fair price? Kudos to these guys! They are fair, upfront, honest, & timely... What more do you want?

INTEGRITY!!!!I went by their store because I thought my battery needed to be replaced in my mobile phone. However, they said they would check it 1st and see what condition the battery was in. After checking the phone he informed me that the battery probably did not quite yet need to be replaced. He could have just changed the battery and taken my money. But they didnt charge me a penny and told me to come back later when it was ready to be replaced. That is what I call integrity.

This was the best customer service I have ever experienced. The guys took my computer, did a free diagnostic workup, and were able to figure out what was going on in about a half day. I havent had any issues thus far. I had taken it to the big box guys before and they wanted to replace things that obviously werent necessary. Fix and brought my Samsung laptop back to life. Like doctors but for electronics!! I Googled the issue and no one really knows why, even tried factory reset to no avail. Had an appt scheduled after explained issue with daughters phone and what we needed. We went in and they said just discovered they didnt have parts and screen needed. Asked to come back later in week. Came back few days later and told may take 3 or so hours. Drove the 30 min back home to take daughter to work and wait for call phone ready. After we received the phone and everything it looked good, just was a pain to start process.

They fixed my Samsung Galaxy S10 that had the glass in front of the screen shattered. They replaced the glass and gave me a new battery for less than other repair shops were going to charge just for the glass replacement. It is also reassuring to know that they are authorized by Samsung. My phone looks brand new and the staff was really friendly. I would highly recommend this place for electronic repairs.

The in-store representative was not friendly or welcoming. The worker suggested that I should buy used or new products and not get them repaired. The online chat representative has better customer service.

AUSTIN! This guy helped me fix my note 10+ and I have never been treated with as good and with the utmost respect. I will go back just because of him. The rest of the team was awesome as well stayed later to make sure I got my phone back. I cant explain enough how amazing the customer service is. Hands down its a 2 hour drive for me but I will make the drive even after warranty ends just to have the customer service this company gives. Other companies could really learn from these guys especially Austin.

This place is fantastic! My iPhone quit charging, so I made an appointment online to have it looked at. Five minutes later, Noah called and said to bring it by to take a look at it. I was thinking a new charger port was needed, and was prepared to pay for one. However, Noah said it probably just needed to be cleaned.20 minutes after making the appointment, I was at the location and Noah was working on the phone. 10 minutes later, it was cleaned and now charges like new. The best part is that it was free (although I would’ve gladly paid!)Thanks again...I’ll be back soon when I break this thing for real!

Was told they could fix anything electronically wrong with my phone, as long as it wasnt physically damaged. WRONG. Supposedly the battery do-dad messed up and they couldnt do anything about it. They referred me to another company that wanted $600 to retrieve my data.

Had my iPhone 6 charging port loos and thought it needs to be replaced. I waited exactly 10 minutes while they were taking a look at it and turned to be full of dirt so they cleaned it and now its working fine and they didnt charge me nothing. These guys are Pros and Honest and I do highly recommend them.

Ive dealt with uBreakiFix three times now. Each time for something different. One of those times they discussed my issue over the phone and told me they didnt think there was anything they could do to help. This most recent time they removed something lodged in my headphone jack on my laptop, and did it for no charge. The first time I took something to them, it was a cell phone with a cracked screen. They did an excellent job at replacing the screen. I highly recommend their service and I appreciate their willingness to tell me when they cant help me versus letting me drop something off and having to pay for a diagnosis. Excellent customer service!

Do not give these places your PIN or pattern. There is no reason to trust them with your credentials. If they want to test the replacement screen after a repair, you should be present.That aside, my repair went badly. The replacement screen flickers and changes colors.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!!!They replaced a screen for my sons phone and we had to come back because they didn’t do it right. So after the SECOND one you would have thought it would have been right... NOPE. So as mad as I was I brought my son back to the store. Problem is I went to look at the phone and dropped it. The guy I talked to at the store said “let me call the owner and see what I can do because you have all these notes in the system and he said he could tell regardless that it wasn’t installed correctly”. So he comes back and says “the owner said I can replace it for half price “. WHY should I have to pay anymore for a job that wasn’t even done right to begin with? I asked who the owner was and he said he doesn’t like anyone to know who he is.... WHAT?! Wow. Pretty shady if you ask me. Justin would be pretty disappointed I bet that there’s an owner making his business look bad that he built. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. I’ve used uBreakiFix MANY times and this location is the only one I’ve ever had issues with.

I took my iPhone 6s Plus in to be fixed, I had a shattered screen. The first man who helped me, fixed my phone for two hours which was perfectly fine . When I got home my phone started to act up, it started to die at 90 percent so I took my phone back in, only for the second man to tell me to get a new phone or I could pay 40 dollars to have a new battery. I found this ridiculous considering the fact that I already paid almost 100 dollars to have my screen fixed . So I left because clearly the second man wasn’t going to help me, a few weeks later I sat my phone on the counter as it died once again that day . I accidentally knocked my phone off the counter ( the counter isn’t very high and I had a case and a screen protector on my phone ) after it fell, I picked it up thinking it would be completely fine . The whole screen shattered, this incident was my fault but the others where not .At this point I wish that I never got it fixed

They did a great job repairing the cracked screen on my Samsung Galaxy S10 5G. I called at 10 am when they opened and they had a replacement screen there the next day. Their price was cheaper than others I had shopped in the area and their replacement screens are genuine Samsung and carry the original manufacturers warranty without voiding it. They were communicative and friendly throughout the process. Their work was top notch as well.

Charles did such a great job walking me through my repair options for my first laptop and gave me free advice about my second mini-laptop which was only experiencing lack of memory (an external drive is required). He also left me a timely voicemail message following up on the status of my device. When I called the next day, Nathaniel additionally gave me ample information about the anti-virus software programs that they recommend. Im so happy that they were able to swiftly resolve my laptop issues!

We just found UBreakifix and so glad we did. What a pleasure it was. I brought my laptop in as it was not updating to windows 10 and also had a home screen pop-up. Trustworthy - I was sent to UbreakiFix via Verizon due to what they thought was an antenna issue. The tech at UbreakiFix took my phone apart to fix the problem...only to find a few loose wires. I believe the wire issues was thanks to a different phone repair place replacing my battery several weeks ago. I am definitely not a tech guy so I would not have known what was done to my phone while in the hands of these guys. Luckily for me, they were honest and told me no antenna was needed and only a wire or two needed to be reconnected. They gained a life long customer after this experience.

Unlike with Apple Support that charged me $40 to tell me to bring my phone to the Genius Bar-if they (ubreakitiFix) are unable to fix it, they dont charge you. The technician who repaired my phone was very professional and helpful to explain how the damage could have occurred. And they were able to accommodate my repair as a walk in and the repair was done in less than an hour!

I went to UbreakiFix to have both my husbands and my phones fixed. My phone had no battery on my phone, and my husbands phone would turn on and make noise, but the screen stayed black and nonfunctional. The guys here fixed our phones, and both of them work wonderfully and look good. It was great service and more affordable than other places.
