Jamil took excellent care of my PC, he was very thorough with his diagnostics, he found and replaced my motherboard battery, found out that the new battery that I bought from a battery company in Augusta GA put in the wrong battery that would have burnt out my laptop. He replaced the charging port which fixed the overall issue. I highly recommend Matt and his team! Thank you so very much! You have a customer for life!

I will never go there again. They wipe out all my apps for my laptop. When I went back they were very rude and told me if they put word on my laptop they dont want to see me again.

Matt was very professional and easy to work with. Needed a new screen and battery for my iPhone 8 plus and he quoted great price for screen and did battery half off, also had a glass screen protector added for 25% off. He even dug into his inventory so I could get a new case and he gave me 25% off that. For less than $180 I feel like I have a brand new phone. He also quoted 60- 90 minutes for repairs and totally hit the mark there as well. Not often that I find a business so easy to work with and exceeds expectations! Highly recommend!

Called store and spoke with Joshua to get a new battery for my iPhone 7 and he said come by and will take about an hour. They had difficulty when the old battery came out and the home button wouldn’t work. They replaced with a new screen and button at no cost to me.Discussing the future support of the iPhone 7, I asked if they had any used iPhone 8’s available for sale. Matt gave me a fair price and some credit for my old phone. I upgraded to newer technology. This is my go to store for mobile and tablet repair. Fair and honest treatment is becoming a rare trait and they have it!

Great experience getting screen protectors installed for our new gadgets we received for Christmas. I ordered the wrong size online and the folks at CPR had the right size in stock and swapped out my online product for the right size for no additional charge. This is customer service at its finest. Had I known beforehand, I could have just purchased screen protectors from them instead. I will definitely remember this for next time. I highly recommend them!

The guys in there are some true experts. I purchased a new iPhone today as well as had them put on one of those Zagg screens. When I got home, I couldnt even tell I had a protective screen on my phone. The service quality was phenomenal. The store was busy, but they acknowledged everyone as they walked in.

I cracked my iPhone around 11:30 am and easily received a repair estimate and scheduled an appt. at 2:00 pm the same day on their website. My phone was repaired in under an hour at a very reasonable price. In short, It was one of the better demonstrations of customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. I’d recommend these guys in a heartbeat.

I’m so glad that I went to CPR in Huntersville when the glass on the back of my iPhone XR shattered. They took excellent care of me and my phone and completed the glass replacement very quickly. I was able to drop off my phone on my lunch break and pick it up after I got off work for the day. Hopefully, I don’t need to go again for a while but if and when my phone gets bruised again, I’ll definitely go back here!

I shattered my screen for the first time a night ago. Brought it in in the morning and they got it back to me within the hour. Indistinguishable from the old one and far cheaper than apple’s repair. Highly recommend these guys.

Overall we were very pleased. The gentleman that initially helped me was understanding and pleasant. The service was quoted to take 5-7 days and it only took 3 so that was a plus! Upon picking up the complete phone the lady was very nice and offered to price phone cases if needed. The phone was not looked at or used until then next day and we spotted a few nicks in the frame, probably from a tool used in the repair. I also noticed that the top of the screen has a little give when pinched together. I know that when making that kind of repair to a phone it will not be the same as it was. I would have also liked a bit more detail on what was actually repaired. I know, obviously, the screen but was unsure if any other pieces/parts needed replacement and the receipt does not give that information.

I have a Galaxy Note 5 that the battery needed to be replaced on due to diminishing performance. CPR had to order the battery because it was not one that was kept in stock. When the battery came in I was not notified so that I could set up a time for the repair. It was only when I came by to check on the status that I was told the battery was in. The technician was able to due the replacement at that time so I left the phone with him. I was told the replacement should take approximately an hour and forty five minutes. I came back two hours later only to be told it would take another hour. When I did pick up my phone there was damage to the lower right hand side of the screen. To be fair the damage is cosmetic and not in the viewing area. When I asked about the damage I was told by the cashier that it was just my tempered screen protector. When I informed him that I did not have a tempered glass screen protector he went and got the technician who worked on the phone. The technician explained that this was a problem with Note 7s. I reminded him mine was a Note 5. He then told me that they see this problem with all Notes. I asked him why wasnt I advised of that beforehand because it would have affected my decision to have the battery replaced. He could not provide me with an answer. All he could do was to tell me the only way to fix the problem was to replace the whole screen. When I commented that that seems rather convenient he did take twenty dollars of the bill. Now several weeks into using my new battery I have seen no improvement in the performance. Which makes me wonder if the new battery was even installed. Since posting this the owner has contacted me and addressed my concerns. Although I wasnt happy with the way things were done initially, it good to know the owner is willing to make things right.

Went to get my cell phone charging port fixed on my 5s today. The nice lady up front looked at it, took it in the back and apparently blew out the charging port of the pocket lint that was in it, and brought it back up front and gave to me free of charge. I had fully prepared myself to pay for the repair, but the fact that she was kinda enough to take care of it and be honest and quick about it was awesome. My wife has always taken her phone there when shes dropped it and theyve always done great work, but the experience today cemented the fact that we wont go anywhere else. Thank you so much.

The repair process seem very fair. They work fast! And screen replacements are guaranteed. They replaced an iPad Mini screen and a year later it started to fail, free replacement in under an hour. They have fixed 3 different devices for me so far. Well be back again if the need arises.

I dropped my I-Phone 5s and it created a separation of the screen from the phone. Verizon said they dont fix that but suggested CPR who was nearby. I went to CPR and was greeted by a friendly person who said they could fix it & it would be ready in a couple of hours. The price was a tad higher than I hoped but when I received my phone back it seemed fair. They had also cleaned the case and had it looking new and even replaced my scruffy screen protector with a new one. I thanked the second friendly person who returned my phone and left very satisfied.

If the Lord broke HIS phone, he would go here! I sat on my new Motorola Droid Turbo, cracking the interior screen. (Touchscreen still worked, but black ink-looking substance blocked out the screen.) I was not aware cell phones could even BE repaired! They had mine repaired, looking better than when I bought it, in 24 HOURS! The staff was friendly, smart, and HOT ladies among the crew! ;) Expensive, but worth every dime! Highest recommendation to CPR Huntersville! Appropriate name, they saved my communication life! Went here after doing a mess of troubleshooting that was recommended both by Apple and other communities, yet it seemed that the problem with my phone was beyond what I was capable of fixing. I took my phone in, they told me that they should have it looked at and fixed within a couple hours, ad I went about my day. An hour and 45 minutes later, I get a call on my home phone saying that my phone is functioning normally and that I can come and pick it up. Evidently there was some issue with the battery not being connected correctly (usually there is a cover that prevents this but my phone was lacking that) and the last bump had just set it out of place. They gave me my phone, waived any charges they could have enacted, and sent me on my way. Needless to say, I am happy and very satisfied.

My cell phone company tried to convince me I needed a new phone (it kept crashing at 70% a few weeks before my contract was up). Im not a big fan of planned obsolescence, so we thought we would try the battery first. Forty-five minutes and $59 later my phone works perfectly. It has only been a week, so I am reserving that fifth star, but otherwise I am completely pleased.Adding the 5th star, a year later.

This is the second screen replacement I have had done here. They are quick and easy to work with! The only complaint I can make is how expensive the Samsung s8 screens are, but Im sure CPR has no co tell over that. Thanks again for the great work my phone is like new again.

I spilled liquid on my laptop keyboard Sunday afternoon. Thought I could dry it out, but on Monday morning the computer was wonky. I rushed over to CPR. Unfortunately, they were closed, not scheduled to open for another 30 minutes. As I began to walk away, a voice called out to invite me back to the store.Nancy promptly logged my issue and took my laptop. A couple of hours later, she called me to let me know that only minor damage had occurred and that no additional parts would be needed.Very reasonable cost for peace of mind and not having to explain to my boss the reason for a damaged laptop.Go to CPR Huntersville. John saved all my vacation pics from the BVI’s that I thought were gone for good! Apple said they couldn’t do anything for me because it didn’t upload to the cloud and had water damage. I was soooo depressed because I had about 300 pics from the whole week. But he retrieved them all!!!!!!!!

DO NOT LET THEM LOOK AT YOUR MAC COMPUTER! Took an Apple laptop here for a diagnostic and the staff did not say they were inexperienced on Macs but after they ran a diagnostic the computer got fried and lost all its data. No refund or no help in losing the property. I do not recommend anyone like CPR who doesnt take time to solve your problems.

I recently had to get a new screen for my iPhone and could not be more disappointed in their service and quality. I have had nothing but problems with the new screen. It fell off my lap onto my living room floor (IN MY CASE) and cracked 2 days after I got the new screen. I have had that same case and original iPhone screen that had been dropped MANY times and never cracked (the only reason it did this time with why I ended up at CPR was because it got lodged into the handle of our lawnmower, long story ;) Clearly the quality is very cheap but also it has never typed correctly and have to click on certain buttons forever for it to work on what you are wanting to click on, sometimes it will click on a totally different letter. I called the office right after my new screen cracked 2 days later from receiving and she told me there was nothing they could do and that they get the best quality screens, I beg to differ. I was hoping this would get me by till the new iPhone came out but I am heading to verizon today because my screen has gotten to the point that it wont even work and is going crazy not opening apps and then clicking on random things. Its so frustrating to spend over $150 and has not worked right and cracked almost immediately. Also another side note on their customer service, my husband had called them when it was ready asking if anyone would be at the store 10 min past closing time because he was coming from the hospital where my father in law was and would not make it on time but he really need to get my phone that day because I was home with our 3 kids with no phone or way to get in touch with him to find out how my father in law was doing and the lady said no its a Holiday Weekend no one will be here 10 min past closing time... Just horrible customer service. We will never give our business to CPR again.

I have used this company twice and they have given me faulty products both times. When someone pays a high price, youd think the new battery or screen they had given you would work. Three stars because both times I can back within a day and they replaced them again at no extra cost. A bit of an inconvenience. If you NEED something fixed I would recommend.

For me to get to a point and leave a review, you must have done something really great or bad.Went today to have the charging port on my Galaxy S5 repaired. $144 is steep but youre beholden to their expertise.Okay fine, cheaper than a new phone.But as I was ready to do the deal, I was also informed that IF during the repair process (which involves lifting the glass screen) the glass breaks I would also need to repair that at $240. Well if you break it, why do I have to pay for that? Tech guy The screen is fragile and could crack lifting it.So either they a professionals and good at their craft or this is a scam. Why wouldnt they break the glass to upsell me? Then Im in for a $400 repair on a phone I can get for less aftermarket... See my issue with this place?I grabbed my phone and left. Thankfully they dont hold a monopoly on cell phone repair in this area. Little do they know I have an iPad with shattered glass that was gonna be brought to them if all went well with this transaction.Either you are good at what you do and guarantee your work or youre a hack. I dont spend money with hacks.

My iphone screen cracked last fall; CPR fixed it then and it looked great, and I purchased a protective case from them to protect against that happening again. Unfortunately, the screen cracked again this spring, and so I took it into CPR to get it fixed. They advertise on their wall that they have a lifetime warranty/guarantee of their repairs, and it pictures a phone with a shattered screen. The woman working there informed me that that guarantee only covers a small minority of issues, not including a broken screen (if you look beneath the picture of the broken screen on the wall, it does say that customer damage is not covered under their guarantee). She then said, If we fixed every phone that came in here a second time with another broken screen, we would be out of business. I told her that I was disappointed because what they display in their store seems to be misleading advertising of what they actually offer. If I could go back and do it over, I would have taken my phone to an Apple store and paid the extra $10-$20 more that they charge because they seem to be a more trustworthy company.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! I took my IPhone 7 there to fix due to a cracked screen and that is the biggest regret. My touchscreen no longer works properly and they refuse to fix what they broke. The only thing I needed was a crack in my screen, now, my touchscreen stops working periodically until I reset my phone and just stops altogether. This place has a teenage kid who screws around with your phone and when you get it back, you are going to regret it. If you need your phone repaired AVOID THIS PLACE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!

My Samsung proctective glass failed...I had bought it in Texas. My understanding CPR and my texas chain merged, so I was hoping my warranty issue would be addressed in NC at the CPR store. They were very friendly and graciously and agreed to cover the cracked protective glass as a warranty item. I was thrilled! Im just waiting for the replacement to arrive. But so far, so good! I have an Apple macbook that I bought for $ 900.00. the touch pad went bad. I took it to geek squad. All they could do was replace the whole top half of the computer for $ 600.00. That was just too much money for a two year old computer. I took it to CPR and they just replaced the defective touch pad for less than a quarter of the price. They also did a fine job replacing my broken ipad screen. They will be my first stop from now on. Im very happy with them.

Two cracked screens repaired quickly at a good price

I dropped off my phone at this location to get the screen replaced and was told it would be ready a few hours later. When I came back there was a significant gap between my phone and the new screen that kept my case from even fitting on it. The person there didnt even acknowledge it the first time I tried to point it out. After finally seeing the issue (which was obvious and Im not sure why they tried to return it to me before fixing it) the person said that if I came back an hour later it would be fixed. So I came back awhile later and the screen had been fixed a bit. It was then that I noticed that the screen still wasnt quite centered, but this went away after a few more hours in my super tight and rigid phone case, but there was still a gap on one side and some over hang on the other. And then on my drive home I notice how loose my home button is, loose enough to push one end down and the other end sticks out enough to pull the other side up. At this point I wished I had just gotten a new phone online (for $50 less) and gone through that hassle.
