Thank for introducing me to to first net after I was told t I did not qualify! Thank you Shay for helping me when my screen was broken/ filing my claim with insurance! I was so happy that I didn’t have to go by a cheap phone! I know my stress level was extremely high because I thought I had to send my phone off and go by. Cheap phone! You definitely made sure the process was simple! It took one hour to fix my phone and you break/ we fix! Thank you and Ty for listening to my frustration. I do apologize for being frustrated ! Just visited the AT&T store in Huntersville on Knockando Lane. I had the pleasure of speaking with Steven Johnson, one of the team members there. I was there to upgrade my iPhone XR. Steven was very professional and knowledgeable about the phones and his cellular/data products. He gave me some great recommendations and took time to explain differences between various plans and how each one would benefit me more than the other. Highly recommend working with Steven if you go to the AT&T store in Huntersville.

My iPhone screen cracked this past weekend and I had to get a new phone. I use my iPhone for work as well as personal use - and I decided to upgrade my phone instead of getting it fixed.Shay, the customer service expert who helped me was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Shay answered all of my questions and set me up with a new phone in record time. She also answered questions from other employees who seemed less knowledgeable while assisting me and at least 1 other customer.Thank you to Shay! If she is not yet a manager - she carries some of that responsibility already and should be considered for a manager role. She’s really on her game.

What an incredible experience I had this morning at the Huntersville location. Theodore worked so patiently with me to switch from one account to another with multiple lines, while staying on the phone with corporate for well over an hour while doing so. It’s not too often you come across someone so dedicated to the art of customer service. He was thorough, polite and personable. I would wholeheartedly recommend this location based on my experience with Theodore.

Steven J was incredibly helpful with our iPhone 11 problem/issue. The cellular signal would not pick up on the phone and Steven was incredibly consultative in walking through all of our options. I had a amazing experience at the AT&T store in Huntersville. I walked in and they were able to help me right away. Everyone was so attentive and made sure that I knew about all of their promotions going on. I was a previous customer at Sprint and was excited to join AT&T, and Wendy C. made me feel extra confident in my decision to switch over. Make sure when you go in you ask for Wendy, she will make sure you’re covered and have the best phone and the best plan that suits you! My family is now switching over to AT&T from Verizon because of the great experience that I had at this store. Definitely recommend coming here!

I would avoid this store, the employees and the entire company in general. We traded two phones in and were told they would show up on our next bill, they never did. We reached out to the store manager, Edwin who brushed us off and told us to keep waiting. We called for months because corporate told us only the store could rectify the situation. Edwin had no desire to fix the problem he and his employees created, he never apologized, never tried to solve the problem and get us the money that belonged to us. After a year and a half we started working with someone in the retentions department at corporate and after dealing with them for two months they came to the conclusion that “this store definitely stole these phones from you, but there is nothing we can do about it now”. This is one of the most poorly run companies and it’s sad that they admit to stealing from their customers and don’t care or want to fix the situation. Will be leaving this cell phone provider ASAP.

Three stars is for the store in general, 1 star for AT&T corporate, and 5 stars for Tyandra at the Huntersville store.Around 2009, I opened an account with two lines for both my young daughters. They are grown up now and signed up for their own accounts so I was trying to cancel the old account that was in my name. I called the number on the website and was transferred multiple times because no one could help me cancel this account. They said this was because I no longer had access to the old phones and couldnt remember a passcode from 12 years ago. Finally, the people on the phone told me I had to visit an AT&T store to cancel the account.I drove to the Huntersville store and waited my turn in line, only to be told that accounts cannot be cancelled in-store, they have to be cancelled over the phone. I was told to call the number I had already called. At this point Im thinking, Really??? Im going to have to get a lawyer to help me cancel a cell phone account?I went out the front door of the store and once outside, a woman who worked at the store was standing there and she said, Have a great afternoon! I responded with, That will be a little difficult now! She told me to stop and please go back inside. She spent the next hour doing everything she could to help me get the account cancelled. It took some doing, but we finally got it done! Tyandra is my hero! She was pleasant, patient, and navigated the issue like a professional.For AT&T to make cancelling an account so difficult, Ill never use them again for anything. However, I think they should make Tyandra the CEO! She could definitely set AT&T on the right track in terms of customer service and probably many other issues as well!!

Team associate Wendy Chip was extremely helpful. I walked in and she greeted me immediately. She asked how she could help. She saved me a TON and time, told me what to do, how to do it and saved me a lot of money. Wendy didn’t try to up sell me or lead me in the wrong direction for her own personal gain. Everyone is usually very helpful but this girl was just great 👍🏼

I explained to David O. that I have experienced bad visits to other AT&T stores in the past and he promised I wouldn’t feel the same here. I don’t. He was so knowledgeable, fast, and efficient that I had a new phone and service in no time at all. Pain free! He helped change my attitude about AT&T. AT&T costumer service are horrible, transferred several times, 2 supervisors, no wonder it was easy to transfer my number to a different carrier. Use a different company, it is as simple as that. Your time is not worth for a company like that.

This s a great store! All the employees seem not only willing, but eager to meet your needs. Sales people listen to what You want and need before suggesting a project. Service helpers are also good listeners determined to help you. The store is comfortable and attractive, and well equipped to protect employees and customers in these days of Covid. Useless for support. We bought a prepay SIM card yesterday which activated without problems - the lady who helped us was in fact excellent and she did all she could to make sure our number ported over. Todays experience for my wife was very different. She was seen by the manager of the store when she visited. Her data was not working. Phone calls and texts were fine. The manager basically swapped the SIM card out, proved it was fine and then blamed everything on her phone as it was not one they had sold us, and AT&T were probably blocking it. It IS a factory unlocked iPhone so works with all networks. It does not make any sense if phone calls work but data doesnt. She left the store frustrated, upset as she felt poorly treated, and without a working phone. After I got home from work today, I spent 5 minutes with the phone, changed a couple of settings and now it works!!! If anyone at this AT&T store would like some technical help - feel free to get in touch!

At&t is absolutely awful. I tried switching from Verizon to them for the promotion of 800 off w trade and new line. Which my new Iphone SE (2020) is paid off. then it changes to You have to put 850 down to get the new iphone. THEN they change it to I take a promotional free phone from them, keep it in good standing and then I can get 350 off the new iphone. TRASH customer service. Ill stick to verizon.

Terrible service from AT&T. Be careful what they Tell you in the store and on the phone. 6 different representatives will give you six different answers. Was a customer for 7 years, no loyalty from them at all. Was told I could get offers that didn’t exist when I spoke with the next at&t representative. So glad I’m dropping them!!!!! Hello Verizon!!

I went there yesterday with a promotion problem that one of their Home Expert private offered me that I had and their manager just told me reached out to the person again they couldnt help. Well are you guys working as company as a whole or just doing business as individuals. I need to open another line I wouldnt not back there for sure. I first visited AT&T about a 1.5 months ago. Spoke to Wendy. Since Id been with Sprint for more than ten years, I was very skeptical about switching. So that day I didnt. But today Id had enough. Enough of the dropped calls, no signals not able to use the internet, no data connection FIVE of their towers down...etc.I went back today to AT&T and spoke with Wendy and BAM!I made the leap and left Sprint after 10+ years. I am so glad I did.Thanks Wendy!Update!Noticed a 5Ge lte at the top of my screen this morning. Asked my fiance, what it was. He said 5G is a great signal most cantt get.5G people! Most I ever got with SPRINT was 4G or LTE and that was extremely rare moments.

Please don’t waste your time here. All this store has done is take our money and promise faster speeds and better connection when really our internet has gotten worse and worse the more upgrades we’ve gotten. All of our electronics are thru att basically so when our internet is down our whole house is down. We have had att service out here countless amounts of times and everytime they come out the situation gets worse, and they never have a true answer to solve it.its always an upgrade and once we get that upgrade our service is still terrible. I would rather spend less money somewhere else so we could at least get a reliable connection. Sucks to have to leave att since we’ve had it for so long. But enough is enough, they’re just thief’s.

In and out quickly today with a slight reduction in our phone bill but an increase in data. Decided to go ahead and switch internet from Spectrum as well and it was much cheaper. The employee that helped us was very knowledgeable, straight forward, and not pushy at all. Definitely went in expecting to be annoyed but was pleasantly surprised.

Most racist store I’ve ever been in. First told me to get out of the store and then Accused me of having a fraudulent account because a black man in the same vehicle as me came from another store trying to make a change to an account. Publicly embarrassed me and once I showed him my military ID he still had me sit while he verified my account tried to apologize silently while but he publicly embarrassed me. I was leaving and told him it was BS and he came after me telling me not to curse in his store. Once verified the store didn’t call me or do anything at all to help me. If I could give this store and the manager a -10 stars I would. I will never go to this store again. They need to learn customer service in this store.

Make appointment before you go.We walked in this afternoon and waited in line for almost a hour for nothing. It was awful experience with store staff. We didnt realize something was not right until we found someone came after us was served, and we were still waiting for their call. After checked with receptionist and the girl who signed in for us told us that our name disappeared from their queue for some reason. We are really not happy about this. If your technology is not so reliable, could you just do it old fashioned, like paper and a pencil? The worst part is the girl did not apology at all, she was cold and simply told us we would be the next. Yes we would be the next, but we think she owes us a SORRY for the time weve wasted.Do make appointment with them if you have to go.

What a joke.... say hello at least when you walk in the door. Three workers when I arrived at 7:08 pm on June 26th 2019. Don’t know the workers names but one heavy set white guy with a beard and one skinny black guy with glasses wearing a Samsung t-shirt and no name tag and one black female. They were all taking care of customers but say hello when we walk into the store. I pay a lot of money a month for service but no social skills at all for any of these three individuals. I felt like I was bothering them when I walked into the store. As I am sitting here typing, another customer just walked in and no one even greeted him as well. Unreal.Ended up leaving without getting helped.Thanks ATT

Got here around 6:00pm and waited till 7:30pm and it wasnt even crowded. Total of 3 customers and all reps were taking their own time chatting up the customers like over dinner or something. Drove over to Costco the next day which was a 30 min drive and got everything I needed within 15 mins. Pathetic customer service. If you value your time find another retailer.

I am baffled by the way the manager Robert Huggins runs this AT&T store. He could not come outside to speak to a me to apologize for his employees that gave me misleading or wrong information yesterday. Was told that he would not come out of his office til 1pm. How can you be a manager and not show your face. You work in customer service, you are there to solve customers problems when an associate can not. Very unprofessional! AT&T should reconsider their hiring process and who they promote as managers. The only reason I’m giving a one star rating is to write this and because the associate who tried to help me today agreed with me as far as his managers lack of customer service skills. Btw! He walked in 15 past 9am when the store opened and did not even say good morning nor did he respond back when spoken to.
