I’ve been a T-Mobile customer going on 10 years. I have visited T-Mobile stores from Nc to California and this was by far the worst experience. Upon walking in the door I was not greeted for over 5 min there were 2 technicians, 4 retail service agents, and a manager on duty. There were only 2 sets of customers in the store at the time. I came in to get a new screen protector and informed them the last time I was given a Zagg screen protector because the store I went to didn’t have the T-Mobile branded ones. This is on my account notes. One of the customer service agents was about to give me a zagg branded one and was scolded by another employee that they couldn’t give me the screen protector or I would have to pay. I was then told they could order one but why in the hell would I wait 5-7 days for a new screen protector when I could visit a better store. Overall they were rude and unhelpful.

I went to T-Mobile to switch from my old cell service (Net-Ten) to T-Mobile. At first I got my new plan and all was well, I just needed to wait 3 days for my old number to port over, because they gave me a temporary number. 7 days surpassed and my number never came, I went to another T-Mobile to see what was wrong. The guy who helped me screwed my number and gave me a digits line whereas I needed a voice line. Now I need to talk to customer service and try to figure out how to get them to help me. yay.

I came in yesterday to switch out my old phone for the upgrade. Being that I am still on my parents plan, my dad had called ahead and given Arturo the run down of what we needed done. When I showed up Arturo provided excellent customer service and handled everything seamlessly. Besides just helping me swap my phone he also helped me pick out a phone case and show me some features on the iPhone that I didn’t know existed. Thank you Arturo for the 5 star experience!

Staff is friendly, but service is slow. Had a couple of screens replaced, and it took about an hour, which was okay. But when it came to checkout, it was very slow. Ironically, their POS machine couldnt accept mobile payments despite having the icon. It also had issues even reading a cards chip. They were training the person at the register despite it being quite busy.

Rashads Professional Management, great under extreme conditions. Rare! 1st class treatment where all customers are acknowledged, greeted with such a sincere welcome, and every customers concerns are given 1st class priority. Uncontrollable circumstance had slowed service and we were paid to wait. 1st ever, anywhere! I witnessed Rashad difuse complaints and a Physically irrate customer who acted like he desired conflict. Rashad genuinely addressed every issue pleasantly and swift showing total control and confidence. Sprint has an Absolutely brilliant team with Miss Dees Excellent Service and contagious carisma. You will enjoy her and her realness. 40 plus years and this is the Most impressive business i have ever seen and as a kicker they were under extreme pressures. Sprint has the deals to get you to a door and this store is the door you want to open to come get your gear.

I don’t usually post reviews, but I have to give a shout out to the kind, patient, and extremely dedicated staff at this T-Mobile store. Particularly Keenon and Daniela.I made a big mistake switching from t mobile to Verizon a year or so ago and had previously tried to switch back but ran into so much difficulty with a glitch in my account that I gave up. I decided to try again, and sure enough the glitch was still there. But, I had Vinson in my corner. He went WAY above and beyond to make sure that my issues were taking care of. I heard him going to bat for me on the phone with corporate and it made me feel really good to hear someone sharing my frustration at this glitch in the system that was neither of our faults.When it became clear that the problem couldn’t be solved immediately, he took down all my info so I could go and promised they would work on getting it fixed in the next few days. Sure enough when I called back and started explaining my situation, Daniela, who just happened to pick up the phone, knew who I was before I could even finish and knew the details of my case. Amazing. They clearly had been working for me behind the scenes.I came back in and they got me taken care of, professionally, with great care and some fun conversation too.I hope that Keenon and Daniela are recognized as the customer service superstars they are. As someone who works in the service industry I know how rare individuals like this can be. Please T-Mobile, keep supporting and rewarding people like this who work in your stores!!!!

Awful service. Brought a android phone in and new I phone and said need to transfer. Made me download a app and kept plugging my phone into wall outlets not turned on and kept letting my phone go dead. Once got it running said it would be 5 hours. Came back 5 hours later and they said oh it stopped so we just left it there instead of trying to help youBeyond lividTaking it home to do this process myself since even the people who I have service with won’t go that distance to ensure my customer experience was positive and successful.You can do better.... much better.

When I walked in, I was ready to leave Sprint due to the number of times my call dropped in an average day. The store manager almost let me walk out, in fact, I heard him tell the person working on my phone to get me out since I wouldnt be spending any money. So why would I give this 3 stars?! Hugo saved the day! A gentleman by the name of Hugo went out of his way to serve me and provide exceptional customer service. He solved my problem, despite receiving advice from management to let me walk. The irony is that the manager didnt realize by him doing that, my entire family (all our lines) and then some were going to not just leave the store, but leave Sprint. The manager puts on a great smile and talks a good game, but BUYER BEWARE. He didnt realize I could hear him.On the other hand, Hugo is EXCEPTIONAL, as I dont know many other people who couldve saved us at that point! The Store Manager, on the other hand, leaves a lot to be desired.

0 stars if I could. Im not sure why you have to sign in when theres 5 employees in the store and Im the only customer. Went in to ask 2 questions. Got asked 6 money questions not related to my question, with no answer. Asked again. Redirect. Out the door in less than 5 minutes and felt like I needed a shower. Manager was the one helping me.

0 stars if I could. This store is so poorly managed. The staff is unprofessional and Nonchalant;Definition of nonchalant: having an air of easy unconcern or indifference.Another word to describe them is lackadaisical. Many review below state similar experiences. This meaning lacking energy or enthusiasm. LANGUID refers to an unwillingness or inability to exert oneself. I went to renew my contract but obviously they do not need to keep business for Sprint Corporate. The problem is not just the staff it is from the manager down. This review is being left to help people know what they are in for before they go in and also for upper management to notice there may be a problem at this location that needs to be corrected.

Curtis was so helpful in getting my line switched over and was super friendly! After leaving the store I realized I was not able to to receive or send texts/calls. I went back in 30 mins later and he was more than happy to help me get my phone number unlocked from T-Mobile, because T-Mobile was being ridiculous! He did not get frustrated with us, and was pleasant the whole time! He definitely deserves a raise!!

Absolutely appalled at the customer service. Asurion tech Deondra was about to physically fight us. They absolutely do not take the time to hear you and expect you to come in the store with the knowledge they have. Very unprofessional and I cannot believe techs with that kind of attitude are actually allowed to work with customers. Was going to call the store and leave a complaint with the manager, but after reading the reviews about how bad Rashad is at his job, it seems pointless. This is just one of the many reasons people would rather go to Verizon or ANYWHERE else, customer service goes A LONG WAY!

Let me start by saying that Im not one to ever leave a bad review, however, after leaving the Huntersville Sprint store for the third time this week I feel compelled. To make a long story short, after two days of trying to figure out how to get an update, including an hour in the store and two hours on tech support, I finally gave up and bought a new phone online. I made an appt to pick up the phone in the Huntersville store for 2pm the next day. I arrived at 1:50 and checked-in. In the store two reps were helping other customers and the manager, Rashad, greeted me. I informed him of my 2pm appt and he told me to wait for the reps to finish with their customers. I sat down and waited. I noticed that Rashad didnt have any customers since greeting me and that he was just pacing the store. After about 20 minutes I asked him if he could just help me as we are past my appointment time and he didnt appear to be doing anything at all. He said no, I had to wait for the reps and we had a quick conversation about how appts work and that its to the next available rep. Literally, 40 minutes go by with me sitting on the bench and Rashad doing absolutely nothing. He was not with a single customer in the entire 40 minutes. At that point, Hugo, arrived at work and took me to the desk. It took 5 minutes for him to process my order and send me on my way....5 minutes. Its a shame that the store is managed by someone with such a lack of customer service skills. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Terrible experience my brother was denied the ability to purchase new lines of service because he was homeless! This was a clear case of discrimination! Worst buying experience I have ever encountered. My family and I were cursed by the acting store manager the police were called, we were made to feel like we were in the wrong! Ms. MITZY A. was OUTSTANDING right from her professional and personal greeting as I entered the Store. Thanks Mitzy! Matter a fact, all workers were pleasant and welcoming! I explained to Mitzy my dilemma since end of May 2019 to present.She took my device did a check and proceeded to address my concern. Impressively in no more than 15 minutes, I had my cell back. I was told that we can see if the installation of a new Sims Card will improve my Service. My boyfriend and I were trying to get on the same plan so we went with his service with sprint. We were given wrong information at a store so not only was the signal terrible but the rep was as well. Went back in to get everything corrected and was treated horribly by a “manager” of this store Mia. This is not the first time she acted this way where we had been to the store a month earlier looking about combining plans and she acted the same way, thought she was just having a bad day but that’s obviously just her bad attitude. As we were trying to ask questions we were obviously wasting her time as she was very rude and not helpful in further explaining when we did not understand how my boyfriend had two active phones when we were told the one would become inactive when we got on the same plan. When we tried to explain what happened and get further assistance she told us there was nothing she could do and we could only call customer service. Thankfully we received great service with the phones and customer service from reps at the AT&T store up the street and will not have to deal with this location or sprint anymore.

I went to see a technician because I was having problems with my phone ( I was not sure to go there after reading all the bad reviews ) well after a technician runned a few tests on my phone it turned out it was the battery... technician name is Daniel he was very attentive and explained me how a bad battery affects a phone... Remember they are there to sell you a phone or tablet or ex. so make sure you read and think your choices through first or you could end up with a very pricey bill every month. Had a terrible experience at this store. All of the representatives are really bad at giving info/and give false information. Sold me a recalled S10 +.Then told to me about how long the shipping would take for the replacement And then I tried to call them to ask about my order and the tech told me that the original rep who took my order was lying to me and giving me false info about my order.I talked to three different people on the phone and none of them would even ask me for my ticket number to look up my order. They kept putting me on hold all day. even the manager didnt even care to ask me my name or my number to help me with my issue. She didnt seem to care or want to resolve my issue. This place is a joke. We recently switched from Verizon and have had service issues from the start. After chatting with customer service on the phone, they made us an appointment at this Sprint store to do a SIM card replacement. Upon arrive the next day, this lackadaisical staff told us we had no appointment and that switching sims won’t help. We showed them the transcript of the support chat and they reluctantly agreed to do it. Then they said they didn’t have that SIM card(for an iPhone XR🤔) and he claimed to have no clue when they’d come in as “they come when they come”. We also had charges on our bill for “loot packs” for a mobile game we don’t even have and the guy said they couldn’t do anything about it, so that wasn’t solved either. We felt entirely unwelcome there, they didn’t even attempt to solve our problems and couldn’t be bothered. I will do my contract time with these jerks and the n go back to Verizon where we should have stayed. I’d avoid this place

We got two iPhone 7 new out of the box two years ago my phone stopped charging last year I went to sprint and they had to send it off my wifey phone did the same thing they took it a part and said it was worked on before but we got them from here new out of the box and never had a problem until now so they sold us a used phone and charged us the new price then said she would have to get a new phone and that it was the only way which is a lie we have a warranty plan

Luckily, this is my only negative review of a business. I was having trouble with the Sprint billing dept (yet again) and I was told by this stores manager to come back in and see her if I needed help resolving this issue after another week or two. Of course the issue wasnt resolved so I returned to the store, but I was completely brushed off. My request to speak with her was cut off mid-sentence by an employee stepping in front of me and saying I couldnt speak to the manager. No explanation why... the manager was sitting 15 ft away at her counter and not engaged in any activity. I tried to explain that she told me to come back and ask for her, but I was steered to a counter by the employee that then dialed Sprint, handed me the phone, and walked away. Why tell me to come back and waste my time like that? I could be called from home and saved my time and gasoline... and not have been treated so rudely. Thats the rudest experience with a business Ive had in 20 years. Between the poor store service, poor billing svc, inaccuracies, and poor signal I cant really recommend them. Ive had issues with them before, but it was just them not knowing what to do, how to do it, giving me wrong information, or messing up downloads on my phone. Im really, really, very dissatisfied with their service.

I own a business that need tablets and phones. The technology that i had for 3 out of the 4 lines are inoperable. Highly frustrating to know that im at sprints mercy to continue conducting business. I goes into the store desperately needing help to start conducting business again. The visit started off ok with the pregnant shift manager. Instead of truly focusing on what my needs were, she continuously reminded me that its wasnt the day to agitate her cause of her pregnancy. She said this to a very long time paying customer. Really nice store, really bad service. I have been in there twice and each time everyone seems to avoid making eye contact with you or greeting you. The last time I went in to get a screen protector put on my phone, I kept getting passed around because the first girl decided she wasnt good at putting them on. As she asked everyone else, they too said they werent good at putting them on. After not finding someone that would do it for her, she just decided to ignore me and eventually left. I sat there for 25 minutes until I went over to the desk and asked if someone could just get it done for me. Thankfully, Stephen put it on for me. I mean there were 8 people working and not one would help me. Ill just order my stuff online from now on.

After visiting this location to get a phone activated with Mr. Khan we were rudely interrupted by another employee Mia Taylor who disrespected Mr. Khan in-front of us to let us know that what he was doing was not going to work...no matter what he tried. Thank you Mr. Khan for trying to help us. Since no one here could help us we left to try another location in Mooresville with Jorge and I will say that he WAS able to get the phone activated without any trouble. I guess if you need anything done with your phone see Jorge in Mooresville ... need to buys something new see the nice, Mr. Khan in Huntersville.

Stopped in after moving from Wisconsin to North Carolina. Told the rep working that our service has been horrible since we moved and was wondering if there was anything they could do, and they simply said no and offered no further assistance. Didnt even offer to update our billing address (which I know you can do online, however Sprints services are horribly setup and wont let me login)I dont understand why they even have stores in this area, from what Ive seen and heard in the last few weeks between North and South Carolina the service is spotty all over. Dont bother wasting your money on their plans because youll need to use wifi whenever you want to have reliable internet, and especially dont go to this store as they are not willing to offer any assistance to current customers.

Alivia and Tatyana helped us when they could have just forwarded our concern to the 1-800 number, but chose to stay late on a Friday evening to make sure our needs were met.
