The girl that works here is utterly useless. Had issues with my bill, military discount, and trade in credit...she cant do much more than log into your account, and if it takes any effort, you might as well wait for Chris, the district manager. I gave 2 stars because at least shes pleasant about not helping and the fact that Chris worked really hard to ensure I had a working phone before I left the establishment...

I had Elijah help me today at Verizon here in Huntington and I got home internet. I’m very pleased to say this young man even took the time on his lunch break to help me get it all set up! I’ll be referring and coming back as long as I’m able!!!

During an update, something went corrupt in my phone. I thought I lost everything. I visited my local Huntington store and Chris was beyond helpful! He did everything he could and along with an equally wonderful tech support person, we were able to salvage my phone. Chris has been hands down the most knowledgeable and helpful person I have encountered there. Thank you again and you deserve all the high fives!

Im not even a Verizon customer. I have boost mobile and stopped in to check on plans for my son who is planning to go on his own possibly here soon and Elijah from the huntington location was thorough helpful and I was in and out thinking if I might just join Verizon as well.

Visited the Huntington location this afternoon and I spoke with Elijah at the store. He was extremely professional and went out of his way to help me get the best deal and a brand new iPad mini! I will be back, highly recommend a visit to this location, customer service is superb!

Went to Huntington Verizon. Opened door and Paula welcomed me with a smile under her mask. Asked me what I was looking for. She was very patient. Described by what I do on my phone and the direction she thought I should take. She is Anazing. Very good for Verizon. She is an amazing multi Tasker. Making sure all customers was being taken care of and still taking care of me and all my needs.

I am visiting from out of state and broke my phone over the holiday weekend. They were EXTREMELY helpful with assisting me getting a replacement phone, providing me with a temporary phone, and getting my contacts.Once the replacement phone arrived, they took the time to do a phone to phone transfer to find my lost photos! Their customer service was top notch! Highly recommend them!

I have been in the Huntington store twice in the past week. The first time, I had questions about Tablets, Cole was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. I did not purchase anything at that visit but, I left with much needed advice on what I was needing for MY situation! Second visit I only purchased a Charger for a relatives phone and was in a hurry, I did not get the ladys name who helped me (sorry) but, she was just as helpful! Cole was also there at the time and rememebered me, he asked if I had checked into some if my options for my relatives tablet situation. Great people at this location!

I just bought a new phone and was having trouble getting it to work and Hannah was sooo helpful!! I came back in a day after buying it and she happily helped me figure it out and get everything working as I needed it!! I went to Huntington Verizon store on a Friday morning, Paula already was with a customer, she got that customer started and had her phone downloading and came to start on helping me, 3 other customers came after me and she so efficiently was able to take care of all 5 of us in a timely manner keeping us all happy. And seeing her interaction with all, she stays patient, she knows what shes doing and is definitely a huge asset to that office! I was in again today, and she took great care of me again today.

Huntington Store manager; Paula, was extremely helpful this evening when I came in to find out what happened to my “notes” after having switched just last week to an upgrade newer phone. She was extremely knowledgeable about my situation and offered some suggestions that the Verizon store where I traded phones at (Fort Wayne) had failed to do to try and get my problem solved. She took the time needed and answered all my questions! She’s a keeper, reward her for a job well done!......UPDATE: came in a few days later in hopes of obtaining my prior NOTES (as requested with a full day of charging on my old cell phone). Store manager Paula once again assisted me and she went above and beyond and was able to retrieve my NOTES! In my opinion she is amazing at her job, was pleasant despite the fact that she had so much to do (besides my problem) with other customers! Boy can this gal multi task! Thanks for hiring a very knowledgeable, pleasant person in charge of your Huntington store!

I just left the Verizon store in Huntington, Indiana and the young lady working there was extremely rude and even told me I dont understand anything about how the process works. Ive been with Verizon wireless for over five years and have never run into somebody with such poor customer service skills. I will not be upgrading my phone at this store only because the service was extremely bad. This occurred on December 14, 2017 just in case the manager of the store is reading the reviews to figure out who was on duty that day.
