The gentlemen, John, and Jonathan were extremely attentive and very flexible with my tire replacement requests. Military friendly. They worked fast and got me out the door fast. In and out in about 60 minutes. Id recommend calling ahead to confirm your tire needs/sizes cause they might have some other things on hand not listed in the website. Will be coming back here for all my tire replacement and issues.

I went by the Mavis tire store on Winchester Road and a nice young man named Alex put air in my tires. He would not let me pay him with food. I didn’t have any cash on me so he said the best way to pay him would be to give them a good review on Google. My tires always are lower when it gets cold or when it gets hot.

I always bring my cars here for tires and brakes. The employees are great and always nice, especially the ones at the front desk. The prices are fair, they work quickly, and try to help in any way they can. Ive never had a bad experience here before.

I was looking online for a tire store but had some negative experiences with the ones I found.Then Mavis Tires and Brakes caught my eye on Jordan Lane NW in Huntsville, AL.My wife and I had a black lab named Mavis who was the most wonderful, calm and loving dog we have ever had.When I spotted Mavis Tires and their excellent rating online, of course we scheduled to come in for a tire rotation. We figured we couldnt lose with a great name like Mavis.These folks were very friendly and provided excellent service that undeniably is a 5 star in my book. Staff members took a moment to acknowledge me. Service was prompt. Their work was very good.What impressed me most was that the employees appeared to like what they were doing. I went here recently to get my brakes fixed and was met with excellent service by Jonathan and staff; they started on my back pads, rotors and calipers the day of, really went the extra mile to help get me a reasonable price, and Jonathan even personally went out of town to get a part that was otherwise hard to find so I could have my car back as soon as possible. Excellent service, great people, and a quality result.

Great service, in and out very quickly. Traveling for the holiday weekend, I discovered we had an oil leak. I was very lucky to find this Mavis location open (on a Sunday) with no wait. They got my car in quickly and topped off my oil. The gentleman who took care of me, Kevin, was incredibly helpful and professional. If I lived nearby, they would certainly get more of my business.

I went down to get a simple alignment done on my vehicle. I have been a mechanic for several years now. When I walked in and told them what I needed, the first thing out of his mouth was they needed to do an inspection first. I was good with that. About 30 minutes later, the gentleman called me back up to the counter and told me that there was a problem. I said, ok. He said they couldnt do an alignment because the car needed some parts replaced on it. I again said, ok and asked what parts. He gave me a whole list of parts which in turn would have rebuilt the whole front end. I then asked what the price would be. He stated around $1,500 and then he could do an alignment. I just chuckled and asked for my keys back. He did give me a print out, how nice of him. As I looked at the list, the prices were double and some triple the price of parts. Now, I had inspected the car because I replaced the brakes, rotors, and tires and no damage or worn parts were located. When I got back home, I again jacked the car up and looked around and there were still not parts that warranted needing to be replaced. Some of the parts he listed dont even coincide with the wheel alignment. I am glad some have had a good experience with this tire shop, but I did not and will most definitely not be recommending them to family, friends, customers, nor enemies. I understand the up-sale principle but when you turn customers away because you went way overboard, that may end up hurting your business. Word of mouth travels fast.****Update*****I really appreciate the Regional Manager calling me to ask about the dissatisfaction. That speaks well of a company that the managers really do read the reviews and care about the service to their customers. I thank you.

Made an appointment online. Called to confirm appointment and that tires were there couple days after making appointment. Was told yes the tires are here after giving him my order #. Get there to my appointment before my 9 oclock appointment. Just to be told we dont have the tires. Sorry but I can sell you $400 more then what I was offered. Never going back here again.
