I agree with the other people on here saying best parts store in town . I work more on the commercial side of things. Its simple...I order from other so-called parts suppliers and I wait...and wait...and wait...did I mention...I WAIT....lol. NAPA has my parts delivered within 20min 99% of the time. They can only do this because the owner dont mind spending the money to have enough help. The other chain stores have waaaay more money to spend on customer service but simple just want to barely get by. Good job to all the folks at NAPA!

They have a great selection of parts in stock or can get the same day. They had the part for my car in stock and no one else did.

I stopped by Napa auto parts store on Jordan Ln. and asked about a few parts that I needed for my vehicle. Both employees working at the time offered their input and advice about what I was working on with my car. Thanks for the help Napa.

Great customer service, but i would definitely like to suggest they come up with a better way of storing bought parts receipt and customer info. I bought a expensive set of windshield wipers, one broke but I couldnt get my warranty honored BECAUSE this facility doesnt have a way to store my purchase from the store. What a headache and waste of money to add on warranty. Customer service wise was great. They just need to catch up with the times in my opinion.

I had to give this store a shout out after the amazing service I received from Candice less than an hour before closing. I was looking online for a part for my Expedition Ecoboost 3.5L v-6. The website listed 3 possible parts that fit other EcoBoost models, but didnt describe or list my vehicle as one of them. Candice looked on the stores system, online & mobile for a reference. Most folks wouldve said sorry after checking only one system, right. She went above & beyond by calling a contact at shop that had the part I needed & had it waiting for me when I walked in. Amazing service even when she didnt get the sale. If NAPA carried more Ford parts in their system, Candice would be my go-to person at this store. Excellent service! Hats off to her. If they dont have it in the store they will order it for you and youll get it fast. The staff is very knowledgeable and go out of their way to help you. The prices are reasonable too.

Only people that know what car parts are

I am not a fan of this place. Tried to sell me a part in a beat up box. When I asked the parts person to let me check the part I knew it was a problem. It was a used broken part. I called first, rode my motorcycle in the rain to get it. No appoligy. I stopped at OReillys and got a new part half the price by a friend person.

NO greetings when you walk in, they make you find what you need on your own! He didnt even offer to help one single bit! They do not care about coupons. Even if its for only 10% off! They do not honor them unlike Advance Auto Parts. Avoid this auto parts store!
