I brought my 2006 XTerra in because the heat was working intermittently. They could have told me anything and I wouldnt have known better. Instead they were completely honest and said the issue was just that my coolant was low and there was air in the line. They bled the air out of the system, topped off my coolant and told me the reason the coolant was low was because there was a leak at the radiator cap. Since they do a lot of work on Nissans they had a cap in stock. I also had them do a tune-up and I was still in and out the same day. Excellent service and price. If you are looking for an honest and fair repair shop I highly recommend them. Thank you Diehl for your honesty and great service.

Started going to Diehl when I lost faith in the dealership who “diagnosed” suspension problems in my car without driving it. Rick Diehl invited me back to the service area of his shop where my car was on a lift, and pointed out the components the dealer claimed needed replacement. They were fine then and are still fine 40K miles later. That one experience made me a fan of Diehl Automotive and I have used him exclusively ever since (4-yrs). I trust them enough to drop my car off for an oil change and tell them “look it over, let me know if it needs anything”. Never got a mystery repair, never a surprise bill. One problem: they don’t work on VW’s, which is what my wife drives. Oh well, can’t have everything. 😉

Diehl Automotive came recommended by a neighbor that we trust. If I could give it a zero star....I WOULD! We took my SUV in and got it back 5 days later. We dropped it off after hours with a note and a key. Got a call and told the guy we need the AC fixed. 5 days later got it back....worked for about 24 hours and then broke again, but worse....We paid $1400 for the FIX that was not a fix at all. When we called back, guy said he could take a look at it for another 2 DAYS!!! Im a Realtor and I just cant be without my car for a full week... I decided then I didnt want them trying any more of whatever they were doing. Sadly...$1400 gone with nothing that did anything for my AC. I not only wouldnt recommend these folks....I would recommend that you go ANYWHERE else. Although, Im finding that theres not much point of that in Huntsville since Ive not found a mechanic worth a sh** yet. Sad day when you have to literally PRAY that the professional knows what hes doing and will do the RIGHT THING. It needs to stop. People need to stop being so money hungry. I wish that there were still good people that were willing to do whats necessary. I am and I guess I just set my expectations too high.

Friendly professional service. Got me in and out the same day. The cost of repair was fair and reasonable. This is only the second significant repair on my 2010 Ridgeline. DK is my go to guy from now on.

I had the pleasure of meeting Ricky Diehl in person. He and his team are honest and wont overprescribe service you dont need. They helped me out in a pinch when the Scottish Subaru Service Center off HWY 72 had estimated a catalytic converter replacement at $2,700. Ricky took a look and said that he and his guys could perform the work at roughly a fifth the cost. Im sure that such savings isnt the norm, but it goes to show that Diehl Automotive has your - the customers - best interest in mind. Ive advised my family to start using their services, and I encourage you to do the same. Cheers!

Not sure what happened. I called to make an appointment and was told I could bring my car on down. While waiting in the waiting room the owner came to me and treated me like a two year old and told me I needed to call ahead and make appointment enough time for him to order parts, which I did. My car didnt get fixed. It was rigged and a week later broke again. He took my money and didnt tell me it wasnt completely fixed. Only reason I brought my car here was because my sister bragged about how great this place was because they fixed my dead mothers car, only to find out months later her car wasnt fixed. The radiator blew and tore up her engine and Im just lost for words. My sister said she paid over $1000.00 to fix minor problems and give it a tune up. Feeling lost and confused.

Recently bought an Infinity G35. I took it to a repair shop and my estimate was over 4,000 bucks ! My friend that works at Accura told me they use Diehl Aotomotive when their Mechanics cant figure out the problem.I took my car to Ricky and told me what needed to be fixed and half of the stuff the first shop told me needed to be replaced, didnt need replaced, it was just worn.Ricky got me fixed up the same day for a fraction of what the other shop asked for !! I was told my car needed new shocks in the front. Tried to order parts. A month later, they got ordered. I told when I could go in, only to find parts had been sent back. Went to Diehls, had it ordered, received, installed, & back in under a week.
