Made appointment over phone for check engine light. Went to drop car off and was then told it would be 3-6 weeks because they only have one diagnostic tech and are backed up. Time before this, they missed lug nuts on tires and lost my keys spending a half hour trying to find them, no apology. Will be looking for a new place.

I went in to buy a new car for my husband and was greeted immediately by a wonder associate that was patient as we walked around and gave us our space when needed. We went and got our information from the bank and came back and got the process started. The staff was gracious and showed us a generous time. Made our first car buying experience an easy one.

We will not be buying a Kia after our experience here. My wife spoke to a sales person and was told that the car we wanted to come see would be ready and waiting Friday at 6pm. So we drove 40 minutes over to the dealership to see and when we got there they told us the car had been loaned out and wouldn’t be back until Monday. No apology or offer to help in another way. No suggestions of how they could help just oh well try back Monday. They will not be getting our money.

Kia has Very poor quality. 2018 Kia Soul. 82,000 miles. Motor locked up due to known oil consumption from a factory defect. Mine is #14 in line out of 24 vehicles with the same issue. My car has been there over a week. It has not been looked at yet. They are telling me it will be 1 month to look at it and 2 or more months to repair it under warranty with a new motor. They are not willing to provide me with a rental car to make a repair that is under warranty. So unless you are willing to walk DO NOT buy a Kia especially one from University Kia which is owned by Greenway. The service department is way below par.

I came in with a payment amount that I could get Work with and Shaft found a car my son loves. Initially it was out of my price range, but a simple conversation and BAM! It was exactly what I could afford. We were in and out in just a couple hours for a quick and painless experience. This was easily the most efficient and pleasant car buying experience I’ve ever had. Shaft was pleasant, professional and friendly. He treated my son and I with respect and met our needs perfectly.

Double check when they offer you their loans, they write on paper that they will pay off your trade in and then add whatever they didn’t actually give you for it onto your cost of your loan and when you call them out on it they say you are slandering them and they have lawyers, absolutely ridiculous. The agents are friendly but I won’t be going back to this place. I got a better deal down the road in less then an hour and all the information was laid out clearly on paper. I kept my paperwork just in case.

First appointment I set for my car the service advisor seemed as if they didn’t want to be bothered. It was a Saturday and he stated it would be a 4-5 hour wait so I rescheduled for a day during the week to have it dropped off. Well my husband brought it in and it wasn’t that long at all before he picked it up. I have been having issues with my tires (that were supposedly rotated) since then. I tried calling multiple times to speak to someone about it with no luck, I am always told someone will reach out to me and that never happened! Horrible service. I am new to the area and it looks like I’ll have to take my business someone else.

This place is the most unprofessional dealership that I have ever dealt with. I was trying to purchase a 2022 Carnival from them and they couldnt find one for me and told me I had to wait. I was fine with that because I didnt need the car until May and there is a car shortage nationally right now due to silicon being in short supply to make the components for the vehicles. It has been almost month and they have stopped answering my phone calls and the manager sends me straight to his voicemail. It took me saying I want my deposit back to even get him on the phone. When I finally talked to him he was very passive aggressive. If they would have just called me back when they said they were going to or made an effort to keep me informed at all then I would have been fine and I would have waited.I swear to you I am not some Karen that gets mad over little things. They are genuinely just nice to your face to sell you a car and are the embodiment of a stereotypical car salesman. Good luck to anyone who buys from here. Maybe your experience will be better than mine, but if they have to find you a car or they dont have it then good luck with the communication. Luckily they will give you your deposit back if you do run into this.

If you want to pay $7,000 over sticker price with no room for any negotiation this is your place. I realize cars are scarce but a 1.5 hour drive can save your THOUSANDS of dollars, or drive 2 miles away and buy a Hyundai for MSRP. The showroom is in bad condition as well; dirty, stained ceiling tiles, etc. My advice is to stay far away.

I would give the service dept a zero if I could! The worst customer service I have ever experience with any service dept! Of course, the purchasing process is not the problem. The minute you need your car serviced, you WILL have a the most horrible experience! Its been 35 days and I still have not gotten my brand new car back. According to them, I only need the fuel tank clean, so why does it take 35+ days!. No one has even looked at it! Dan, the so called repair man, lied to me for 3 weeks until I finally found out the truth. He kept telling me that he was moving along in the process, this was done, that was done, blah blah blah. Come to find out, it was sitting for 3 weeks and nobody even knew where it was. Three people took 30 mins to locate it! I knew I should have gone to Mazda! Reach out to the General manager, no response. Talked to 3 managers, no one wants to take ownership or even knows what to do to rectify this. I am so disappoint! 30k and I cant even enjoy my vehicle smh
