If you’re looking to lift your truck then you’ve found the right place…. These guys by far do the best work, and have the best customer device while doing it. Austin frequently went above and beyond to make sure I was updated with the lift progress. Zac and Jeremy did a phenomenal job with the lift, and worked their tails off to get it done by our deadline. Bottom line if you need to get work on your truck this is the place to go, you won’t regret it.

Jimmy and Austin in Huntsville have been amazing to work with. I was looking at a worse case scenario when I mistakenly gave them the wrong year model for my truck when we ordered a new camper top. After installation we noticed that it did not fit exactly right. Once the issue was determined they agreed to work with me to reorder the correct camper top. Recently purchased a new truck bed cover. (Old bed cover purchased from H&H is 11 years old and finally wore out; I definitely got my money out of it) Ordered new bed cover online to pick up at the Huntsville store. The incorrect size was added to my cart. In store availability was incorrect. The “in stock” status was based on a Birmingham warehouse not the local Huntsville store. Once my order was submitted there was no clear indicator of the size I ordered on the receipt. Just not user friendly from a digital perspective. Good products once you get them. Decent service in person. Extremely rude and disrespectful service over the phone. Based on the last comment, I will not use them in the future. Kindness/respect/customer service are at a premium to this customer.

The H&H team in Huntsville always do an amazing job. During the last visit they installed a leveling kit and new tires on my sons truck. They are my go to for any accessory needs.

Pros:The salesmen were nice and respectful.Cons:Emailed HH and they said they could install a lift kit... sent me a link to a kit of the wrong year model.Then they quoted me an install of a lift kit that I would purchase my self for double the labor.I accepted. I dropped my vehicle off. Only for them to call me and tell me they couldnt do the install due to lack of experience with my vehicle make. To be clear, lift kit was only spacers. . . Overall a waste of time, but the friendly staff brought the rating up to 3 stars.

The staff and technicians are wonderful. I bought a 2021 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali with adaptive ride control and wanted a lift. John and Austin were able to find the correct lift that I desired. Whole order to install process was easy; called them up and told them what I wanted, went down for the install when it arrived and was out in under 20 mins. Great service, and a really neat store.

I will never go to this place again. I was mislead by Austin as to the installation of parts. When I spent the 5k to order a lift, leveling, tires, rims and exhaust I was told the parts would take a week and a half to arrive. Well 2 weeks later I had heard nothing and was told the parts would be in on Monday. Still no word on Monday, so I called on Tuesday to be told Oh yeah, the parts came in today. The he proceeded to tell me the installation couldnt be done for another 3 1/2 weeks. Well when I purchased the parts I was led to believe they would be installed when everything arrived. So I ended up picking up my parts and taking them somewhere else to be installed. No customer service whatsoever. If you go there dont believe anything they tell you! Get it in writing!The issue was getting parts in. The issue was the way you mislead me on the installation. If I was told up front I would have that long to get the installation done, I would have a choice. But you didnt give me that option. You took that down payment!Worst customer service ever! I will make sure everyone knows never to take a vehicle there.

Ordered my hitch over the phone, it arrived at the store the next day. They got me scheduled to come in and get it installed within a few days. Pretty fast install (a little less than an hour). Very good experience and would do business with H&H in the future.

Had an issue with my truck cause another company had installed my lift but something didn’t sound right. So I called Jonathan at H&H and asked them to look over it after the other company. They found the issue and fixed it no problem! H&H had great customer service and contacted me a day before my scheduled appointment plus kept me updated every step of the way. Had a leveling kit installed on my 4Runner last week. Very impressed with the job done. Looks great and is performing well so far (a week later). Great experience at your Montgomery office. Lots of variety to choose from. Was able to take my time to choose my selection. Purchasing was easy and encouraging I had made the right choice. Deliver had to be cancelled and rescheduled because of rain. Communication with office was great. On delivery day, was called for early delivery which worked out great. After set up it rained. The delivery and set up went great. Jon & Scott shown they loved their job, and pleasing my every wish. Their personalities and attention to detail were great. I never comment, but this was a must.

I recently bought a truck that had a gooseneck tow package already installed but didnt have the ball for it. Looked everywhere but only these guys had one. They even lubed the insert slot for the ball and installed it for me. These guys are fantastic. I cannot say enough about how pleased I am for their customer service. I had trouble finding an off road shop that would install a leveling kit for my Ridgeline. I was told by several that they would not touch it or werent interested in working on a Honda. While H&H didnt sell the particular leveling kit I had already purchased, they also didnt turn me away without at least seeing what type work I needed done. They just needed to have their guys look at the kit to be sure they were comfortable installing my Truxxx leveling kit. Needless to say, they took my business. Fantastic folks to deal with!Had an appointment on Saturday morning at 8:00 AM to install a trailer hitch on my 2017 Equinox. When I arrived the installer was waiting on me. I changed the type electrical connector I wanted but that was no problem. He showed me exactly what he thought I should install; I agreed to the part and the price, and in less than an hour and a half the job was done. The installation looks great and I know its done right!I highly recommend H & H and assure you, you wont be disappointed.

This place is great! Christian Brothers recommended them and I’m glad they did. They were able to discount a kit I had already ordered by shipping from their existing inventory and installed at a more than competitive price. Will certainly be returning to this place for future lift related installs.

Nice folks, with lots of truck accessories, though they didnt have what I was looking for.

Jimmy and crew are awesome. They worked with me to be sure I got what I needed and didnt over-sell me on things I didnt need/want. On top of that when one item was faulty (manufacturing defect) they worked with the manufacturer to replace and reinstall it at no cost and on short notice. I will be back for all of my customization needs!

Two years ago i purchased Revolver x2 bed cover, a 20,000 pound B And W 5th wheel hitch and companion slider. I dealt with Jimmy on everything and he was superb as were the installers! However most reviews are about the sell and the install. But in this case, working with Jimmy, the after the sell support has just been superb!! From replacing a broken snap, to correcting a malfunction in the roll up cover, to a fair price quote to move hitch and provide hardware for install on new truck, to even offering to store my bed cover while i transition trucks. Cant recommend Jimmy and his crew enough; i will not do truck business with anyone else

Great experience. Was in town for the weekend and wanted to get a good set of nerf bars for my Ram 1500. Called to see if they had the one I was looking for (didnt have it in stock but could get it within two business days...very quick...but I would be leaving town by then). Chase advised me on a better set that actually look far better on the truck. Rolled in, picked up the bars and mounting kit, out in 15 minutes. Great price, also. Now need to price out a camper shell.

Went in for a Bedliner, got a filthy nasty one and they replaced it with a new one. It scratched up my truck bed and still didn’t fit my truck. I told them I wasn’t happy and they suggested a spray in Bedliner at no additional cost and that they would “eat” the $250 difference. Overall am satisfied and happy. I’ve also ordered a camper shell for my truck from them and will be going back next month to get it too. Have spent thousands here in the past and likely to in the future. If not satisfied Just let them know and they will do their best above and beyond to ensure you are happy with your purchase and with them as a while. Matt, Tracy and Jimmy are good guys !
