They did a good. Little slower than they said they would be but overall it was pretty good.

Very disappointing. Rude and apathetic on the phone call and even more so when I got there in person. So much so I took my car to Firestone where I received friendly service and they were able to resolve the issue quickly. No wonder this NTB has so little business the mechanics are hanging out chatting.
Excellent oil change and tire rotation services. Store could use a face-lift and maintenance on the interior.

I called and was quoted $770 for tires with road hazard, mounted. Pick my truck up and handed a bill $400 higher than quoted. A month goes by and sidewall punctured so bring it in for replacement under the extra I paid to have road hazard on them and get charged another $70 to replace tire with road hazard. Strongly recommend doing business elsewhere.
First, they have the best price on new tires that I was able to find. That was the best part of the visit. Upon entering the store I was having difficulty getting my face mask on. It had tangled up and I was in the process of putting it on as I had come through the door. I was still 15 to 20 feet away from the desk and had been in the store no more than 10 seconds before Justin, the service advisor, yelled out at me, Sir, I need you to put your mask on! My response was, I am working on it. I had literally only just stepped in the door and was not aware that the mask was tangled. I understand peoples concerns about the Coronavirus, but people can still talk to others more respectfully than that. Secondly, I was told it would take about 2 hours to put the tires on which was fine by me. However I watched out the glass window as the technician was installing my new tires. The technician walked away from the car on three different occasions, two of which was to come inside the lobby area and answer the phone and talk with customers or potential customers. My thinking on this is that I am here and Im a paying customer. The technician should not stop working on my car and cause me to have to wait longer so that he can take a call from potential customers for 10 to 20 minutes each. Needless to say, even though the price is good, I have been frustrated with this company from the very moment I walked in the door.
I have had tire and maintenance work done here before, but after my last visit - never again. I got an oil change and tires rotated for $40 which is about average. A week later I go back in because my brakes were grinding. Apparently, they never even looked at them or it would have been obvious that I needed new pads. After waiting over an hour for them to look at the brakes, they tell me it will be over $900 to do the brake job. They wanted $250 for new pads and $230 for the labor to install, and if that was not bad enough, they wanted $400 to replace all 4 rotors, claiming that they were too far gone to resurface. I had them put it back together, and I took it home to do myself. I took the rotors to OReillys on Jordan and they resurfaced them for $12 each after verifying with calipers that they were still within tolerance. I bought their most expensive pads and got out with a total of $160 for everything. I realize that most people are not able to take on a job like this themselves, and that they will have to fork out more money to get it done, but this kind of blatantly trying to take advantage of people is beyond the pale. I almost forgot to mention, while working on the brakes I noticed oil dripping on the ground. They had not bothered to tighten the oil drain plug the week before, and I was over a quart low.
The tech Ian is very helpful and worked on my car, fixing it up great! I dont know anything about cars and he didnt make me feel dumb and was very professional. He also made sure to do the work thoroughly instead of rushing through like others will do.
Excellent service yesterday when I bought new tires. For those concerned about COVID-19, NTB went above and beyond my expectations: all employees wore masks, social distancing was marked, hand sanitizer was available and they gave me the pen used to sign the invoice rather than placing it back in a shared holder.
These guys stayed way after closing time to help us change out two tires so we could get back home 180 miles away tonight. They gave us directions three times to get us here, and were extremely friendly about that. They never minded what we just put them through. Guys, you are amazing and super knowledgeable. Very nice staff working there. All I had to do is call them for a inspection and they got me in and out on the same day. They were also the cheapest to get a inspection done on a vehicle if you need one done. I will definitely use them next time I need a inspection or maybe even tires or something. They charged half of what I paid somewhere else for a inspection.
I have always had great help in the past but whoever decided to hire the current service desk person needs to rethink their decision.The service guy treats everyone like a moron. I saw it happen to the 3 different folks in front of me just trying to ask a question or get some service.
They where helpful & gave me exactly what I needed. The other place messed things up & they fixed it. I will be back thats a promise
I have been taking my vehicles to this NTB location now for about 10 years and have never once been dissatisfied with the service I have received. The staff is very friendly, they have integrity most importantly of all, and they are always prompt with service and get my car done quickly. 5/5 stars, wonderful place, would totally recommend!!!
Sometimes just doing your job and going up and beyond is what counts. Oil change tire rotation and patched up a tire that had a nail in it, and best of all they put air in a tire that was low on air. It is the small things that counts sometimes. I wish other companies would follow these instructions written rules. Thank you for fixing up my black toy box.
I have low profile tires. I was turned away from one place because they claimed they didnt have the right equipment to patch a slow leak. Found NTB. They had me in and out in an hour. Im writing this review 8 days and 200 miles later. The car has been riding like a dream! Thanks, Steve, for the discount as well. Fast service, right price, thorough job. Ill choose NTB every time! :o]
Went to these folks for a simple inspection. Keep in mind that 2 of my tires were practically new and recently replaced by my dealership. However, the rep, who was very dry and impersonal, said that I couldn’t pass the inspection because I needed 3 new tires and then proceeded to quote me all 4 tire replacements. I told him I didn’t need that and I went and got a second opinion across the street at Pep Boys who said that ALL of my tires were perfectly fine. I’ve only been to NTB twice in my life and both times were extremely unpleasant, once in another location and then this one. I’ll never go again to any location. And I don’t suggest anyone else go either.

They handled my tires and oil change right before closing but I had already done everything online. However, the online price and what he actually charged me was two different things. It ended up being $75 more than expected.
We reserved an oil change online for 12:00 pm. It was rather busy inside when we arrived at 12:00 pm. After we waited in line for some time we let them know we had come in for our appointment.Upon letting two of the employees know we had a reservation, the one at the computer stated that we had reserved it online and told us he would be back and would process us to get an oil change. So we waited about 15 minutes and no one helped us after that. During the 15 minutes we waited they processed 3 other folks in helping them get tires. They took their keys and told them how long it would take. It is clear they make much more money off of tires sales than they do oil changes, but its a service the company offers. Not only do they offer them, but the company allows you the opportunity to reserve a time to come in to get an oil change. I dont typically mind waiting, but it appeared the main guy who told us he would process our oil change seemed pretty angry that day, and he at one point threw an engine belt at the ground for one of the other employees to come and get. Im not a huge fan of letting someone who looks incredibly rushed and angry work on my car. So when 12:30 rolled around after not being addressed again and not wanting someone who looked irritated work on my car, my wife and I left. I dont plan on ever going back and I will never be inclined to buy tires from this company in the future.
Had them check my brakes. They said I needed 4 new rotors. Took it to the dealership to get a second opinion. Did not need any rotors. Save $800 by going to the dealership. Never using these guys again. They flat out lied to me and essentially tried to steal $800.
I have bought tires here for 5+ vechiles over 10 years with good support. I have also had numerous break jobs done with very poor results! Lifetime warranty is for pads only....and the labor plus parts estimate was 10% higher than their competition with no previous warranty. Service agent was much more focused on running up a bill than addressing my specific needs! I am moving my business elsewhere after a 10+ year history!!Update: No, I will not contact you directly via your website! That ship has already sailed!
Came in with a slow tire leak in hopes of getting it patched. Turned out to be too close to the side and had to be replaced. No big deal - these things happen. The employee at the front desk explained the different tire options and was very helpful and friendly. I decided to go ahead and have the tire replaced then and there rather than putting it off, as I had a work trip coming up.5 minutes after driving off (after having the tire replaced), an alert popped up on my instrument panel stating, Tire pressure monitor problem. I was running behind and didnt have time to turn around and drive back, but called NTB back to let them know and they said to bring it in at my convenience and they would check it out for me. I had to leave town the following morning for work (which is why I wanted to get the tire fixed in the first place), but brought it in to get checked out when I got back.There was a different person at the front desk when I came in, but I explained the what happened to him and stated that my instrument panel had a message that said, Tire pressure monitor problem. Rather than saying, Ok, lets check it out, he replied and said something to the degree of, Ive been doing this a while and have never seen a car display a message with that wording before, almost as if he didnt believe me... I told him that was the message, word-for-word and took him out to my car to show him..He came back into the lobby 20-30 minutes later and explained that he pulled my car out back, checked the tire pressure, then calibrated the TPMS (all of which Id already done on my own before bringing it in). He said he then drove it a lap around the Parkway, only for the Tire pressure monitor problem message to reappear on the way back to the store.He said that at that point, he had no idea what was going on and that theres not anything that he can do... I asked him what I need to do to get it fixed, and his response was that I should take it to Honda to have them check it out...Ive never had a service provider throw their hands up at an issue like this and say that theres nothing that they can do. If Id have known that NTB wasnt capable of installing a tire correctly or fixing an issue with a TPMS sensor, Id have taken my car to Honda in the first place to have the tire checked out or replaced. Ive come to NTB for tires and batteries for a few previous cars and always gotten good service, but can safely say that I wont be back again.
Great experience! TJ, the manager, and the rest of the team were great. They answered all of my questions. They also found a problem with my lug nuts that was missed by several other facilities who rotated my tired. My car runs super smooth after the rotation.
This place is fantastic. I came in with a flat tire from a screw. They patched my tire quickly but efficiently and for free! Such great guys, give this place your business!
We were in the middle of a car trip when we got a screw in our tire. They got us right in, at 7am, and fixed our tire for FREE! Excellent place, friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Went there to have tires mounted that I purchased, new tpms sensors put in and an alignment. Was told by a bearded guy who I assume is the manager, that, “We don’t like to do black wheels because we might damage them”. He then told me another place to go. I said ok and looked them up and they didn’t open until later and It didn’t look like they did alignments. So I went back and said I didn’t care if they scratched the wheels it was ok. He said, “We don’t do black wheels”. How do you sell black wheels and can’t mount them? I said ok and called ntb in Decatur and explained to them what I needed and they said no problem. Bet you money if I had bought tires or black wheels from them they would of mounted them no problem. This isn’t my only rude experience with this guy and my supervisor at work described the same guy to me when I told him what happened. He said he stopped going because of this guy. He is lazy with a bad attitude and doesn’t care if they make money or not. Last time I go there. Decatur NTB Is so much better.
They got me in when other places couldnt. I was very pleased.
UPDATE May 2018: Made the mistake of trying to purchase tires at that store again. A horrible and rude experience. Im a creature of habit. Ive got to learn to go to a more friendly place.ORIGINAL:Lazy. Refused to replace a air valve stem in my tire because it was too much trouble. As listed below, Ive bought 5 full sets of tires from the over the last year and they couldnt bother themselves to let me pay them to fix a broken tire valve. I even removed the wheel myself and had it in the trunk. All I needed is for them to pop a air valve in. I even brought a brand new valve with me for them to install. Never again. I went over across the street to PepBoys and told them about my experience and I had the whole shop rolling on the floor laughing at NTB. Came in for new brake pads. I was nice and corporative. They took my car and 20 mins later called me. Hey, those brake pads still got like 70% life left to them. We are trying to save you money. You dont need our service.This was wrong, my cars brakes were in bad shape I would find out at the next shop I took my car too. My car would shake when I applied the brakes hard and thats cause the rotors (which I was also trying to get worked on) were in need of help.Why would they lie to me? Was it it the coupon I was trying to use? Were they just lazy and didnt want to do this very basic job. I will never know, but it sucked to waste that time and be lied to.
Gave Ntb a SECOND chance after causing damage to my Mercedes and trying to have me repair it when I never gave authorization for them to fix what they broke in the first place. Took my dually to them to get re-aligned (had significant wear after 2 months and had to buy new tires). An employee called me to inform me I must have hit a railroad track or a pothole as to why truck was out of alignment but refused to show me indicators of where I had received damage enough to alter alignment. Then told me (after only 2months) that I would have to purchase another alignment as they did not warranty ALTERED vehicles yet there was no prior discussion of warranty and if that was the case why would you work on any vehicle that is not factory spec in the first place. This place is a straight rip off I now understand that its not just the companies but the people who work there who give the company a bad name. Firestone here I come!
I puchaeed new tired one day ago. The check tire light come on. Right after getting my tires out of the shop yesterday, they scratched my leather steering wheel. They said they use steering wheel covers. None of the cars in the shop had steering wheel covers on them. They acted like it was not their problem. They did nothing to compensate for my time to come back here twice to get their job done correctly. They do not care about customers or quality of their job. I have been watching them work on th car in the shop and they are eating out on the shop floor. Im very disappointed in the quality and service provided. I have been a customer for four years and this will be my last time after my warranty of my alignment is over.

I had run over a screw and gotten a flat tire. They were wonderful and polite about fixing it.
Had my car’s oil changed a couple of times here. Had to wait awhile but no big deal. Just got it changed at the dealer... plug was cross threaded sideways from where NTB changed it... cost me over $500 to fix this. Pass on NTB!

Free Wi-Fi, Keurig coffee, reverse osmosis and UV filtered water and all this before you see their clean waiting areas, TV, and extremely pleasant technicians. They also are great techs and quick. Side note: Midas is owned by the same company.

The prices here were very resonable. They have a waiting area which has a coffee machine, TV, and free wifi. The bathrooms were very clean. The best part of they share a parking lot with Applebees so you can go have dinner while you are waiting. Excellent service and will definitely be going back.

First and last time here. Made an appointment and it still took 2 and a half hours for an oil change. Too much money for such slow work.
I have multiple issues with this specific NTB...A - Inconsistent Balancing of tires. I bought a 5yr rotate and balance, theyve rarely balanced the tires correctly. I always end up with a bounce at 60+ mphB - Multiple Alignments to get it right, in the last two weeks Ive had 3 alignments. One two weeks ago, went back today due to steering week being way off. Drove right back once I picked it up, was still off. Picked it up after the 2nd one of the day and its still a hair off.C - Nasty hands/clothes in my vehicle. After picking up my card for the 2nd time today, I get in and the door is nasty. Im not talking about just a finger print or two. Theres dirt or something in the seat and dirt skid marks. The door is gross, the handle on the interior is completely black. The window switch is nasty, it took me 30mns of scrubbing my leather and doors to get it all cleaned.I have given up on NTB in this area which sucks because I bought a 5yr alignment/balance. With service like this I doubt theyll every be truly successful.

My family has used NTB for forever but they have never been SO rude before.
I just spent over $300 today buying a pair of tires for my sons car, because he had a puncture and those two were the original tires in the car.My wife later that day, picks up a puncture on the way to pick up my sins car. They tell her they cant patch the puncture or sell her just on tire. I tell her to go across the road to Pep Boys they say no problem they can patch it.The clowns at NTB were trying to work my wife over because shes a woman. Screw NTB, theyll never get another dollar from me.

Took my car for an oic change. Super slow and the tech could not find the oil filter.
I always get my tires done here. On my last visit one of the new tires had a slow leak after I left. It was annoying to go back, but they had it fixed in less than an hour without an appointment.
