Jerry Damson really takes pride in taking care of their customers. Their customers comfort is number one priority for them. Not only do they keep you informed as to how the repair on your vehicle is going. They have a top notch visitor waiting area. This area is ran by a lovely person by the name of Luann. She makes sure that anything you need to make you comfortable during your waiting time is made available to you. Customer service Reps. Donna keep you informed about your vehicle and what is going on with it. All throughout the entire process of getting your vehicle repaired you are taking care of as a top priority. I definitely recommend Jerry Damson to my friends and family.

Ive bought Hondas since 1977 and Jerry Damson Honda is the best dealership Ive dealt with. They set the standards for others to follow.

Facilities are great. People are hit or miss. Took my car in twice in 5 days, and had the same service advisor both visits. I spent $900 here in 5 days. First visit he was condescending and non empathetic, second visit was better. He didnt seem to like the fact I had researched things on my own and that I had questions. The first gentleman I worked with back in Oct was excellent. Ill give them another chance before looking at options.
