For more than 9 years, I had been a customer at this location. I stopped patronizing the facility because previous management seemed to focus their collective efforts on putting the cuss in Customer Service. Fortunately, the current staff are knowledgeable and display a genuine interest in doing whats right for the customer. They are a great example of how a successful business should operate.
Mike the manager is absolutely amazing and his staff. We have always been greeted warmly. He takes care of my car and my daughters’. Extremely courteous and trustworthy which is hard to find in the industry. As long as Mike is the manager they will continue to get our business.

Came their for a noise in the rear of my car. They told me my rotors warped and they needed to be replaced. Well 560 dollars later problem proceeded and i ended having to take my car to firestone who found the problem to be a nail in the tired. It wasn’t puncturing the tire but in the creases of the tire itself. Firestone took it out and let me drive my car to see if the problem was fixed which it was. I paid them 10 dollars and it was on labor day. Screw Midas never taking my car there again.
The manager at midas was so knowledgeable and professional. I hate that I cant remember his name. I brought my 2008 Camry in for a total tire alignment and while doing the inspection he found some things wrong with the car. He explained in detail the issues and the cost was very reasonable. He was able to complete the job in less than 24 hours and now must car drives perfectly. I would highly recommend going to this location. Taking all my vehicles to him from now on. Thank you so much!

I bought brakes and rotors and had problems as soon as they put them on with squeaking and shaking. They said it was probably a bad set of brakes. I bought it in and they act like they didn’t hear the noise. Called Mike to tell him they were still making noise and he told me I would have to pay for new rotors because these were bad even though I just spent $1400 on the service with them! Then I’m recommended I get rite of my truck because it was the tires messing up the brakes. I’ve never had any major issues until going here. Never again!

For ANY car issues, talk to Mike Havens at Midas off Leman Ferry Road. Midas will either fix it or tell you if the problem is outside the scope of their capabilities.They fixed brake issues, one of which could have killed me before I got it fixed. Woody Anderson Ford didnt even mention any problems, who I took it to the day before for an oil change and AC fix. Lucky to have Midas on my side.
Time for brake inspection and they replaced rear master cylinders and front arms due to worn bushings. Manager is very professional and thorough. Applied discounts to my service invoice. But only one mechanic so I should have gotten a ride home and left the auto overnight. But I sat there as he worked in my car on and off between the other smaller jobs. The car felt great as I drove her home. I went for an errand the next day and the brake line had come loose and my brake pedal went toward the floor and pulled drastically to the left. I returned the car, left it overnight and they repaired it. A little scary driving her back to the shop. Once new manager hires extra mechanics, I believe this shop will be solid.

If you are a woman DO NOT GO HERE!!! They take advantage of women or people in general who don’t know much about cars. I took my car there for an oil change, to which they informed me I needed two new control arms and ball joints, a job costing near $1k. Took it to another shop, and all it really needed was a control arm bushing, a $300 job.

I went in yesterday for a blown headlight, I was told I had a broken socket. For them to repair they would have to splice wires and install a new socket. I ask about the price I was told $80 for labor and the cost of the socket. Since it would be while before they could get to it, didnt want to wait. I took my car somewhere else. My headlight was blown nothing more. Midas was going to charge me for a part an labor they never did. They lied to me. I will never step foot in a Midas Store again. I will also tell everyone I work with not to go to Midas.

I’ve been going to this location for a few years and I’ve never had a Complaint until a few weeks ago I went in for an oil change and wheel alignment but when I left my car was not aligned so I went back recently a few weeks later and told the new manager of my concerns with my cars alignment and getting new tires and he fixed it I also got a deal on all new tires and my car drives like a dream now i’m very happy with the service and the new management

We visited this location for warranty work on shocks installed by the Midas in Spokane, WA. We were able to provide proof of purchase and the shocks were replaced for free, only paid labor. Professional crew and did the work in a very timely manner.Would definitely use again and highly recommend this location.
Saturday Aug 22, 2020 was my first time ever visiting a midas location and it will definitely be my last ! I took my Honda Element to get a oil change and alignment due to the fact that I had a trip that’s coming Friday and wanted my car to be up to service anyways Saturday I picked up my car and I noticed it wasn’t running as per usual I only drove it to the Walmart down the road and back home and called to let them know my car was not running as usual but they were closed and closed Sunday so I had no choice but to wait till Monday ! Well Sunday morning I was going to visit my mother-in-law and my car was still not running as it was before my husband decided to take a look at it and noticed that whoever worked on my car did not do their job right and left my air intake box opened which caused my engine to feel like it was forcing itself more than it should. Took it back Monday morning told them about that being left open and also that my alignment was not properly done because my wheel still kept pulling to one side. Took them all afternoon to look at it and still made me come back the next day (Tuesday) to work on it again. I picked up my car Tuesday about 15 minutes before they closed and drove it home and big surprise it still wasn’t fixed from the alignment ! Wednesday And Thursday I had to work and had no time to take it to get fixed I called and told them about the issue and told them I was gonna be outa town and I would be taking my car once I got back, Friday came (the day of my trip) and driving down 565 my car wouldn’t accelerate anymore past the 3rd shift change I had to pull over and luckily there was an auto store nearby and took to get the engine checked turns out that because of them leaving my air intake box open 2 of my sensors went bad ! I couldn’t drive my car like this so this cost me a 324 dollar rental ! Today Wednesday Sept 2nd 2020 took my car back again and showed them the money I had to spend because a job I paid 250 dollars for them to do was not done properly and all the “manager” could say was well take a look at it ! I told him I need my vehicle to run just how it was running before I brought it to them or I will want a full refund ! Completely worst place I’ve been too by far !!

These guys are great, very professional.. Ryan, the new store manager, was able to fit me in for an alignment on a busy day.. My car is lowered with some camber bolts that needed adjusted, and I wouldn’t trust any other place to align my car. They are very knowledgeable and honest!!

If I could give zero stars... DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!Since this post I have communicated with a management and they do not care about issues that I brought to them. I had the same job done again thanking it was covered under warranty, because that’s what I was told by the associate, so basically I was charged another $700 but the kicker is I still need the job done again!Ryan is now the old manager but the new one is it much better. So again, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!The new manager RYAN was rude as hell! The $1500 job I had done was shoddy and the way I found out was by taking my car to another shop. First, RYAN was saying “there’s something sketchy going on, and not on your part”. Then, assuming he thought about what he said, told me I never had the work done in the first place! When I went into my email and found the receipt number he had the audacity to say, “well, you made it to the beach... there’s no way the work was shoddy”... his remark was in reference to me explaining to him how I knew without the shadow of a doubt the work was done because I had a planned road trip out town and wanted to make sure there were no car problems on the way. I eventually asked for a number to speak to someone above him and he refused. I asked for an email address, again he refused. I asked him if the work was warrantied and he said he’ll get his manager to call me AND HUNG UP IN MY FACE! Not once was I rude, I didn’t talk over him, I let him speak, I wasn’t yelling, didn’t curse... THAT IS NOT HOW A MANAGER SHOULD CONDUCT BUSINESS!!!
I /always/ get my car’s oil changed and tire rotation here. In almost 10 years I have never had an issue until this time when I was appalled to see one of the mechanics walking around inside the customer area without a mask, the front desk guy without a mask while he was in his office, and the sign on the door of their shop saying something to the effect of “We’re required by the government to post a sign saying wear a mask. This is it.” I’m 6 months pregnant and therefore my immune system is compromised. I still have to live in the world and make sure my car has its oil changed every six months. I put it off for as long as I could but it just couldn’t wait any longer. I take what precautions I can to keep myself safe, but I rely on people not being jerks and being considerate by wearing face coverings when in indoor, confined spaces. It shouldn’t take a government mandate for people to do the right thing, but even in their case it isn’t enough, I guess.
My boyfriend took our van there 2 weeks ago to get it checked out since we are about to travel in it. Apparently the lug-nuts on the wheels were not properly replaced and the wheel came off a mile away from Midas.Fortunately, Midas took care of the towing prices as well as fixing the wheel and drum. They also fixed the issues we had with brakes and idler arms at no cost! The only condition was that they didnt have to fix the body damage, which is no big deal to us. They still tried to pop out the dent for us anyway! Im very satisfied with the service here. Everyone makes mistakes, but not everyone will make up for it like Midas will.

Friendly store manager on leeman ferry. However it seems like everytime I take my car in, they fix the problem but I get it back and something else is messed up.
I am a customer who brought my vehicle to Midas on July 10 to have brake work done. I brought my car in at 9 a.m. after making an appointment online with the option to “wait for it.” Lady calls me back to confirm appointment and tells me it should take 2-3 hours. While at Midas I was asked 4-5 times to leave and they will call me when my car is ready. I leave around 12:30. I call about condition of my car at 4:30 p.m. Tyler informs me the car won’t start and I need to have it towed to Chevrolet dealership in Huntsville to have key reprogrammed. After Chevrolet gave me an estimate of $400 for electrical diagnostics I decided to have it towed to a different mechanic. He tells me your guys bent a pin in the fuse box and half the car had no electricity because. He also tells me my shifter was broken. He fixes my car. In later text messaging correspondence between area manager and me he says before anything was touched the vehicle wouldn’t start. This is not true because the technician drove my car right into the shop.
Just got an oil change. Ther service manager told me it would be 20-30 minutes before they could get me in. I didnt really time it, but it seemed that I had to wait a long time, not make me mad long but longer than expected. Of course their courtesy inspection found three or four things that needed to be done. The service manager did 3 or 4 asks, but not high pressure. Recommend
I have to say that we are thankful for the mechanics that tried and worked extra hours on the neon but there needs to be some training training training on how to deal and communicate with your customers you need us just as much as we need you. And your district manager especially needs to know his job is to make the customer feel like hes working to his best ability to correct mistakes even if he doesnt mean it and not tell the customer hes the one losing out on money. You never tell a customer that when the problem was that shops fault for not ordering the right part which mistakes happen but no communication and the attitude wasnt caused for .Her car was there for 3wks and we had already spent $1100 plus a rental for a week. Overall I believe good work happens here just a really bad experience and a manager and district manager that needs training or perhaps another job.
Immediately after arriving I was greeted by the staff working. I received an oil change as well as got my tires checked and rotated. The oil change was affordable at only $19.99. This was my second time coming and will be back again for my next oil change.
To get a oil change and some air in my tires, I waited close to 2 hours before I realized I should leave and come back later. I received a call and was told of things I should get done. Decided to get the oil change, new wipers, and air in my tires. Was told they would call back when everything was done. 3 more hours later I needed to go to school so I called to check in and it turns out they just forgot to call. Who knows how long it took to finish my car up. When I went to pick up, I had to wait a good 30 minutes to pay and pick up my car. Was late to school, oh and the air in my tires was still low... not going back. Ever.

Called to get a price quote for replacing my mufflers and exhaust. Was quoted over $400 just for labor. They said its a 3 hour job. Which basic math tells me they charge $140 an our. Outrageous! Called a smaller shop and they said probably around $70. Will never call or go to Midas ever. That one call told me theyre crooks.

Dustin and his team at Leeman Ferry are knowledgeable, efficient and timely. I like that its more appointment based now, so theres not a lot of chance to sit in the lobby waiting because someone walked in right before your appointment and now youre pushed back. They knocked out my oil change and looked into an issue I asked about within an hour.Ive gone to this location since 2011, when I first bought my car. Dustin is the third manager Ive dealt with and I really like the updates and changes hes made. Plus, hes just as personable and engaging as the managers before him. Good mechanical service and good customer service!
I went to another shop for my last oil change and had nothing but problems, not here....Everyone was absolutely professional and courteous. They DID NOT try and convince me I needed a million dollars worth of other stuff like other oil change places. I will be back for anything else I need for my truck! Thanks Midas!

This Midas is the only place I will take my cars. I ran into them by chance when the Mercedes dealer quoted around $1500 for headlights, saying they couldnt repair the electronics. On a whim, my wife called Leeman Midas and they said theyd have a look...and they fixed the wire at no charge.So I brought in my Wrangler and they did a detailed check on it. I fixed what they recommended I fix and had them do regular maintenance. All done in minimum time.So I brought my other cars.Dustin and Kyle are awesome. I now stop by if I have questions on any of my 4 cars and they give good, knowledgable recommendations. Sometimes its dont worry about fixing, or theyll make a minor adjustment and everything works well.Yes, Ive done the typical Midas muffler and shocks (for the warranty), but Leeman Midas is so much more. Theyre honest and they know what they are doing.Ive lived in Huntsville many years and never felt comfortable bringing my cars to anyone. Ive been cheated with auto repairs more times than I care to admit (even to myself). I have peace of mind knowing that Dustin and Kyle are pros, they treat me cars like theyd treat their own, and they will not charge me for needless repairs. They also get my car out the same day, no matter what the issue.I thought my wife didnt understand when she called Leeman Midas about my Mercedes issues. She was right, I was wrong. Dustin and Kyle have been a blessing.To date, theyve done my regular maintenance on 4 family cars (Mercedes, Land Rover, Jeep, H3), changed shocks and catalytic converters, seals on oil pans, transmission change, you name it.). All of it comes with warranties and Leeman Midas stands behind their work like Ive been unable to find a private garage do.

Great, they let me know just what needed to be done and was fast and very friendly. I felt they really knew what they were doing. No one ever mention to me how important my anti lock brakes were and I was driving people around so I was glad they let me know that was the first that needed to get fixed.

Let me tell you how wonderful this place was to me. I called ahead of time and talked to Dustin who said they could take a look at my car for me. I feel like I have been driving a death trap for months. When I went in I told him again everything that was going wrong and they lifted my car up and not only told me what was wring, but showed me step by step. Dustin was amazing and has great customer service skills. Andrew showed me where the problems were and did an amazing job. At the end of the day, they found the true culprit of my issues and though they couldnt get the part today, they will have it done tomorrow hopefully. They even made sure I had a safe way home. I cant wait to get my car back tomorrow or as soon as they get the part in. These guys are truly exceptional and I couldnt have asked for better. Thanks guys!!

Im a mechanic myself, but not a welder. I had two catalytic converters on my Mustang GT that were bad and rattling at idle. They had it diagnosed, and quoted with local parts within 30 minutes. 1 1/2 hours after that, I was out the door with a quieter vehicle, and less expensive than some other joints. There were also a couple of other issues with the vehicle that were brought to my attention that I can personally take care of, but was made aware that they can also take care of it if I wished. I wouldnt hesitate to take vehicles here for services I dont have the equipment to handle myself.
When visited MidasI was given at the end of my visit a clean bill except for my cabin filterlater on that evening after they did the oil change and rotate tires my car shook violentlywhen I took it back to see why it was shakingI was given some bull about my rotorwhen I took it to another mechanic.I will never use Midas again.I drive a 2017 Nissan Ultima SRIt has 35,000 milesI do not drive it hardI take very good care of itFrom the very first timeI never had a problem with this 🚗 they never drove my car to see if their was anything going on.Where as every time I have taken it to fire stone the very first thing they did was drive it.So riddle me thishow is itI bring my vehicle in one way, working properly andI leave out and it no longer functions properly.🤷🏾♂️I am disappointed with MidasI will let my family and friends know about my experience with Midas.Thank you for allowing me to shareMr Johnson
We have been taking our repossessed vehicles there for about a month. Bobby and Shawn take excellent care of all our repairs. The manager, Taylor, is very helpful on telling us what needs to be repaired before our vehicle is ready to sell. We will continue taking our business there! These guys are the best mechanics we have found!

They have no properly trained mechanics...all back yard mechanics and when they do get a good technician in theyre too cheap to keep him around...I am a former employee...Im not bitter at all I make way more than they would ever pay me now...just telling the truth...they cut corners and will most definitely sell you things you dont need 🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️
Ive had issues with the mechanics every time Ive been. One argued with me after my oil change in the parking lot because he didnt rotate the tires (he claimed he did it). But I marked them with chauk before and they didnt get done. (This happened twice, during two different oil changes). Most recently, the mechanics over filled my oil by so much that the dip stick was full almost to the top of it. My engine was smoking and had burning smell through vents. I still pray theres no permeant damage to my engine.Positive note: The management always fixed my issues, no questions asked. So, management is good with the customers, but the workers in the shop are no good. Unfortunately, Ive lost confidence in bringing any of my vehicles back for future work.
Unfortunately the only thing about the faith it was like they were jumping back and forth from one vehicle to another and I was afraid that were going to forget to do something on mine or someone elses that didnt work very nice just took too much out of me
So far I have had several oil changes and a few mechanical repairs. CV joints, brakes, rotors, and a heating repair. Every time I got pretty good prices and good service. I dont think the 1st price they give you is the last price. If you are on a budget looks like they will work with you.
The service performed by Midas was a oil change. I had a 130 appointment but my car wasnt taken back until well after 2 (not that big of a deal). I checked the oil once I got home and it was new, and the level was good. Nothing negative to say about the service itself but they could step up a bit on the customer service. The assistant manager kept going right outside the front door every 5 minutes to smoke. When he came back in, the entire waiting room smelled horrible. He should probably smoke on a break (out back) and wash his hands afterwards.
My experience with Midas was horrible. I can’t even rate it that’s how bad my experience was. They had my car on and off for a month. They said the diagnostic test showed that I needed a tune up. I paid $600 for a tune up and that didn’t fix the problem. I had my car for two days and it quit on me again. They came to my job and said the wires was touching, so he taped them off without test driving it, telling me once again that would fix the problem but of course it didn’t. I tried to leave after work and it wouldn’t stay started so I called them to pick it up again and they did. The next time they said it was the cadallitic converter. I asked them why it wasn’t on the diagnostic sheet and they said the battery was throwing the test off. So they finally came up with saying the computer was bad and it’s a dealer issue so they can’t fix it, so now my car is still messed up and I’m out of $600. I will never do business with them nor will I recommend anyone else to go there. I am so upset and can’t get over this because I would have never paid them $600 for a tune up, had I known it wasn’t going to fix the issue. I’m just out of a ride and $600, such a sad situation. I didn’t want to rate it but it was the only way it would allow me to post it.

Our first visit for an oil change was a great experience back in February. However, stay away from this place on Saturdays! Employees are very unprofessional. Getting four new tires should not take over three hours with an appointment. We didnt even receive an apology for the delay . Coming from a supervisor position myself, the place is poorly managed with the techs wandering and messing around more than actually doing their work. Whipping their dirty towels on eachothers behinds in front of customers! One of the techs kept going into the back office making weird noises and banging on the countertops as if he was on something. Very uncomfortable. We will refrain from anymore business from this place.

Midas was recommended by a friend and I took my SUV in for an oil change and tire rotation. Now i have decided to use Midas as my car care center. The wait was short and the customer service is great! The prices are good too.
Took Almost 2 hours just for a simple oil change. Employees were in the garage almost no where to been seen half the time and when they were they were taking the precious time doing anything. it was only when i mentioned i had to be back at work they finished 5 minutes later.
First time taking my car in for routine oil change. I had made an appointment online, got there and was taken care of better than any place Ive been before. Taylor and his crew were professional and a pleasure to speak with, even on Labor Day! Had me in and out in under an hour. Will definitely be returning for future maintenance.

I recently got a flat, while traveling and had to use my spare. This isnt much of a big deal, unless you drive a truck; so it becomes a little more of a hassle getting to my spare, etc. I first went to Midas (Dustin, Manager) to see if they could repair the tire (plug), but due to wear inside from the rim, I had to get a new tire. Since the tires were under warranty, I chose to get another one on-line and have it shipped to Midas. I worked out the details with Dustin and was able to get my tire replaced within the week. The service technician and Dustin even put my spare back under my bed for me...much appreciated. Quality work from good people. I would recommend taking your vehicle there and allow them the opportunity to help. A side note: While waiting, an older man had his vehicle there to check on a tire/wheel, that he believed had a problem...Dustin and crew checked out his vehicle and didnt find anything issues...AND did not charge the man for their time...not something you see everyday.
They got the job done
Called this morning and spoke to Dustin. Made appt for 10 but showed up early. From out of town but in town for family emergency and needed work done to the muffler on my truck. They pulled my truck in right away and after doing their inspection, told them to go ahead with the work. Dustin called his local supplier and asked them if they could expedite getting the muffler to the shop. Within a few minutes, the muffler arrived and work was started. Completed within a couple hours or less and even before lowering the vehicle, Dustin showed me what was completed and just wanted to make sure I was ok with the work done. I called these people and asked them if they could install an “x” pipe on my exhaust system. And they said they would have to create their own “x” pipe because they didn’t have any. Then they said it would cost me a couple hundred dollars. These people are SO HIGH. Stay away. It should only cost about 30-60$ to have an “x” pipe installed. Not like 200$.
After arriving there, it took 45 minutes befor they even looked at my truck. Asked for High Mileage oil, but they put in Conventional oil. I probably wont go back. I didnt get the impression that they were happy to get my business. Acted : a new customer, thats fine. Not : a new customer, yes we want your business.
Its very difficult to purchase tires here. This used to be a very operationally excellent establishment up until late 2019. I recently purchased two tires for my wifes vehicle as we were taking an emergency trip to Michigan so I went ahead and had them change the oil and align the tires. It was so unorganized and chaotic! The two people working the point of sale were shuffling service orders back in forth trying to answer the phones even if they were talking to a customer right in front of them. He put the wrong price in for the tires I was buying so I wasnt going to pay over $100 more than what he quoted me on the phone so I told him thanks but no thanks then he went and got what I.guess was the manger and said no wait a minute thats not right so whatever anyway about 4 hours later I had the tires on my wifes van. My wife and agreed that maybe they were training and it was around the holidays so we decided to give midas on Drake in Huntsville another shot since weve been coming here for years. Well my wife needed another tire replaced so I called early enough in the day so we could get an appt. He said he would have the tire at the store by the time of my appointment. So I get.there after work and after some confusion at the front desk they recieved the wrong tire. Ok people make mistakes I understand so im patient at this point. So I go back at 5 the tire still isnt there. He calls me 15 minutes later oh they have the tire in but guess what?? Sorry sir its the wrong tire again. Im no longer patient . I went in grabbed my wifes keys and needless to say I wont ever.be back to the midas on Drake ave. In huntsville. Or any Midas for that matter. I went to NTB and they were able to sell me the tire I needed because they are a real tire shop. And thats what a real tire shop does is sell tires.
They got me in an out within a hour for a oil change an tire rotation. I did have an appointment, which is probably recommended. Dustin has been there a while so its good to see a familiar face.
They were super busy and taking appointments for the next day. I attempted to go again and they were super busy. I attempted to call to schedule an appointment and no one was available to answer the phones. My biggest advice is to plan ahead.
Ive never experienced better customer service.
As is usual for this location, I didnt have a long wait, and was a walk-in. The lobby and restroom were both clean, the gentleman behind the counter very accommodating and when they were finished they backed my vehicle to the door and brought me my keys. Highly recommend for great service but also excellent prices!
Had brakes pads replaced and was back within 24 hrs after one of the brake calipers had fallen apart. The mechanic apparently didn’t tighten the caliper properly. When I returned with the vehicle, they were very nice about fixing it, but did not offer a refund or anything.
Honest, fair prices amd quality work. My only complaint is that I had a 1:00 appointment and they didnt finish until almost 6 because of being short staffed. Kinda defeats the purpose of making an appt and a huge inconvenience being without a car for 5 hours for something that should have taken 20 minutes.
They were so honest they were willing to tell me my car didnt need any work done on it! (took it in because Toyota recommends service at given mileage intervals) Great service experience and I highly recommend!
Customer service is great.Quality of Work is great.Time spent here is great.There have been a couple mistakes, once my lugnuts were loose after a tire rotation. Luckily, nothing bad happened. And once there was a misunderstanding of the price. I called the owner and he refunded my totally AND I got a free oil change.Even with the mistakes, they have been great. Ive been coming here for over 4 yrs now. Plus they do military discounts.
I recommend to not go there. Seven months ago I had them change my oil. Two weeks later, I realize my car was ticking. All my oil leaked out. I told the manager of the company the situation. I found out one of the workers broken my drain plug. They was suppose to order my part but kept getting the run around. Its been seven months and still no replacement on my drain plug.

Being short staffed, the manager was forced to run a one man show. Waiting on customers and answering the phone makes it hard to give good service, but I was able to pick my car up in the early part of the afternoon, so that was a plus.
I dropped my car off for an oil change and standard checkup. They got me in between appointments, and they still finished in less than 2 hours. They told me it was time to clean out the fuel system, but they didnt push me. They are always very friendly.
They have a great oil change offer running now for $20. Plus they give you a free tire rotation with the oil change.
The service was AWESOME. Answered all my questions very friendly and my car runs great!
