I had an insurance claim. We called (recorded) and asked if they could handle my electrical repair. They said yes. After the third time that they said it was ready and repaired (all previous times I had to return it because they didn’t even test drive it and it wasn’t fixed) they hadn’t secured a water hose and it was cut by the belt and it burnt up my 7.3L E350. A rare vehicle worth 28k. I recorded the owner saying he would do whatever it took to make it right, only for him to have it sent to an impound yard with out notifying me that they were refusing service. After 450$ worth of impound I got the cops involved and have a report. They claimed they notified me but changed the email address slightly. Not only did they blow up my engine, they caved in my back door when they pushed it into the lot. I have pics of the greasy fingers and lots of audio recordings. If anything I have stated is false, SUE ME! If I don’t win with my insurance company I’m coming for you next!

Electrical repair: this was an insurance claim: after the third time returning the GUI or after they claimed it was fixed… it wasn’t. I recorfeded the owner stating that there was stilll a code for a speed sensor and that “if I have to do it myself l, then we will make it right” …. Third time.’this time they failed to secure a coolant hose on my 7,3L with 150,000’on it and it overheated while driving it back. Due to the other issues that they said that they had fixed. In short, they blew up a 7.3 L engine in an E350 rare HD XLT and then created more property damage. They caved in my rear door panel while pushing it onto the lot, And then sent it to impound without notifying on me within one work day because they knew the extent of the damage they had caused. one week went by and I got the cops involved before I recovered my vehicle.If anything I have stated here is not factual,’then sue me.’Your suit is coming soon. Only one vehicle like mine exists in the US, and it is for sale for 27k. Cheers!

Got my transmission rebuilt here never acted right after. got the run around then just after the year warranty is up my trans blowup and they wont cover anything now Im out thousands and have no car. Would not ever recommend taking your car here. They could atleast try to make it right

They did a great job fixing my car in a reasonable time. They didn’t try to hound me on getting other parts that I did not need like other shops would have done . This is the main shop I will come to for now on. They are very trustworthy and they know what they are doing.

Two issues: One, they didnt try to fix my truck, just believed the Ford tech that it needed a new engine... it didnt. Estimated $7700. Actual cost to fix was $107. Two: Store location was robbed, lost my stuff from bed of truck, they didnt charge for diagnostic, so I didnt claim on their insurance. Had I known that they didnt even try to find the problem...would have been different. Brian and Brandy Very friendly but whoever looked at my truck didnt drive it, put it in 4X4 or even neutral and check the actual engine sound. Very disappointed. Came recommended.

I typically have the diagnosis done at the dealership then bring it here where they complete the work for usually 1/3 the price of the dealer. Excellent work and ea time has been just a couple hours. I have had 3 different vehicles fixed here. Great service
