Slow service. Week day may be better.

Just talked to Tommie (owner) about an issue my father is having with his car. Im an master tech, but live 5 hours away (would be an expensive tow). Tommie was plesant, took time to talk to me, and can do the work needed. As a customer oriented person myself, i appreciated his time spent with me. Thanks!

Theres a lot to say about finding a fair mechanic, but to be brief, Im more than impressed with the work completed by Prestige Automotive. I had a hood release latch and cable replaced recently. I was able to discuss and schedule my work over the phone. Once parts arrived, my car was in and out in less than a day. Labor costs are honest and affordable. I will certainly be using Prestige for any future work.Highly recommend!

Tommy was absolutely one of a kind before I even met him. He came well recommended from local car shops in the area which is an absolute plus in my book. Many times, you hear mixed reviews but not this time. Upon calling Tommy, he was very polite, professional and gained rapport in our initial interaction. After advising him of the complications I was having, he immediately provided customer focus followed by research to appropriately diagnose the problems I was having. Upon determining the solution needed, he immediately provided me with estimated costs might I add were the best in town. My vehicle was just shy of needing an entire motor but thank goodness to Tommy for his expedited service and attention to detail, I am back rolling better than ever. Great place! I took my Nissan there after months of problems with the A/C and no one else able to figure it out... They did! My air works, like FREEZE YOU OUT! Tommy is very professional! Honest, and up front. His employees are pretty outstanding too. Chris worked on my car, he was quick and thorough. I havent had any problems with my air since. Will definitely be going back if my car gives me any more problems!

1998 Ford F150 5.4L Triton V8. I just paid Prestige a total of $3,250.00. $500 was for a Check Engine light triggered by an O2 sensor that I took in to Prestige last summer while visiting from South Carolina. The light came back on just down the road a few miles on my way back to SC. I took the truck back to them last month for the same issue with the O2 sensor, and to replace my exhaust manifolds due to rust. It ended up costing me another $2,750 with new rear brake drums and wheel cylinders. I now live in Gurley. After having my truck for several weeks I finally pick it up. I would say at about 10 miles on the road the check engine light illuminated again and my brakes felt like they would shake the truck apart. I returned the truck a couple days later and waited another week or so. The whole time I was having to call the shop to get any update on the status. I finally pick it up again and before I got back to Gurley the check engine light came on and is still on today. The brakes and exhaust are fine. The whole ordeal has been a nightmare to get the old truck fixed not to mention spending $3,250.00. Tommy and the guys down there are great guys and I hate writing this bad review but I just need to vent some of my frustration at them instead of taking them to small claims court. For now I will drive the truck with the check engine light on and maybe some day get another shop to take a look at it.

Tommy and his staff are knowledgeable, honest professionals. I took my Dodge Stratus in to get the water pump replaced which is a very labor intensive job. After they had gotten everything apart they discovered the likely cause was due to my timing chain being stretched out. Tommy called me immediately to let me know what they had found and that it would make the original price go up significantly. He had me come down to the shop to show me exactly what the issue was. He gave me all the information and his recommendations and let me decide what to do. Even with having to replace all the engine chains the price was still less than the dealer. I have put 5000 miles on my car since and havent had any issues. I highly recommend these guys.
