They were able to repair what I was told by others couldnt be done. Fair pricing, great work and was completed exactly when I was told it would be. Great experience!

I called them and they requested me to email them pictures so they can give me a rough estimate. I never heard anything back from them about my inquiry. I would have loved to write more but unfortunately, I cant.

Im not going to give them a 1 star because I did not use them. Asked them for an estimate which for 15 rims to polish them was $225 per rim. I can buy these rims for half that price. The service and price they offered for my needs was not worth it.

I hit a small stump and really messed up my front wheel on my Kubota 4X4 and these guys fixed it right at a fraction of the cost of replacing the wheel. Second time I have used this shop and got excellent service. If you have a wheel scratched up or in need of repair, these folks can fix it up like new. Check them out.

This is a great business for straightening any rims.

I was told I had a bent wheel on my F-250 when I bought new tires and was referred to this company to have it straightened. I dropped it off and was told it would be $125 plus $15 for mount and a balance. Luke, the owner, was so honest he called me two days later and said they were able to fix the wheel with minimal effort and that he would only be charging me for the mount and balance($15)!!! I asked him why he didn’t just charge me the price he had quoted like almost any other business would do and he said, “I like to sleep at night.” I will be bringing any future business and spreading the word on this place every chance I get from now on.Thanks Luke!Matt

I had a set of tires installed on my performance car. They were very careful with the car and I appreciated that. This isnt a shop that has several bays and work to get cars in and out in a hurry. Made an appointment, brought in the car, and they had me out in just over an hour as they said they would. I was able to watch and talk with the folks working on the car too. Very open. Tires are well balanced. If your looking for a place where your not 1 out of 20 for the day, this is a place for you.

2nd time I have been here for Huntsville pot holes!! I told them I was leaving the country to work for awhile and they were able to accommodate my time line! Hopefully I wont have to go back but if I need my rim/wheel fixed this is my first place to go

Do not use this place. They have awful customer service. I dropped two wheels off for them to fix while waiting I saw an older gentleman getting into verbal argument with two customers. They then told me that both of my rims were bent which would be an additional $100 to fix. I know the rims werent bent because I just scraped them on a curb . Then they sprayed the inside of my wheel making a rough and dull, when I brought it to their attention they tried to tell me I had to pay an additional $50 to fix something that they did. They overlap black paint on Where the Red was on my wheels refuse to fix that as well. I spoke to the older gentleman and got into a heated argument about the issues that I had. He told me it would be $50 for him to fix it. I kept saying I dont understand why I have to pay for something that you guys did. He said that he would get the painter and he walked inside. I then spoke with a young lady that was walking in and asked if she work there. She said yes and I asked if I could speak to an owner or manager. She said that they were not in. I asked if I could have his number or some way of contacting him. She said that she did not feel comfortable giving out his number. ask to speak to the owner the young lady said the owner wasnt there. They did not fix any issues. I would not recommend using this place

I had my rims on my Suburban fixed and was very impressed, they look out of the box new. Also the owner Luke is willing to always try to help the customer and thats very rare these days. Folks if you want quality work done with by trustworthy people dont look any further.

Fixed my bent wheel in one day even though they carefully and professionally Addis you out may take three days. Everyone that helped my was professional and knowledgeable. They said they would call when the wheel was ready and ACTUALLY did. Great service!

I tried to refinish a set of wheels myself and became frustrated during the process. I called wheel fix it and spoke with Luke. He gave me advice on how to do them myself and was very nice about it. Patience ran short on the DIY project so I brought them to Wheel fix it. They looked better than new when I received them back. Im very pleased with the service and results.

They did a great job on my rim. I hit a pot whole and cracked it on the inside and bent it. They charged me $150 for straighten and welding. It was done in 3 days.

We got two rims fixed on our Hyundai Genesis. Wheel Fix It did a great job and completed it faster than they originally estimated. The car rides SO much smoother now.

First time customer and have nothing but good things to say. I bought a set of aftermarket wheels online and heard this was the place favored by tuners and car enthusiasts. They checked the trueness of each wheels prior to mounting the tires and even bolted the bar wheels to the car so I could see if I liked them on the car and to make sure there was no interference issues. I called one afternoon and had an appointment the very next day and was in and out in about an hour. Everyone was very nice.
