Inconsistency with hours. Last year, the owner tagged me on FB letting me know she’d be open starting a certain day and I’ve visited several times within their business hours since then and they’re always closed. No sign posted outside or anything on their social media indicating why they’re not open. I’ve seen several other people complain about the same issue, but she never responds.I’m all for supporting black businesses but professionalism is still to be expected. She needs to be honest about her hours and availability and stick to them.

Ive visited this place several months ago and had a positive experience. However, I tried to visit this place today (Monday) and the doors were locked. There was no indication of why it was closed during normal business hours (9:30-7pm approximately). I arrived around 2:30. If the hours has changed or if you are no longer in business, please state that on your website or place a sign on the door. Not being open during the hours stated makes it hard to support a business. I had to go to a competitor (another beauty supply store) in order to obtain what I wanted. I really hated that as I wanted to support black business.

My visit was very delightful. The staff was very professional and the store was stocked well and very neat. I will definitely be back soon.

Best Beauty Supply in Huntsville, Alabama. The staff is extremely personable and listens to what customers want in their experience. I would recommend this place to everyone. They make your shopping experience worth while and answers questions about products. I will gladly spend my dollars here, hands down!
