I love this store.. been going for many years & every time I go I be satisfied… the workers are very nice & patient as well.. I’ll recommend anyone to go there. Management is wonderful Rachel is very nice & helpful….. just love it!!!!

I paid a nice chunk of money for a wig and it ended up being a defective wig. I tried to return the wig and I was told that I messed up the wig myself. I will never shop here again!!

Loved my first experience going here a couple of weeks ago. I showed the lady near the wigs the style I was looking for and she pointed me right to two styles that were exactly what I was looking for. I found what I needed and she was so friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back!

I go and able to get what I need for the most part. The staff didnt follow me around but were around to assist if I needed it. The diversity in the staff helps when one has hair specific questions. Pricing is on par with similar brick and mortar retailers.

Best beauty supply store in Huntsville. They have everything from wigs to mask to clothes and shoes makeup and jewelry if they sold food youd never have to leave they have got it all. And theres always someone available to help you.. I love it there I drive from another city once a week just to see what theyve got new.. shop there you wont need to go anywhere else

They have an abundance of hair selections! Braids, lace fronts, hair tracks, etc. This is literally like the only place I go to for hair. Not to mention, they have other things besides hair like clothing items, makeup, jewelry and accessories, etc. They have low prices and incentives to keep you coming back. Ask about a loyalty rewards program if rly arent familiar with it. The ladies are almost always smiling, the music is niiice, and I usually walk away feeling like I scored some good products at a decent price. Looove it!

They usually have exactly what Im looking for... I do wish the had less braids (that are crochet) and more crochet hair for styles besides braids... like Kima... with all the colors instead of the basic 1, 1b, 2 and 4.

I wasn’t sure exactly what was needed but the employees helped guide me to several alternatives. I left with exactly what I needed. The checkout was quick.

Went there yesterday. This location still has poor customer service. Reminded me why I stopped going 2 years ago. So I left and went to Hair Queen. They didnt have a lot to choose from but I found what I needed. Plus the workers were nice.

Great! The representative was able to help me with the questions of some of the products before I got them. I was able to make a better decision on if I wanted to buy the products due to the representative input. It kept me from buying something I would get home and regret later. Also my solid gold card wasnt working they took the time to find out why.

No high pressure sales where you following me around. I can look as long as I want. Good selection. Always easy to shop there.

I was invited to an event but didnt have time to go to the beauty parlor so I went to get a wig. I tried on 3. Decided on one. However, the one I wanted was not available in the color I wanted so I was offered a different color. I was shown the other color; however, it was not pulled from the package for me to try it on...big mistake...anyway, I agreed to have the sales lady cut the lace off the front. She sent me up to the front to pay for the wig while the lace was cut. I paid for the wig and it literally took 25 minutes for her to cut the lace. She finally brought it up front in a box and placed it in a bag and gave it to me. I thanked her and took it home. I got dressed and pulled out my newly purchased wig. It was not in the same condition as the one from the store which several people tried on! The top of the wig looked like someone had gone to a barbershop and collected 10 years old matted hair and balled it up and glued it at the top of this wig. It was awful! In her 25 minutes of cutting she didnt notice the wig looked like a prop from a low budget movie depicting a crackhead??? I wasted $59! To say I was disappointed is an understatement. I felt duped and taken advantage of...

I bought a belt from this store but later realized it was the wrong size. I went back in to exchange the cheap quality belt and the store cashiers looked at me as if I was doing something wrong. This store does not value their clientele at all!! They actually have signs throughout the store that say we’re watching you or something disgusting like that as if someone would want to steal their cheap quality products! I can easily go buy products at Walmart or Sally’s so that’s what I’ll be doing.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!Where is the dislike button..because these location does not deserve one STAR! Why do we give them our hard earned money and they cant even respect US just a little bit. I need a Corporate Office number for Solid Gold Beauty Supply #2 because the manager doesnt know the meaning of defect. The flat irons I purchased had a defect and she told me just because I didnt like them didnt mean they had a defect. I like the flat irons that why I purchased them. The pair I purchased did have a defect problem and I wanted to return and get my money back. I return with 7days and the manager would not give me my money back but an in-store credit...I pray I will never have to step foot back in Solid Gold Beauty Supply #2 ever again and if I was you, you should do the same. They have NO RESPECT FOR US!! BOYCOTT THEM NOW...

Gigantic selection of everything--beauty supplies, hair tools and implements, even fashion accessories like hats and bags. Lots of cheap, sparkly hair clips!! Staff has always been friendly and helpful, even if theyre very busy and close to closing time.

Of course they identify by something else or nothing would get done.Needless to say one star because I was going to spend more money but they helpe stay on track and put everything thing else back. I came into the store 6/10/19 to purchase many waving products including a “Silky Satin Durags”. Of course, the packing was the same across the panel but with different colors. I chose red. I purchased it and went home - only to find out that it was navy blue. I returned to the store the same day and was told because the packaging was open, that’s why it couldn’t be EXCHANGED. Then the woman continued to smell the Durga as if I wore it. After repeatedly telling her that I never put it on, she still didn’t satisfy my transaction.

Its big, organized and clean. Im just tired of being followed. Im a professional so when I come there to shop (in a pinch), Im actually looking at ingredients and looking up reviews, not waiting for you all to not watch.I even come in with just my wallet so that there is no opportunity to hide things in my purse.
