Super nice sales lady! Only wish they would have more mattresses that were lower priced. My son will probably outgrow a full size mattress within a few years so don’t want to spend a lot of money on it. There were only two options under $600

Thank you Julian. So our house burnt down last week and we lost EVERYTHING. Complete loss. The insurance company is giving us a furnished rental, but that means used beds and sheets and whatnot. We went in and found Julian. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped point us towards quality mattresses to try after explaining our needs. During that time, Joey (the other salesman in the store at the time) helped distract our kids by playing hide and seek so the grownups could figure things out. As if ordering 5 new mattresses, frames and box springs wouldnt be enough stress all by itself, but if we had to keep the kids occupied at the same time, it works be next to impossible. On top of the sales already going on, he was able to drop our total bill am extra 15% to get it within our goal budget. This has been one of the most stressful weeks of my life, but overall working with him was a near stressless experience. 5 stars

The worker in the store was helpful in letting me try the sample mattresses. She initially suggested a high-end brand, but promptly offered to show me store-brand options after I asked about cheaper mattresses. There was not an item in the store, and deliveries were backed up a few days, but the delivery truck arrived almost exactly on time on the scheduled day. More in-store stock for customer pick-up and an old mattress disposal option would be extra convenient.

It was time to upgrade to a king bed. My husband and I needed to get something better than our queen. Julian helped us out finding the best mattress for us. If you need a mattress and not sure about the details, price and decision. Go see him at this store. They have variety of comfort and different brands to choose from!

The mattress was too uncomfortable but that was not the worst issue. When we purchased our new mattress, we were told that we get an adjustable base for free. We were also told that if we were not happy with our new mattress within 120 days that we could get a refund but there would be a stocking fee of $500. Upon our return our rep told us that we would have to pay the stocking fee plus the pay for the adjustable base that was free and that we could not return that back. Our mattress cost a little over $2,000 and with our return we were told that we will only get $800 back. How do we have to pay for something that was given to us with our purchase for free? This was a very horrible experience, and we will never purchase another mattress from Mattress Firm again.

Our salesperson was knowledgeable and welcoming. One of the best shopping experiences we have had and it was our third stop of the day. Price was even better than the others too.

My wife and I came in to the store with the expectation to purchase another Tulo Queen Firm Mattress with Mattress Firm. We were greeted by Joey. Unfortunately, this mattress was discontinued and Joey did a great job researching other options to match our preferences. We particularly appreciated Joeys patience and attention to what we were looking for in a mattress and you could tell he cared more about finding the right mattress for us than trying to sell one with a higher price tag. An overall pleasant experience with excellent service from Joey. Highly recommend!

Debbie was a blessing yesterday. My wife and I have been contemplating on getting a new mattress and decided to stop by to test some mattresses out. Our experience while buying our new mattress was great but everything after has been a mess. Our mattress was delivered 2 days late and 2 weeks later we still havent received our mattress protector that we purchased and was told wed get it on the 3rd....its now the 14th. Im frustrated at their lack of information on why things have been late.

After moving out-of-state for a job relocation, I went to this store for the first time and had a positive experience interacting with the sales representative and fortunately came across a great deal during the holidays. In addition, I was able to use a military discount as well. There were many variations of comfort that the store provided and instantly discovered that a “firm” mattress is better for me than a “soft” one. To each their own. I recommend this to my peers.

Staff was very knowledgeable about their products and how it impacts your health. They were also friendly and jovial. Our purchase will arrive in within a week.

Originally the salesman quoted a price on bed and adjustable bed frame. Once the contract was written and signed and I got home I noticed the quoted price wasn’t honored (my ignorance for not paying more attention at the time). The contract was modified a few days later to the agreed amount.

My 88 year old mother wanted a new mattress. I took her to Mattress Firm because it was open on Sunday. We were looking at a very high end mattress but the sales lady showed us several others which Mom found the perfect one. It came with a frame that raised your head and that is perfect, it will make it easy to get in and out of bed for her. We couldnt have been a better experience. My only suggestion is to have a step stool there, Mom had a hard time climbing in and off the beds. But thank you for the wonderful service.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! We had been on the market for a new mattress and had visited multiple other mattress stores in the Huntsville area, but didnt find what we were looking for, at the price we wanted. Upon walking into this store, I was warmly greeted by Debbie who was very helpful and gave a great price quote for a mattress I loved. I brought my husband back with me the next day and worked with Sunny, and she was just as pleasant, extremely knowledgeable, and patient with us. She did a sleep test with us and educated us on the differences, pressure point relief, and pros/cons of a plush vs medium mattress. We ended up deciding on a mattress and got an adjustable base and all the extras for a great price (they are currently running a free adjustable base!!)! I would definitely recommend this location and their sales people to anyone looking for a new mattress!!

So I ordered a bed back in March, was given a delivery date to be delivered no later than May 23rd... still haven’t received it. I called numerous times, and finally spoke to a guy named Dustin that went above and beyond to figure out the issue. Turns out it wasn’t mattress firms issue, it was the manufacture. Long story short, Dustin went out of his way to get me a box spring and frame ordered so I could get my new mattress off of the floor. So thank you Dustin!!
