DO NOT BUY THE ROLLED UP BOXED MATTRESSES. Bought one a few months ago and it was sagging which gave me MAJOR BACK PAIN which till this day im still recovering from. The guy in the store refused to help me only because the 4 month guarantee had passed. Had to go to a mattress firm in Houston to get a very good deal on a real mattress. Please avoid getting those boxed up memory foam mattresses if you dont want a messed up back.

We did some research and decided to check out the mattresses at Mattress Firm. Lindsey was very helpful and knowledgable. We took our time and chose a mattress. Check out was a breeze and we should have a new mattress this Wednesday.

Beauty Rest, the manufacturer, would not return our calls or even try to help us ! We were only two years into a ten year warranty! The mattress sagged terribly! A few months ago I was looking to buy an affordable mattress and went to a couple different mattress stores around town. At multiple stores, I either had to wait 30+ min for anyone to help me (first time buyer not really sure what I was looking for) or I would be rushed to look at a few of the cheapest mattresses available. When I walked into mattress firm Andy, the sales associate, was helping a customer but walked over to let me know he would be right with me but gave me the layout of the store. After getting a better idea of what I wanted Andy pointed me to the mattress that fit what I was looking for and found a mattress that I was happy with. Then a few weeks ago, one of the legs on the platform frame that I had bought broke. I went back to mattress firm and a different associate gave me a number to call. The number lead to 3 different numbers who all said they couldnt help. I finally called mattress firm again and Andy said he couldnt find any number on the box so he contacted the warehouse for me. Now a replacement frame is on its way. All in all, Andy is one of the best sales associates I have done business with and would recommend him to everyone. Mattress firm is a solid business but if you want great customer service ask for Andy.

Box Springs Ron really took care of us, helped us find the perfect mattress for our toddlers first big-boy bed and helped us preview options to replace our own bed in a couple of years. Very knowledgable and personable. Also very tolerant of the kiddo running around the store. I love that this store has a child-size chair and a Lego table with large Duplo blocks! We really appreciate the family friendliness.

My wife and I bought a new mattress on March 2 and after sleeping on it for 2 months we really did not care for it. I went back into the store and spoke with Kevin about changing it for a different brand. He said that would be no problem. So I checked out the Tempur Pedic brand and we made the exchange. Of course that brand was more expensive and I had to pay the difference. Kevin helped me in every way possible. I highly recommend The Mattress Firm and the Kevin the area manager.

A friend of mine went to this store and dealt with Kevin the Area Manager and received the WORST service. Not only did he not get what he PAID for, he screamed at him on the phone when my friend tried to call & get what he originally asked for. We later got involved and tried to fix the situation and he raised his voice once again. Upon going to the store to speak with him in person, the unprofessional behavior continued when he started cursing at employees on the phone in front of us. He then later proceeded to threaten to charge my friend extra for returning the item HE DIDNT PURCHASE but was sent by the manager because he felt it was more fitting for him. I dont normally leave reviews at all but this man made what was supposed to be a positive experience a COMPLETE NIGHTMARE. DO NOT SHOP HERE. And Kevins bosses/HR should really have a talk with him about customer service & how to treat employees. I work in customer service as a supervisor and that is NOT how you treat people. If I could give KEVIN 0 stars, I would.

This was the BEST buying experience ever! Renee is an exceptional salesperson. She is an amazing person with a PhD in mattress-logy. We have slept on our mattress for 7 nights now and I wake without pain in my neck, shoulder stiffness, etc. I have the most relaxing sleep Ive ever experienced as an adult. We bought a twin mattress at a very good price. After about a week, the pillow top started to come apart. I called to see what could be done. I was told there was no warranty on it. He said it had been on clearance so there was nothing they could do about the mattress lasting only 1 week. We was NOT told there was no warranty on it . We wouldnt have bought it. He said it would be on the back of my receipt stating no warranty. It was NOT. We are very dissatisfied with the customer service we received. And we are stuck with a tore up mattress. Be careful buying from here.

William sold us our mattress and adjustable base. He was very knowledgable and was able to answer all our questions about the memory foam and base. We have a custom built bed and had to be sure the adjustable base work with our bed. We are in love with it and very happy. We will certainly shop here again when we need another mattress. Well I goofed I thought I got my mattress from Conroe but it was Huntsville.Sorry about that Andy. But I did have a wonderful experience.i was shown a variety of options and ultimately it was my choice.He was was very patient with me.i sleep painless now .thanks so much for your kindness and your knowledge so that I got my moneys worth .

If you are in need of a new bed then this is the place to go. Me and the wife were looking for a new bed and not only did the Store Manager William take the time to listen and really try to understand what our needs were in a bed, but he went above and beyond in explaining all the benefits of the different beds available. I have to admit I really did not think a mattress could make such a huge difference in my life but after sleeping on it almost a week all my back pains I was experiencing before have gone away. We also opted for an adjustable base and since then my snoring has decreased according to my wife and I dont wake up throughout the night. We couldnt be happier!
