Just moved here from UT and Publix isnt a thing there, yet. It is a nice store. It is relatively clean. The staff is friendly. They have good selections. Im told they carry some harder to find, healthier options than some other run-of-the-mill grocery stores. But I havent actually seen anything here in this store yet that wasnt available in most of the other grocery stores Ive been to in the area. And nothing that wasnt carried by most stores back in UT. All those things would net the store a solid 4-star rating from me, but it doesnt justify 20% - 30% higher prices than the other stores in the area. That is why I have given it a 3 star rating instead. Ill shop there for the one-offs from time to time. But I have a Walmart equidistant from my house and if I can save 30% on my grocery bill and still have access to 95% of the same stuff... Im going to do that.

Marvelous customer service. All were so very nice. And wore their masks!

The mangos that I eat for breakfast were so big and fresh, kudos produce department!! Where shopping is a pleasure, especially when everyone wears masks, customers should really adhere to the mask rule.

What can I say? Shopping IS a pleasure there. Service is second to none, period. Just a wonderful experience. Everyone is so friendly and polite.

An excellent shopping experience every time! This Publix crew runs a tight ship and is always so kind and helpful! The deli crew is efficient and friendly and their pub subs are always a treat! Employees helpful and friendly. No waiting for cashiers. Well stocked. I would have given a 5 but the deli was out of full size chicken wings. Said it would be about 20 mins. In all fairness it was a bit after lunch so they could have had a lunch rush. I got tenders instead and they were very good.

You can never go wrong with Publix! And this store is one that stands out at the top! ALWAYS clean and the employees are friendly and eager to help you any way they can. This store is one of the 3 Publix stores where I choose to do my shopping and Ive never been anything less than completely satisfied when I shop at this store!!!

I am not often on that side of town, but when I have been to this Publix it is always clean. The people who work there are always friendly and nice. Everything is well stocked. I highly recommend this place.

This is a great Publix. Shelves are always stocked, theres usually plenty of registers open, and the employees are always nice. I cant think of anything negative about this Publix.

The service is on point, as the staff are friendly and always willing to assist. The deli sandwiches are also better than most other sandwich chains that I can think of.

I love this store! From the minute you enter the doors, someone is standing nearby, with a smile to assist in any way they can!Supervisors are always near to help out in their department. I can always trust the meat, the bakery, deli, pharmacy, dairy and everything else!It always makes me feel happy when I enter and I leave this Publix!! Ive been really disaapointed with this Publix lately. The last four tumes I have ordered deli meat and/or a sandwich, it has never been ready and I need to wait in line for them to get it ready. What is the point of using the app and scheduling a pick up time if it will not be ready on time?? Also, lots of dairy products like eggs, milk, and yogurt are expired and on the shelves. Not okay!

Best place to buy fruit always juicy and fresh.

I loved my experience with the bakery. The woman (I forgot her name) was so sweet to my little one and helped us choose the perfect cake. And the cakes were exactly what I pictures and tasted amazing. I got a smash cake and a regular party cake for $30! The cake was fluffy and desireable.

Their spinach dip and bread selection is the best of any grocery store. I love shopping at publix, always a great experience with a great selection of milk alternatives too.

Very friendly staff. Im usually able to find what I need without any issues. The only complaint I have is that they appear to only stock shelves during the busiest hours of the day. This results in virtually every isle having personnel restocking shelves and blocking the aisle. Make sure they dont accidentally miss-ring up your order. If they do, the cashier cant enter the correction and you have to go wait in line at the service desk for them to remove the item from your order. I have mobility issues and last time I ended up waiting in line at the service desk for 10 minutes before I could get my order corrected.The delivery service affiliated with the store is fantastic!

Very clean store. Fresh food however its a little on the high side in prices. Friendly staff with excellent customer service skills. The Pharmacy staff are absolutely OUTSTANDING!! They helped me out tremendously Rebecca is the best she worked on getting me exactly what I needed to fill a very expensive prescription was patient and all around amazing. Thank you Publix and Rebecca for making my day a little easier.

Always has what I need. Love Publix. Especially their potato salad and deli and produce.

Do not EVER consider using their delivery service. They will have very little of what you order in stock. Use Walmart or Kroger if you actually want to receive what you ordered.

I used to love this Publix but after today I will be going to a different one. My husband ordered corn nuggets online, the order went through and we were told to pick up at 2:21. We showed up at 3 and not only was our order not ready, we were informed that they didnt have corn nuggets and someone had deleted our order. We did not receive a phone call to tell us.

Just got home and I bought 1.50lb of potato wedges from deli they are dried out and hard. Also bought onion rings and they are all cold. I wasn’t aware that the meatballs on the sub were only hot if you asked to get the sub toasted. I know it’s not subway but it just doesn’t make sense that they would be cold.

Very friendly. Usually have everything we need. Now have curbside pickup which is very helpful, though instacart does add cost.

Visited Publix on New Years Eve to grab a bottle of Champagne. Noticed how enticing their fruit looked. And wow, the taste did not disappoint. Staff was very friendly. They are the Chik-Fik-A if grocery. The store was very clean

Great and fast check out. They have more control in supplies like alcohol wipes that they dont have it in other publix in hunstville. Besides that, they are great and location is very nice.

Love shopping here. The friendliest staff, very helpful. Best store brand ice cream you will ever eat (my mom says the best ever). Highly recommend if you havent already. Try to catch it at 2 for $7. Its a little pricey, but worth it. Tons of flavors too.

After visiting another store, we decided to pick up some groceries. I was particularly impressed by the meat departments service. With thirty minutes until closing, the man stopped what he was doing and offered to help us. He was not only willing but totally kind about packaging some sliders for us. When checking out, both the cashier and the bagger were friendly and courteous - even at twenty minutes to closing on a Friday. Im not in this town often, but if Im here and need groceries, Im totally going.

Wheelchair accessible. The employees we met were super friendly and helpful. The aisles were wide enough to get through easily. Everything was stocked neatly and labeled so that you could see the prices and nutrition information clearly. The deli workers were extremely helpful. I will definitely visit this Publix again!
