Its Publix, where shopping is a pleasure...so it never disappoints. I love that they have designed all their stores to have pretty much the same layout. I have been to Publix in FL, VA, AL, and GA and I can always find what I need without asking where an item is located in the store. On the off chance I have had a question, Publix employees dont send you on a wild goose chase for products, they walk you to them and point them out. The variety is great and each store has some local flavor to it. Prices are more compared to some other stores, but the quality of products is also better.

Publix has really fresh produce and fruits. I love this supermarket. I go to the one on Wall Triana. The entire staff are so friendly and always offer their help.Their fresh cut meats are always nice and tender too.

They know me and my kids and always are welcoming. My kids love to get the free cookie from the bakery. This is by far my favorite grocery store I dont shop anywhere else.

UPDATED REVIEW: PLEASE READAfter my previous glowing review it is sad to say that I have had to change my rating to one star.. it would be zero if I could.. when I went to pick up my prescription that I was told by a person on the phone was ready I was informed that oops it hadnt come in at all. Not only that. The employees in the pharmacy treated me worse than I have EVER been treated in any retail/customer service oriented establishment. They were downright mean. If this is how they treat the sick then they are in the wrong line of work.. And it was the PHARMACY MANAGER that was the rudest.. and no matter how outstanding the rest of the store was I WILL NEVER EVER SHOP HERE AGAIN BC OF THE PHARMACY MANAGER. She should not be working with the public at all.. I had to drive about 35 mins to get to another Publix to pick it up with only 7 mins remaining til closing time. And the prescription was for a medical procedure that I had to have the next day. They made me cry.FIRST REVIEW:My first time going to this location. I was picking up a prescription . Hayleigh was very nice and helpful. After that I shopped and as usual the meat, seafood, and produce depts were outstanding. Very friendly cashiers and bagging persons! The only thing that wasnt great was the drive there but thats not Publix fault.

I love Publix stores, they are Always clean and inviting, carry anything you think you may want to cook. Can’t forget the BOGO days, they are the best to go shopping!!!

This Publix is about a year old. It is very clean, well stocked, with friendly staff, and reasonable prices.

Publix at its best. Limited selection compared to other grocery store chains but what they do carry is quality. Great butcher service, they cut meat however I need it.

Of all the Publix locations in Huntsville and Madison, this one remains our favorite. It is always clean and well-maintained, with great customer service.

This is a publix, just like all the others... So if you like them, this is more of that. Bike parking is in full sun and requires lifting your bike from traffic to the provision. Our favorite grocery store in the area. We do wish prices were cheaper but the selection and service is unbeatable.

I usually always have the best experience here. However, there was a manager, Billy I think was on his name tag, on his phone with no mask on. I’m not usually bothered by this, but then he proceeded to cough in his free hand viciously and adjust cans on the shelf with that same hand. 🧐

Need more flowers the flower section is terrible...I use to get flowers alot from here but now I never can find any fresh flowers they always look dead now..

I just love finally having a store close by us now, and the fact that it is Publix is just the best!

I went there today to get a salad from the salad bar and there was a group of people from a construction company none of them wearing masks by the salad bar waiting to order sandwiches. That’s a big turn off if you don’t require masks I’m not shopping there again !!!

Super, super clean store with overly friendly staff, although those are pretty much standards for Publix.

I love Publix. BUT, 7:30 in the morning, when there’s one cashier open and a line of 8 people, is NOT an appropriate time to make small talk with every customer. Furthermore, an additional cashier could have been requested sooner. Most, if not all, the people in line, were on their way to work. I did my best to smile and be polite but, it was difficult!! (Normally Publix rates a 5-star from me)

The employees alway greet and are urgent with your needs. The two in the deli today do not fit in the environment at publix this past year. Should have left and came back when my regular deli lady was there.. rude and supper super slow ..25 min for half pound of turkey.

Brand new location. Every service you can think of that Publix is known to offer. They even have a sushi bar in the seafood section. Thier deli and bakery sections are huge. I have been a Publix customer my entire life and it is awesome to live outside of Florida and feel at home because there is a Publix near by. Recommended to everyone!

The staff are super friendly and help you out to your car, which comes in handy when you have children. The Publix is also brand new and super clean. Im so happy its only 5 minutes from my house.

This location is directly outside gate 7. Its really only used by commuters, so the parking lot and store is never crowded. The building is always spotless, like all Publixes.The staff is friendly, helpful, and a little pushy when it comes to taking your cart out (as always). I can take my own cart out, please dont ask again if I refuse the first offer. Will certainly go again.

Very nice employees, very clean. Produce leaves you wanting, though, for variety. Theyhave every type of potato you could want - no parsnips or turnips. Same with apples versus other fruits. Only complaint though!!

As somebody with years of retail experience this was the stuff of dreams. The aisles were perfectly zoned, associates were happy, the produce sectioned smelled like ripe peaches and I want to come back every day. Good thing I live less than a mile away.Updated: check your receipt, in the middle of my receipt was a charge for a 15 dollar gift card that i did not ask for or receive. I had to go back in after loading my groceries. Thankfully the manager made it right by refunding that money but i wonder how many gift cards that cashier has rung up withiut customers noticing because they had long receipts and didnt check.

Very nice and clean. Staff extra friendly and helpful. Last few times I went they had several buy one get one free items. Glad there is a publix right around the block. This location is more nice than the one on Madison Blvd. Found everything I needed and avoided traffic and long lines. Produce section is good, I like getting the pre cut fruit, although its high it saves me time. 😊

Always a great shopping experience

First time, in a long time, that I have been to Publix and I was not treated like I belonged there. Markietta, cashier, has a nasty attitude and did not make me feel like Publix desired my services. I had to go half way around the store to find someone to check me out. Icing on the cake, noone offered to help me with my groceries on the way out, but other customers had help. Last trip for me, as I will find another neighborhood grocery store.

Quick and easy visit. The small feat of smooth, squeakless wheels on the grocery carts is enough to keep me as a customer! 😁

Im absolutely blown away by the A1 customer service. Publix always has great customer service, but today it was extraordinary. I had a cart person waiting to give me a basket, another person passing me a sales paper. I know at least 10 workers stopped and spoke or asked if assistance was needed. AS i got ready to check-out, all lanes were open with 6 to 7 cashiers ready to check me out. One young lady refused to allow me to unload my groceries. After I was done paying, I was looking for my basket and a nice young man was waiting for me at the door to load my groceries. Had to kindly decline his offer and he tripled check to see if I was sure I didnt need help loading my car. Last, but not least, as soon as I get my groceries unloaded, another young man is standing at my car ready to take the basket since I was done. Great job management . I hope the newness doesnt wear off. They have set the bar high today.
