The store is very clean and spacious. Items are neatly arranged on shelves, the best Ive seen in any grocery store. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, always offering to walk your cart out to your car. And, the exterior and parking lot are very clean and well lit at night.Produce is neatly arranged and never looks picked over and the deli has a vast selection of meats and cheeses.Prices are generally higher than Walmart for brand-name items but better deals can be found with BOGO and their digital coupons. And, theres more variety to choose from.Always a pleasure to walk into their store.

This is my local Publix and I really enjoy shopping at this location, they staff are always friendly and helpful and the lines to checkout are usually quite short so it’s a pleasure to shop here.

A newer market with exceptional customer service. It is easy to enter and exit even with a busy highway. They have beautiful fresh produce, high quality meats and a delicious variety of grab and go meals.

When it comes to grocery shopping, I love Publix! The employees always greet folks, they are kind and helpful and they are very friendly! Those in the Pharmacy are great as well! (I get my prescriptions filled here.) They have great sales, including “Buy One Get One Free”! I don’t always enjoy grocery shopping, but going to Publix makes it worthwhile!

Best Publix I’ve ever been to and I live in Montgomery so I go to Publix a lot this one is very unique, the staff are all motivated and dedicated to helping the customers and each other 👍🏽

I love Publix. Walmart employees need to take lessons from employees at Publix, they are a whole lot nicer to ppl than Walmart employees. At Walmart they just walk around and turn away from you and ignore you!! And asking you to Wear a mask, and their employees dont wear them properly...

Meat department is always stocked and ready for business!!! There are so many great deals and choices to choose from. Whenever I cant find what I need or need a meal suggestion they always help me find what I need or recommend something else!!

I used to love ordering Publix subs on the app and going in to pick them up. The last few times I have ordered them, when I arrive to pick up they’re not made. I have to ask someone to make them and then they’re like oh yeah the ticket is right here. What’s the point in ordering and paying online if I have to request that they make them when I arrive at the time they should be ready? I’ve complained to Publix a few times, but got nowhere. Terrible customer service.

The helpful staff are courteous as well. Purchased shrimp for dinner and it was delicious.

Publix has the best produce and meat. Customer service is usually great. This location has a pharmacy, beer, wine, small firewood bundles, and sushi. I wish they had curbside pickup!

I went early, purchased more things than I went in for. Everything was fine. Just uncomfortable with masklessness. Covid is not over yet, vaccine rates for this area are poor but hardly anyone, store personnel included, is masked.

Great place to shop for BOGOs

Customer oriented store. We like the produce quality and they carry linguica which is difficult to locate in the south. We inquired about a specific brand of linguica and were informed customer service would take our specific request and attempt to locate our desired brand and fulfill the order. Thats why you shop publix. You just cant go wrong

Sushi had hairs embedded in it. Avoiding this store at ALL costs.

Publix on Winchester Road is a clean and friendly grocery store. There are ALWAYS lots of employees scattered throughout the store that are eager to help you locate whatever you are looking for. I try to shop their weekly ad, especially the BOGOF items!! This is also a great place to buy birthday cakes, balloons, party food trays, etc.

My husband and I came in at 6pm to buy a 8 piece family meal for our kids. Long day of moving, its cold outside so we wanted something easy to bring home (specially since our microwave was at our new place). Publix chicken is one of our favorites! This is the second time we came in at dinner time and were told they are not making any more chicken and refused to make any more and had none available for customers. My husband and I both use to work for Publix (I specifically in the deli department) and know that publix makes chicken available until closing but the same lady has always told us no more even tho your open until 9pm? Even the cashier was shocked they told us no.. When does publix stop making chicken now? Is it only for lunch time? Will be either looking for a different location or a different store in general to get fried chicken.

I shopped at Publix this week and discovered everyone in the store at the Winchester Road location was friendly, helpful and made my experience a comfort during crises in our home. Reid was so kind in getting my groceries to the car. He made me feel so special and wished me God bless you when I needed it most. I would go to Publix just to meet the personnel and feel the warmth of helpful service. Hats off to Publix for providing a store who truly cares about its shoppers.

I waited an over hour to get 20 wings that the guy told me 45 mins but it was so worth it. I would just tell people order ahead less wait. 😅

I love shopping at Publix! Just moved from Nashville TN to Winchester TN and was sad there were no close Publix. Found this one near Huntsville and drive here for their great selection, wonderful produce, yummy seafood and sushi and great people. The employees are very friendly and very helpful.
