Tiny Publix. Clean and organized but really small. You have to park in a parking garage. Its close to the surgical center. I needed something quick or I would have went somewhere else. Imagine its no big deal if you like crowded little areas.

Nice and clean. Stuff are always stocked and not too busy. Parking is good. The only downside is, like most Publix places, you can expect to pay a bit on the high end

I love Publix fruit- it’s always fresh and tastes amazing. They have a fantastic selection of fresh bread, sushi and simple meals to cook or ready to go. It’s always clean and well stocked

I moved to Alabama recently and this Publix location is the first and only one I’ve ever been to. Every time I go, the customer service and friendliness of the staff is awesome! I never felt compelled to write anything for a grocery store before, but this store is doing a great job. I really enjoy shopping there.

Its a smaller Publix, but still has everything you need. It is convenient being the closest grocery store to me. There is a parking garage across from it and a few spots on the side of the building. Its in a nice and safe location downtown. I go here alot for $5 sushi on Wednesdays and I get alot of food from their deli. Its always good and fresh. Of course, the employees are great too!

I do like this location, however on this visit, I was hardly greeted by management who were basically gossiping about a worker or by some of the workers who were trying to avoid an interaction. This has become a pattern for this location, essentially during the midday or afternoon. I then visited the deli and the worker rushed my food; they were poorly staffed. I am a vegetarian so I appreciate the consistency of your other locations Providence, Hwy 72, by offering a four choice option for needs.I will revisit the location at a later time

Love love love their bakery. Ive used them exclusively for a couple of years now and I wouldnt dream of going elsewhere. Thank you guys for always having my back when it comes to a celebratory cake!!!

This particular Publixs deli is the best deli in Huntsville. Everything is so delicious. I love their wings and potato wedges.

They always listen and react to my request. The mgr has went to ither stores to get items for me they dont carry in this store. They have special ordered specific items for me that I require for my strict diet needs. I could not ask a store to be more receptive and accommodating! Thank you!

Their BOGOs are the main reason I shop here, the digital coupons dont hurt either.Its one of my favorite stores!

This Publix is one of my favorite, its smaller than a traditional Publix but it has a friendly farm market feel. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They are so willing to help. There is street and parking garage parking. There are fresh flowers, balloons, amazing fresh salads, rotisserie chickens, a pharmacy, a red box and a nice selection of organic produce. Dont forget the cold beer isle! Bottom line its a great stop.

They have had fresh food and Im always able to get in and out quickly during lunch, which is a plus for me.

Management was rude. Had to bag my groceries while the managers and two other employees stood and watched. Finally, the woman walked up and picked up my last item and said “ do you need some help? “ I said “no, not now” and she was a smart*** . Said “I’m right here if you need me .” When I told the manager on my way out, he just kept walking. I’d rather drive farther to another store than deal with these rude people. This is not the first time I’ve encountered bad attitudes in this store.

I absolutely love this Publix location. Its always clean and together and everyone is always pleasant.

This location is close to us and we go here for certain things. Everyone is always nice and helpful. This one is smaller so they might not have as much frozen items or some beverages but they have a great selection of items and we love their deli sandwiches they are worth the occasional wait due to popularity for their services near the Hospital. We will definitely return.

Dang I like Publix. Every one that Ive been in has been clean, well stocked and friendly. This one is no different - a great shopping experience. I am new to Publix, and over the last month I have come to trust them. Really good people, really good store.

Same good Publix as about any place else, but this one is a little smaller and may not have some specialty items. On the other hand, it is super convenient to get to on my way home and a great place to have in a central location in Huntsville.

In my opinion, they have the most consistent high-quality produce in town! Bell Peppers, Zucchini, Habaneros, Squash, Mushrooms, Berries... Theyre all beautiful, every week. The seafood and meat department will take special orders and bring in, for instance, fresh never frozen Atlantic Swordfish filets. If youre looking for a particular cut of lamb, and there isnt any on the shelf, you can tell them at the butchers window, and Frank or one of his team will have it custom cut & packaged for you in ten minutes. I even forgot about mine once, and he came all the way up front to make sure I didnt check out without it & kick myself when I got home! Everyone, from the greeters up front, to the cashiers, the various service areas (deli, bakery, produce) to the folks stocking shelves... even the folks that come out to take your cart for you, so you dont have to walk it back yourself. Theyre all super helpful and friendly. I know sometimes there will be a sale somewhere else, and a few things may be cheaper, but Im sticking with these guys at Publix for their service and consistency.

Good store but very limited inventory compared to their larger stores. Always out of dasani waters and other items. That is normal though for a smaller store.

3 TRIPS TO PUBLIX SO FAR:1st. Bought some expensive exported cheese with an expired best by date (a minus).2nd. Found Cashew Butter and Almond butter without additives (a plus).3rd. Went go get Ginger Beer and only found those with preservatives and without real Ginger (a minus).Overall: Compared to Trader Joes and Sprouts where I am from pretty pi** poor. Relative to all the stores that only sold Golden Flake potato chips 30 years ago when I lived here, better than average store in the area. Id say that in Alabama the bar is still set pretty low. Sorry, but for the money they charge here I cant give them more than 2-3 stars based on my 3 trips there. Since the service is so nice Ill yield to 3, but just barely.Oops, found what I need at Kroger, demerit to 2 stars.

Handicapped parking is very difficult. If the only 2 spaces in the back are taken, the garage is the only option. Crossing the busy street can be dangerous. I would suggest converting more spaces in the back, to handicapped.

Probably the best Publix in Huntsville too bad they dont enforce their own mass policy on their customers and employees. Was very disconcerting seeing a pharmacy technician not wearing their mask...

My go to spot when Im downtown Huntsville. Always great service!

Everyone is so helpful at this store. It may be slightly more pricey than Wal-Mart, but its worth it. I was very sick in 2018 and stopped to get a few items. Even using a motorized cart, I was struggling. (I ended up in the hospital about a week later.) Anyway, I asked for help with my shopping list. All the staff was so kind.

I loved that they have parking spaces across the street in the parking garage on the first floor only for Publix customers

Might be my favorite business of any type in town. First, folks work hard and most of the employees at this location are self-motivated, and appear to try to find something to work on or someone to help constantly. Second, everyone is friendly. Lots of smiles, which is really tough because not everyone has a great day every day. Lastly, the fruits and veggies are always fresh. A+ all around.

Recently order from deli lunch sub tray for group co workers. When order was placedPublix verified order to contain various types subs with meat already on buns. After getting back to work finding sub bread required me to slice to separate individually into servings and also slicing each one to place meat inside. Too much work for price. Then had to go back to deli for condiments for the subs. Very disappointed.

We always enjoy shopping here. Prices are right and the staff is pleasant.

A business I once praised for their attention to details of cleanliness during this pandemic has now failed to meet those expectations. Sad to report that Publix by the HOSPITAL is refusing to enforce the sign on the door that mandates people wear masks. Hospital employees in full scrub gear wandering about WITH NO MASKS...too scary now to return here 🤨👎

Pleasant enough, but it seems like half the store is missing. Dont get me wrong, I like urban footprint stores that focus on being efficient and having only the things you need. This place cuts half the produce section, yet sells five kinds of water filter pitchers. They also seem to have even wider isles than most grocery stores. Very odd.
