Fast and easy!! Salesmanship was an A++. But when I got in the finance office it was all wrong. Love the truck, my salesman was fantastic. Be careful and pay close attention. I didnt want any of those warranties they sell. Windshield chip warranty, my insurance cover that, tire warranty, I replaced the tires and wheels and they come with road hazard, some kind of loss key warranty, the truck came with one key. I guess I got it and Im keeping it but this is my review. The guy told me it was all in the package. Got home and noticed I had to pay for it. REALLY??? But, I got the truck I wanted, a great interest rate, and it was the fastest I ever purchased a vehicle. That warranty stuff was my only problem. And dont forget the price was right. I wont say dont go there but read when you get in finance.

Josh is great! Made a decent deal on a 4Xe Wrangler. Overall happy with my purchase and will be driving up from Montgomery to have them service it. They also delivered the Jeep so that was a nice added bonus!

I cannot say enough great things about our experience with Wischnewsky. From start to finish Mike Johnson was the best you could ask for when it comes to a salesman. He was upfront and honest, and never pushed for anything other than what I showed up to look at and our budget. The same can be said about the finance team, Cole was just as helpful and clear about the extended warranty options and kept within our budget without pushing for anything more than what our needs and goals were for this truck. Had it not been for my husband needing to drive in after work to do a test drive before sealing the deal I think I would have been in and out in under and hour. That being said, they helped us to get this finished out last night by staying late so that my husband could make the drive to test drive and finish signing the paperwork. We are extremely grateful for that as his work schedule makes things tough to do in normal business hours. The truck was already very well detailed, but they personally did another clean up and filled up the tank before we left. It is clear that they pride themselves in the vehicles they have on the lot both new and pre-owned. Many other dealerships we had been to have not had the same standards, and the little things like that truly make a difference. The experience was like no other and we will recommend this team and this dealership again and again.

One of the largest used car markups Ive seen in a while I had a guy tell me that Im supporting local businesses... well its not my fault you went into the wrong business then they did supposedly handle 4 of my recalls but I dont remember seeing it listed on the invoice when I came to pick up my car.

So inside of driving home in my new vehicle from Wischnewsky, I will be going to another dealership tomorrow to get our deal done quickly and professionally. I was looking for a new pick-up and found the one I wanted at this dealership. I spoke with Mike Johnson(sales associate) over the phone. Mike was helpful with providing vehicle information before I decided to make the 3-hour drive (I drove down from the metroplex). Buying experience was easy and almost fun. My sales rep was so attentive and got the job done almost entirely over the phone. Unfortunately, since I drove away in my purchased vehicle, hes been MIA. On the day I bought the car, I was about 45 mins away from the dealership when I remembered something I left in my trade-in vehicle. I called my sales person and asked if he would mail it to me because I live so far away. Of course, he said, no problem. That was on June 26, and as of today, August 12, I have not received it. I texted him on July 16 asking about the item, as well as asking two other things. No reply. I texted again on July 22 following up on my July 16 text and he responded on July 27 apologizing for the delay in responding and said ...I will check on everything for you and get back with you here in just a little bit. Once again, sorry for the late reply. Im not sure what his definition of here in just a little bit is, but 16 days with no response is not it, in my opinion. I dont know about others, but I would like the same enthusiastic person AFTER the sale as I had before the sale. Im very disappointed and wouldnt buy from there again.

Took my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee for its first oil change yesterday. Got halfway to my house and my car starts pouring smoke from underneath the hood and underneath the car. I get pulled over, and get out and look, every bit of oil that was in my car was now pouring out onto the highway. Wischnewsky sent a service tech to where I was and called for a wrecker. After sitting on the side of Hwy 190 for over an hour I finally got back to the dealership. To me this was a huge problem, but to them, not that big of a deal. They did give me a vehicle to drive and told me they would deliver my car to me today. How am I to know if it messed anything up or if I will have problems in the future because of their error?

Wischnewsky Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is an excellent dealership. I first found them on the internet to enquire about a truck. Then I called and spoke to Mike Johnson who promised that a specific truck would be at the dealership the next day. The next day when I got there the truck was there exactly what I was looking for. Mike Johnson devoted his time and helped me all the way through the process from test drive to the end. This dealership is genuinely friendly and honest. I asked if they could deliver the truck to my home 30 miles away and Mike said no problem. The very next afternoon the truck was delivered and they took possession of my trade-in. Unbelieveably easy and simple, just like it used to be back in the day.

The service workers act like they dont want to do their job. They give you the runaround about where to take your car to get it looked at. Its just a mess. They put on a front to get you in a car then they do nothing after you purchase it no matter the warranty or not.
