My phone screen has been fixed okay, but they had me waiting in the parking lot for an hour and a half after they had finished fixing my phone because the guy couldnt be bothered to contact me in the method I provided (that he had asked me for). I specifically said Ill be waiting in that car right in front of the door to the shop. I pointed and everything. They STILL called my phone--you know, the ONE THEY HAD IN THEIR POSESSION--to leave a voicemail that the phone was ready.I took off of work for this repair. I had to go to the bathroom for half an hour before I finally went in the store to see if I could get an ETA. Other folks experiences may be fine, but mine wasnt and Im pretty mad (if you couldnt tell) that they unnecessarily wasted my time off work I couldnt really afford in the first place.

First time using a fix it service for my cracked screen so I was leary from the start. When I picked up my phone I was pleasantly surprised. The staff obviously know what they are doing but without a dedicated person to answer calls, I can see the potential to get overwhelmed easily. My experience however was top notch.

Made an appointment for my phone charging port that stopped working. I unfortunately arrived 15 minutes late, but the staff was nice and immediately helpful. He checked out the charging port and gave it a good cleaning - then it worked perfectly. There was no charge for checking out & cleaning the charging port! Appreciated their help and highly recommend their positive customer service attitude!

I had a problem with the charging port on my phone to the point that my phone wouldnt always charge when connected to a charger. The person quickly found the problem and fixed the issue. I was expecting to pay for the repair, and they said that I didnt owe them anything. I highly recommend them for cell phone repair.

In short, Darrel and Carlos are awesome and saved me at the very least, $100 for a charge port replacement (that most likely wouldn’t have worked) and more than likely have allowed me to keep my phone for at least one more refresh cycle. If you need cell phone, computer or video game console repair, these guys will treat you right and won’t charge you for anything more than what you need.My iPhone XS Max wouldn’t charge anymore and instead of jumping straight to a port replacement, they offered to look and pull out any obstructions from the charger port, free of charge. They pulled out three large pieces of lint (that I couldn’t even see with a bright flashlight) out of the port and it immediately charges like it was brand new.Thank you Darrel and Carlos!

Carlos was very professional and informative during my first contact with this business. I dropped my telephone off and got it back in a timely manner and when they said it would be ready. The other gentleman who works there gave me complete confidence in their repair services. I highly recommend this company.

Darell was awesome. Came in an hour before closing Sunday and scheduled me for a repair Tuesday at 1pm. He allowed me to leave my phone overnight in case they could get to it Monday. I received a call at 1pm Monday to pick up my ready device. Cant say enough good things about these guys. You need your phone repaired or still within your 1 year warranty with Samsung, these guys will fix and charge Samsung directly (if under warranty). Really happy with the service and professionalism.

They were able to fix my Pixel 5s cracked screen very quickly, even when the parts needed to be ordered.

Seem like they really didnt want to even try to fix it when they ask what kind of Samsung and I told them he said hes pretty sure that they dont work on that kind but on their side they pretty much work on any Samsung

Its hard to know where to go when you break your phone screen because there are a lot of options. The customer service, repair time, quality of parts, and quality of the repair itself varies widely from place to place. Im so glad I decided to go with this place, Carlos was polite and helpful over the phone, he verified they had my part in stock and booked my appointment for the following morning. When I dropped it off Chris was professional and just overall really pleasant and easy to talk to. I hadnt gotten a screen replaced at a shop before so I wasnt sure what to expect. I never thought Id feel comfortable leaving my phone without a password in the hands of a stranger lol, but these dudes are total pros.These guys have a track your repair function so you dont have to call and ask if its done yet, you can just refresh the page like youre tracking a package thats out for delivery lol. I dropped it off on my lunch break and even with a repair ahead of me in their queue it was ready that afternoon.*To the people reading this who have a Samsung phone* One of the best things about Samsungs phones are their screens. I would definitely recommend taking it here because its too easy for other companies to say theyre using OEM parts and install an aftermarket screen on your phone. Being an actual Samsung repair place these guys had my screen in stock (s10e) so I didnt have to wait for them to order it, or settle for a color that didnt match the back of my phone. And Samsung requires them to run diagnostics tools to verify everything on your phone is working. If you like your Samsung device this is the place to take it

Chris and company were very courteous and professional. They inspected my device and found that the only thing I needed was for the charging port to be cleaned. They also provided an estimate for replacing an iPad screen. Ill be bringing that back for them to repair.

Took my Note 10 with a cracked screen to them. They said it would take 2 and a half hours but they were done in just over 1 and a half. Wonderful guy working there too.

The guy that talked to me was super unenthusiastic and not hospitable. When I came in the manager got really short and irritated when I said that he misspelled my name, and that what I was told by Samsung was a warranty claim was not apparently covered. He then tried to charge my $250 to fix a volume button on my 2 month old S21. Rediculous.

I was having trouble charging my Pixel 3a and brought it to them. The associate said there was just dirt covering my charging pin so he cleaned it out for me. He said the service was free and my phone charging like new again. Thanks!

Went to get a PS4 fixed. Started talking about the problem and was immediately told they couldnt fix it. Didnt look at it, just said no. (Turns out that it just needed a good cleaning). Seems like a poor business strategy.

Phone got wet but was not submerged in water. UBreakiFix site says they repair water damaged phones (if not fried). Tech refused to look at it saying he cant fix a phone that is water damaged which contradicts what the website says. I used this store before and got good service but not this time.I went to Madison location and got taken care of.

Took my daughter’s iphone in because it would not charge. We thought it was the charging port. They said it may need just a cleaning. Diagnosed it and cleaned it. Ended up only needing to be cleaned. Never once tried to sell me a costly repair and even told us how to clean it for the future and we had the option to use a wireless charging pad instead of the port repair. Definitely recommend them for honestly and not price gouging..

My iPhone was dropped and I immediately contacted uBreakiFix in Huntsville. Unfortunately, it wasnt the first time Ive had to contact them for a cracked screen, but when you need a repair they are the ones to call! Beyond 5 stars... my Note8 had a large stress fracture in the glass, Ive never had any damage to any of my previous phones, Ive seen repairs friends have had from other places that didnt do so good and had issues with the functionality too, so I was worried but Im so happy for uBreakiFix, I didnt even have to go anywhere, the repair was done at my home, the technician, John, was the best, prompt, friendly, very knowledgeable answered all my questions, and very skilled, I watched him and I must say he has a lot of patience, there were so many tiny pieces and lots of tiny screws, it was a very involved process but he handled it no problem, now my phone is perfect, its practically brand new, glass, screen and battery, I couldnt be more pleased and Im a bit picky, if ever I need anything repaired again this will be the only place Ill go, thanks so much for the perfection, I now love my phone again lol, Im still waiting for the AT&T email to complete the customer review, if and when I get it I will also be leaving high marks... thanks again...

I dropped off a samsung galaxy s9 plus to have the screen replaced, I dropped it and the whole display went out. I expected the repair to take a couple days, but the man in the store got it done the same day, called me and I came it picked it up. He was very professional and the price was reasonable and the work was excellent

These guys are awesome! Took my phone in expecting to spend $100+ to repair the charging port and get a new battery, but it turns out I just needed my charging port cleaned out. And instead of still replacing my battery and making the easy money, they opted to clean my port out for free and tell me my battery didn’t actually need replacing yet. Will be going back for all my future phone repairs!

Dropped my phone last night and destroyed my screen, so I filed a claim on my Verizon plans insurance this morning when I woke. Within minutes I had my claim number, so I went to work with a plan to leave early and get the replacement screen installed. While I was at work, the folks at uBreakiFix called my phone to check in and let me know I could drop it off anytime. I went over, dropped it off,and within 2 hours my phone was in perfect condition once again. The team there was super nice and professional, and I couldnt be happier with the work. They reached out, they did a great job of explaining the work to be done and the potential risks, and they completed the work faster than they quoted. Although I hope never to see them again (certainly not wishing for another broken screen), if I ever have an issue again, uBreakiFix is absolutely my go-to. Thanks a bunch!!!

Nothing against the employees that work there, they were friendly however I brought my laptop in for repairs which was still under warranty under HP and was informed by HP that this store was an authorized service provider and that they could direct bill HP for payment. I drop my laptop off and a few days pass only to find out that they dont have their direct billing set up with HP okay sure no problem might take a day or two to fix up but oh no apparently no one at the store can set it up and the managers/owners are giving the employees the run around and not getting anything done. So my laptop sits up there nearly two weeks with zero progress because they didnt set up direct billing with HP correctly and now I have returned to collect my laptop and now have to ship it off to hp and wait another week now when I couldve saved myself the time and trouble by just shipping it off in the first place. If I had been made aware that this wouldve been an issue I wouldve done that to begin with. This was very inconvenient for me and it is unacceptable for the store to not get this kind of thing settled for their customers in a timely manner, I was very patient and understanding but after 2 weeks and still havent ordered the part for my laptop youre just wasting my time.

They were precise and efficient. The job was estimated to take two hours and they were correct. A job well done! Thank you!

Preston is the nicest! I don’t usually leave reviews of places but he’s inspired me to do so. He was quick and thorough when replacing my screen and walked me through everything very patiently. He’s the best.

The staff here was great in fixing a phone screen for my wife and I. Preston and Carlos were both incredibly professional and efficient, especially working with me to order the parts needed (newer phone) and the inordinate amount of time it took me to make it to the shop. They called throughout the initial process and the phone was finished before the time they expected it would take. I can see why Google has a partnership with this shop! Phone looks brand new and works great. Would recommend for any repairs they can do!

I had the screen of my Pixel 2 XL replaced here. The staff was pretty friendly and they did an excellent job repairing my device. The only problem I had was that I was told they had to order the part and that it would be in the next day and should be done by 4pm. That was fine, even though I live an hour away. So the next day I drive back to Huntsville, AL and hang out with the family and waiting to pick up my phone. Well, it was about 6pm before it was ready. That is kind of nitpicking but when Im told a certain time, thats what I expect. Even a communication saying it was delayed would have been better. But as I said before, because I dont want the review to end on a negative note. They did a really good job with the repair and I would trust them for other repairs.

Had issues with my touchscreen not functioning properly, they gave me an estimated time on how long the repair would be but finished well within the time told. Hope I dont have to come back as I dont want anything else broken but if do I know Im coming back here.

Well they did it again, I had another busted phone screen and they fixed it right up. They have fixed several phones for me in the past they make it seem easy. We have washed phones in the washing machine, dropped them out of jeeps, whatever they dont care they just fix it. They work hard and there $$ is fair, if they cant help they let you know and dont waste your time. I will use them again in the future. Honest repair shop.

My phone was ran over by 4 cars on 4/5/19. The back cover was crushed and it would only vibrate when I turned it on. I took it to UBREAKIFIX and Carlos had it back up and working in a couple of hours 10/7/19. The staff there are great to work with.

I contacted them to do a screen replacement for a phone that had very recently come out (Pixel 2 XL).I talked with employee Preston who first wanted to do his due diligence and research the phone to ensure that a repair could be done properly. After confirming he could do the work, he ordered the replacement part (had to order due to phone being more unique and new) and then was able to generate a work order quote for me to submit to insurance.Two days later I get a call and bring my phone in. The repair took about an hour, mostly to let the sealant glue set properly, and then I went to pick it up.The repair looks 100% new. High quality work done by Preston and Carlos at Phone Repair. They also offer a part warranty for up to a year.5/5 would recommend them.

While climbing around the City Museum in St Louis, my Samsung Note 9 slid out of my pocket falling two floors. On the way down, the face struck a metal railing smashing the screen. The phone landed flat on the back which fared even worse than the front. Surprisingly, the phone still worked even through I got glass in my fingers every time I swiped.I made it back to Huntsville with my bashed up phone and was lucky enough to stumble upon Ubreakifix off Bob Wallace near the Parkway. I dropped the phone off at 4 PM and had it back before the end of the day. To say it looked new is an understatement. It was prefect--better than before dropped it. New screen, new back, new frame, and even a new battery...the battery was fine. They said changing the battery was Samsungs protocol. Why not change the battery if you have the phone open, right?Super helpful and kid staff. They are hard working and professional. If your phone is smashed up, dont assume you need to spend $1,000 for a new one. Give UBreakiFix a call.

I have dropped my Samsung S8 w/ a 200 Gig SD card a number of times but having a good case had saved it until I dropped it hard on concrete face down and got a hairline crack across the face.I took it there today, filled out some paperwork (about 5 minutes of stuff and initial testing) and came back about 2 hours later and picked it upNOTE: Do not charge your phone above 80% or they will have to run it until it drops below that for safety regulations/reasons (I assume to protect your phone) which adds to your time.The reason I am posting though is that they not only cleaned my phone up (they get funky in those cases it seems) Samsung has some requirements for anyone that works on their phones and they have to pass an initial testing and a finished testing to make sure your phone is pretty close to like new when you get it back. BUT I asked about how much for a new battery since I like this phone and the new S9/S10 hold no allure for me and he says it is part of the service ??? They have already replaced the glass, the battery and back glass over the camera ... all for my $30 deductible!! (Verizon via Asurion).So if you need your phone fixed even if you dont have a warranty these guys are good, fast and seem to be honest and if you do have a Verizon warranty for $30 you get a great deal (NOTE: Cracking your glass is NOT the same as damaging your screen (which is under the glass) and will possibly incur additional charges or not. I know they have been there for several years now so they must have a good business or they would have folded in that location since you kinda have to really want to go there to frequent any businesses there.

Sent my brothers iPhone 6s Plus in for a screen replacement and I am far from impressed. The screen lacked adhesive making it to pop out after the phone was dropped causing the lcd panel to glitch out and become unresponsive. Upon further inspection, I ended up replacing the screen again by my self and found many components inside, including the Taptic Engine and the home button bracket, to be completely unscrewed and loose inside the housing. It is extremely unprofessional and caused his home button to stop working indefinitely. I managed to completely fix all of the issues for less than half the price that the company offers. Bottom line, I would not recommend such a poor job for the price.

Excellent turn around

As far as replacing my iPhone battery i was not satisfied. First visit i received a battery that was worse than my original battery. Second visit the battery wasn’t any better. They did put my original battery back in and refunded my money but would not recommend them for new batteries.
