Love this place. Really nice people. Imad was very helpful and trustworthy. He even went out of his way to let my pregnant sister use the bathroom while he switched my phone over. Ive been shopping with them for about 7 years now and theyve never let me down.

I dont leave many reviews, but this place was so fantastic that I had to leave one right away. The people were so nice and helpful and I got an excellent deal on a used phone. I am so glad that I found this place, and I cannot recommend it enough!

Best place to go! Imad was extremely helpful and polite, they gave me a quote over the phone and had a part in the next day for a relatively new phone that most places cant even fix yet. I brought in a new screen protector and case, he cleaned the phone up and did it for me without hesitation (I didnt have to ask!). Price was exactly what I was told on the phone days ago and walked out super happy. Wonderful people and we even shared pug pictures lol, I will send all my friends and family here!!

After calling customer service three times and spending several hours on the phone and still not having my phone working properly, these gentlemen had everything working perfectly in about 15 mins. They have helped us on multiple occasions with different problems with our cellular service. I highly recommend cell hub.

This place is a scam/rip off. They sell you a Cellphone and state that it is new and it is truly not. We purchased 6s plus for a Christmas gift and it will not hold a charge. They will not answer the phones and gave us a hard time to even replace the battery. But the phone is new right....

They always take the extra time because she is so technologically slow, and she loves to talk and they have always taken as long as she has needed in there and solved any issues. these are awesome people and an awesome business . I have never worried about mom having to go here and be taken advantage of these people are the most honest people in the business as far as Im concerned cannot say enough great things about them!! Some may be mislead by the location, however, I would return for any electronic needs (especially cell phones) These guys are the real deal, and they wont break your pockets either. I’m a mess, always breaking my iPhone screen. Every time I need a new screen, I come here. They’re by far the quickest and cheapest spot. The guy who I always see there is helpful and knowledgeable, who has fixed everything from my iPhone 8 charging port, to my 6s+ screen(an embarrassing amount of times)! I work in a hotel at university dr and send all my guests there. I should ask for a discount code at this point haha.Thanks for being my go-to!Writing this on a shattered screen; so I’ll probably see you soon.

It was ok. They fixed my screen and thats the important part. My phone is difficult to repair (HTC One M8), so it isnt a surprise that the speakers sound tinny and the screen pops up sometimes. The reason Im giving three stars is because I had a probability of one in six that the phone would be answered when I called and they tried to charge me twice.

I was really amazed by the great customer service, the owner and a guy named Jason was very helpful, fixed my phone in 20 minuts, offered me a variety of cases with reasonable price plus a free screen protector couldn’t ask for more thank you guys .

They replace the screen and it didnt work correctly so we called them and they offered to replace it again and if it had any problems to bring it back. Awesome service

The worker was very polite. I came here to change my service plan. I was on the $45 plan and wanted to upgrade to the $50 for the hotspot. He said it should start working in 10 mins. He charged me $59. Once I was home I had checked my receipt. I was charged $3 for 911. Which Ive never called. $2 for coming into the store. Which is ridiculous. And my plan was never changed.

I came in to buy a new unlocked phone. They told me I was getting the HTC 626. Instead, I was given a 626s which has .5 gigs less ram. They dont even have the boxes or the right chargers for their phones
