I talked to Chris and he said my phone screen would be repaired in 2 or 3 hours and it took them only an hour to repair. They even went through a pre-repair checklist and a post-repair checklist to make sure everything was working properly before I paid. I spent about 4 hours on the phone with both Verizon and Apple trying to figure out what was wrong with my IPhone 11 and finally they said I need to take it to a repair shop. I tried to book an appointment with the local apple store which was a nightmare. Finally I searched google and found CPR. I dropped the phone off and within an hour they called and said the phone was fixed!! They didn’t try to charge for parts I didn’t need, they said they were able to fix during the diagnostic, and only charged $20!! I didn’t know there were still honest people out in the business world anymore!! I will always go to them first in the future.

I wish I had come here sooner to purchase a cell phone instead of looking for one on the market place. Both employees were nice, friendly and professional. Could not hear through phones speaker; had to use the the external speaker to hear phone calls. CPR replaced internal speaker. But had to order part. They called next day about 230 to say part had come in. I dropped off phone and they called me about 6 thatday to say it was ready. They thoroughly checked phone for proper function while I was there; all worked fine. Very professional!

This morning, my phone display went completely white. I couldnt fix it, so I brought it to this store to see what could be done. I was immediately greeted with a smile and a good attitude by Chris. After explaining my situation, he took the time to patiently walk me through a few different options for repair and replacement, and gave me the pros and cons of each of them. I returned later to transfer my data to a new phone, and they not only helped me set up the new phone, but the extremely professional and talented tech named Stefini spent a full FIVE hours getting all my data transferred to the new device. Both of these employees made sure I had access to a place to sit, guest wifi so I could work during the wait, and even offered water. They were both extremely friendly and professional, and made excellent conversation as well. At the end of the transfer, they tested my device and wouldnt accept payment until it was fully functional. I have scarcely seen such dedicated team members at any organization. This store and its employees display the highest standards of excellence, professionalism, and service. I could not have asked for a better experience, and I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

I went in to get my screen repaired for an old iPad Pro. They gave me a better price than the apple store, but it still wasn’t worth it to me due to the age of the device. I wound up going back a few days later and purchased a 2 in 1 laptop at an amazing price. It’s killer! They are honest, personable, and helpful. I will definitely be returning in the future for all of my electronic needs. You won’t find better deals or friendlier, more honest service. No pushy salespeople; just friendly, helpful staff. Ive been using my phone with a cracked screen for a while, and I finally decided to try and get it fixed. Their site didnt actually have my exact phone (Moto G Power) listed, but I was able to call them and they ordered in aThe appropriate part. When I brought my phone, they finished the whole process in less than 3 hours, only reason I couldnt pick it up that day was because they finished right before closing and missed the notification. Came over the next day, and they handed over my phone with a shiny new screen. I think the new one is brighter to. 5/5 would recommend.

I had the pleasure of meeting Chris at CPR Cell Phone Repair in Huntsville. He was very professional and incredibly kind. They were able to fix my childs iPad within hours. We had an iPad 6th generation that was dropped on to a concrete patio. It damaged the screen and the corners.After taking it to two other stores that advertised repair of Apple products like this, we were about to give up and live with the cracks for as long as the iPad functioned.After looking online and doing a search one more time, we came across CPR. The advertised they did this type of repair work.After calling the store and finding their location, we drove to the Village Center off of South Parkway. We were greeted by Chris who said they do these repairs but he needed to look at the product. He did so, asked questions about how it functioned in different ways, and declared they could fix the iPad. There were several caveats about what could go wrong with the repair. We decided to go for it and left the iPad there.It was ready in about 5 hours. Having now used it for a day after picking it up, it works as well as it ever did. It has a new screen so the cracks are gone. It is also about to get a new case to prevent similar accidents from occurring in the future.The company employees we met were friendly, knowledgeable, and did very good work. This is the first place we will check on in the future for repairs of this nature for our electronics.

I give CPR 5 star customer service, quality diagnostics, knowledgeable technicians, and willingness to explain to customers what is/is not working properly. I appreciate the conservative approach and taking the time to diagnose problems instead of just slinging new parts and racking up a repair bill! You are crazy if you take your Apple or Android device anywhere else but CPR first!

Chris was absolutely wonderful. I responded to an ad on Facebook Marketplace for an iPhone 7, and Chris was extremely helpful and provided fantastic customer service. Since I was so satisfied with my purchase for a refurbished phone for my daughter, I also replaced the cracked back glass on my iPhone 8 Plus. The silver back glass was on back order, and they were very polite in offering a rose gold replacement. They did a fantastic and quick job at the replacement of the glass as well. Went in because my grandsons Xbox One didnt work. A Game Stop worker, outside of HSV, stated that because the light on the power brick remained orange it worked and we would have to get the console repaired or get a new one. I didnt agree with him but I scheduled an appointment with CPR thinking it would cost me a bit to fix it. However, Chris and Kendall are the friendliest and most professional people Ive met in a customer service business in a long time. I didnt feel I was being talked down to and they helped me understand the problem. Chris did not want to take it in the back for service because he thought they could diagnosis it immediately. Thank goodness it was just the power brick. Chris even called his wife to get me the name of the Game Stop manager in Jones Valley who might help find a power brick. Because of this experience, Im taking my laptop over for repair. I felt very comfortable having a conversation with them. Please give them an opportunity to help you and I know youll feel the same way. Thanks Chris and Kendall. My grandson is extremely happy. BTW, they also have a pretty good slide show you can watch while you wait. 😂

I roll in about an hour before they close with a broken screen, touch screen not working at all. My phone (Galaxy s10+) is fixed by 7 and I was given 10% off a new screen protector AND he put it on my screen for me, soooooo much better than I could have done myself. Very friendly service, very transparent about the process of fixing your device. Like,15/10 for customer service. Theres a reason they have an A+ rating with and are accredited by the Better Business Bureau.

If I ever have to get a screen repaired again, it will be with this company. I have had terrible experiences other places where they ruined my phone, had hidden fees or just flat out were rude and unprofessional. I can’t say enough positive things about CPR. Thank you!

After going around to several cellphone repair shops, I found CPR. We were greeted with a friendly smile from the technician at the counter. She assessed the phone damage and quickly started looking up the information for repairs. We opted not to repair the phone, but purchase a refurbished phone from CPR. I was highly impressed that they had a wide variety of phones in their database to pick from. I specified which one I wanted and the technician was able to find it. I even received a decent trade-in credit for my current phone. When I came back two days later to get my replacement phone, the technicians greeted us at the door and opened the door for us. They let me inspect the new phone and then started in with transferring my contacts and apps from my old phone to the new one.I highly recommend CPR!!

My cousin and I visited this CPR to fix his IPhone XR as it had stopped working and was not turning on at all. We had visited a CPR in Florida a week prior and they decided that the phone had some corrosion and we assumed it was from getting wet, but it was not flooded, it was just a little bit of water and it was fixed promptly that afternoon. Yesterday he tried turning his phone on and it wouldn’t turn on. So we went to this CPR hoping for the same great service that we had received in Florida. However, we came in and asked about it but the worker said he cannot touch it or anything if it had been water damaged. That contradicted what your website read and we were just thoroughly disappointed in what we were expecting to be done. Thank you.
