Waited 10 minutes in drive through for an online pickup. Was informed I can’t pick them up in the drive through. Went inside to wait in line. Watched them start my online order, now ten minutes past pick up time. Manager Randy told me they were understaffed although I counted 13 employees. He implied I was a liar and refused to speak to me. Corporate didn’t answer. This place is not great.

Its Krispy Kreme. Literally no competition in the donut game. Your place has better coffee?? Who cares. Donuts.The only problem I have with this place is that the other flavors look so great, and I always end up not getting just a half dozen glaze.This place is the Oreo of donuts, they peaked at the original and are making different flavors just for marketing.

Everyone working here yesterday were wonderful, with the exception of one guy. He was just rude. The gal who waited on me, Cynthia, was wonderful. She was overworked and stressed, but professional. I watched a customer come back in and be very ugly to them. The gals handled it very well.

Been coming here since 1968. The Hot Now light sign out front tells customers that they can get fresh hot glaze doughnuts. They are certainly yummy. Customer service is excellent.

Management was rude. Their promo was false. Wouldn’t even refund me because I ordered on the app. Which they also said they would not guarantee even though the order was placed a day prior to pickup. He told me to call corporate and he was sure I’d get something free. I didn’t want free I wanted what I ordered! Horrible customer service!

Placed a pickup order a day in advance and I had to wait 30 min past the pick up time and was late to a work event. When I asked why this happened the employee got verbally aggressive. It seemed they were having a bad day but still. To make it better they put 2 containers of coffee on top of 2 boxes of doughnuts and crushed all of the doughnuts underneath. I sent an E-mail to the company to give them a chance to rectify the situation but they did not respond to me so here I am.Overall Pour customer service and completely apathetic towards their customers. Will not be going back.

Kids love watching the donut making process through the windows. Some Krispy Kreme locations are easier to view for the kids than this one. I have to pick my kid up for her to see here. Donuts are good. The donuts are overpriced but that’s a corporate decision not local so can’t fault the location. Parking at this location is difficult when there’s more than a handful of cars. Of all the locations they could have picked I’m baffled as to why this one and why this design for in store and out.

This has been one of my favorite places for years. Its a super tasty treat and they were extremely nice. You cant beat hot donuts

Came in for two dozen. If they had been hot, it would be 5 stars. The light was not in so I knew they would not be. Still some good donuts.

If you come for kreme, custard, or other filled doughnuts go elsewhere. The levels of filling have been steadily decreasing, to the point of ridiculousity.

Friendly staff and the donuts are always DELICIOUS... especially when the HOT sign is on...You can NEVER go wrong with Krispy Kreme....

Says they close at 11pm on Saturdays yet I pull up a little after 10pm and they are closed when today is the only day for the Halloween donuts my 3 year old wanted.

This was an AMAZING place that entered my life yesterday!Honestly, I saw and got too hold the door for 1 of the most beautiful girls I have seen for a very long time.Then everyone was in an awesome moodyI think it was because of Her.

Very poor customer service. I entered the doughnut shop and the person behind the counter never acknowledged me, I stood there for a few minutes looking at the doughnuts in the display case and when I looked up there was a person just standing there behind the display staring at me, never did she asked to take my order or even mouth a greeting. I asked her if she was ready for my order, and she replied yes. After I gave her my order she walked away without saying a word to me, disappeared to the back of the store, then returned with my order moments later, again she walked past me to the register without saying a word to me.

The Donuts are always delicious but the staff may leave something to be desired. Everytime Ive been by, 15-20ish times in 2021, you gave to SCREAM into the microphone to order, even if the car is OFF, which is off-putting, especially when the staff member yells at you to Yell Louder.Half the time Ive gotten to the window and they ask me what was my name and what did I order, so in not sure why they make us scream anyhow if they are gonna go over the entire order again.

I ordered the World Grateful Day buy a dozen get a dozen free....the DoorDash delivery guy only brought my assorted doughnuts. 😡😡

Krispy Kreme donuts are like buttered crack! I could eat them until I get sick, throw up, and eat another dozen! Hot donuts + cold milk = orgasm! Coffee is damn good, too!

Despite the length of the drive-thru line, it went by fairly quick. The lady at the window was very pleasant and had my order ready to go when I got there. Was also accurate. I think the line really appeared much longer because folks were keeping a six foot distance between the cars. Thats only when youre face-to-face folks, not in your own vehicles!

The best doughnuts! The young lady at the window on 7/20 had such a positive attitude. I left with doughnuts and a smile!

Went drive thru. Doughnuts were really good. Employees are always nice here. A refreshing change from most places now. I ate a custard filled with chocolate glaze that was so good, I thought I would cry! Thank God for Krispy Kreme.

Stopped by for some Glazed Kreme filled donuts. Was told they no longer make those. Asked for some chocolate Kreme filled instead. Was informed they were out. Asked for some of the cake batter donuts. Was told they were out. Asked for Boston creme. They were out. Asked for the Reeses. They were out. Asked for several other types, but was repeatedly told they were out. It turned out they just had plain, basic donuts and lemon donuts. They could have at least simply told me they had only two types of donuts in the entire store instead of letting me keep requesting different kinds, only to be let down and disappointed repeatedly. Drove an hour to Huntsville, because Ive been wanting some good donuts for a while and this was the nearest Krispy Kreme. But they had basically nothing, the woman at the window didnt seem to care in the slightest about her job or the customers, and my entire experience was nothing more than a huge letdown. Will not be returning to this location. Or any Krispy Kreme if its true they dont make Glazed Kreme filled anymore.

Amazing! The classic is the best to me. Even their coffee is not bad. It might be cheaper though. The atmosphere inside is just so nice, and you can have it at the drove tru too. I pass by every time I have the opportunity!

Chocolate glazed donut was okay. We told the lady in the drive thru that we had a fundraiser ticket for a free dozen glazed donuts. When we pulled up to the window and showed it to her, she said she had already rang it up and hadnt realized we had the voucher. She said she couldnt take it off and wed have to use the voucher at a later time. To top it off, we ordered two coffees. The regular was hot, but the decaf was cold. Terrible service and no attention to detail.

Ive always loved Krispy Kreme. Ive never had any problems. Except for the last two times we have ordered original glazed cream filled but we do not get any cream. The first time this happened I gave them another chance. But this is the second time we have ordered original glazed cream filled with no cream. I dont know if the cream is not getting in the donut since theyve changed it or not. Ive always wondered why they changed the big fat donut with cream 2 the original looking donut. To me it was kind of like if its not broke dont fix it. This is the only problem we have ever had. We just really wanted cream-filled and twice have not gotten it. I think since the donut looks like a regular donut the cream is not getting inside it.

Nothing like Krispy Kreme... but the last several times Ive received stale, cold donuts. I drove in with the hot donuts sign and when I got my order... they were cold and looked like they were a few days off. Before that my dozen glazed looked like powered donuts. We only have one in town, so the hope is they are always perfect.

My car started over heating one day and this was the easiest and fastest place to get to and get the car turned off. It was extremely hot outside that day and I had 3 kids with me. Two toddlers and a 10 yr old. All 3 hot and complaining. The employees helped me with getting some water for my car and went above and beyond by allowing us to come inside and sit where it was cool while we waited on the car to cool down enough for me to add the water to it. While we waited they gave us all drinks and the kids a donut and would not accept any payment for it. I still can’t believe just how thoughtful these people were and how understand they was as well. I will never forget it. They won me over for sure.

Long wait in drive thru. Felt rushed by order taker. They need to do something about the flies just buzzing around the food ! Staff was friendly and courteous.

Brie (or Bree, not sure how its spelled) took my order and handed me my donuts in the drive through.. She was amazing, so sweet and kind, She even gave me a coupon that cut a lot off of my order. I really appreciated her warm, friendly demeanor. The donuts were fantastic too, but they always are.. But coming across a kind person is unfortunately rare.

Came here tonight and they were slammed! The line still moved pretty fast though. When we got to the window Monique (we asked her name) was so patient and sweet. I’ve been coming to this location for as long as I can remember and have never had such a good experience. She was amazing and sweet.

To many employees gathered up in view of everyone standing around talking and laughing.A gentleman we thought was the Manager had to come up front to the register to correct a mis-ring while the line for doughnuts got longer and longer....Manager finally called up a second Cashier to come to the front but she was showing so much attitude it was pitiful....Two miles down the road we tasted some of the doughnut holes we just purchased and the first words that came to mind was cold and nasty......We have been eating Krispy Kreme Doughnuts for decades and these were the worse .....

The staff are exceptional at this location. I really enjoy going into the store to interact with them in person. They are mask compliant and follow appropriate social distancing. The donuts are always fresh and never dry.

Waited in the drive thru line for 38 minutes. There are signs advertising the app and ordering online all around, so we went and and ordered while waiting. When we finally got to the window, we were told we had to come in and get our order that was sitting on a table across store (milk that was warm & 4 donuts). Donuts were good, but seemed like an off night all around.

Second time Ive sat in the line over 20mins. The first time they were only serving inside guest (wtc?!) And tonight 4/21/21 we say in line 20mins and NO ONE MOVED!However when we do get someone they are usually very nice and the food is great.

Donuts are always made right. Only issue is the staff and coupons dont mix.

Ordered a vanilla latte and they didnt put any espresso in it and it was lukewarm. Very disappointed in the service I received in the drive thru. The person at the window was to occupied with talking to his co-workers. He just held the coffee out the window with his back turned to us and didnt say a thing.

It was just okay. Went in to try the chocolate donuts only offered on the 1st Friday. Nothing special. I thought it was a chocolate donut dunked in chocolate. It is just a glazed with chocolate frosting. Also the price of a dozen donuts is getting ridiculous.

Just had the hot cocoa and holiday donuts. It was good BUT the hot cocoa is salty. I’ve never had salty hot cocoa until today and it was disappointing to say the least. Please be careful with the salt you add to the cocoa. A Tsp should be enough.

I don’t know if it’s change of management or the night shift crew but they never have the hot light on or serving fresh doughnuts. It must be to deter customers from stopping. This store literally needs a full clean up too .

Doughnuts great.But they are always really slow and distracted filling orders. Long lines inside and drive thru.They need process improvement optimization. Something to make it faster and more efficient.Also why do I have to tell you how many doughnuts I want. I am trying rattle off from memory what everyone in my car wants. I didnt count it out. So i dont know if I have 6 and need a box for half dozen, or I have 7 and need a box for a dozen. Just take my order and figure it out after the fact on the back end.
