The man behind the counter was unfriendly and did not seem to grasp the concept of a HDHP. My prescription was filled name brand and my coupon was only good for generic. I asked to have it reordered generic and he gave me grief about it. Pardon me for wanting to save $200.
Until today I was very satisfied with Wallgreens. Today I went there to find out if I am eligible to receive a Covid 19 vaccination and if Wallgreens uses Johnson & Jonson. The female pharmacist was very friendly and told me that they would use Phizer as the vaccine. When I asked her if she could tell me where I could get vaccinated with Johnson & Johnson, a pharmacist of about 30 years interrupted me in a very rude way and said that they would not give me any information. I think a We do not know or We are unfortunately not allowed to give any information like this would have been enough. This was in any case, the last time I visited Wallgreens to Carl T Jones. Too bad you can not also give 0 stars. I have rarely met such an unfriendly person. On the one hand I have been a customer there and on the other hand I am much older than the young gentleman and therefore deserve a little respect.
Their pharmacy is top notch! 👌
The pharmacy tech, I believe her name was Margaret, had such a nasty attitude toward me!! She seemed so irritated to have to do her job. Kept cutting me off and was such a smart elect. Sad. To be honest all the staff just had nasty attitudes, all looked miserable and didn’t even smile at me or say hi or anything. but she was who I dealt with the most. Not going to be back to this location and that’s a fact. 👌🏻
Terrible customer service in the pharmacy department by Kevin. We went to this Walgreens in between training assignments for the Navy. I am currently 8 and a half months pregnant. I had two prescriptions that needed to be filled. One of which was fine, but the other needed my docs authorization for the refill. That is standard for that particular medication, and at all other Walgreens has never been an issue. Kevin proceeded to inform me in an untactful manner that the medication was expired and had no other refills allowed. Both statements were untrue. The medication did not expire until 2020, and while the prescription required my docs authorization that can be obtained very simply by contacting my docs office like every other Walgreens has done in the past. If someone does not want to do their job then get out of that field. I will never go back there or encourage anyone I know to go back.
I was in this Walgreens after getting my prescriptions and grabbed some candy to pay at the front counter. No customer was at the counter but me.The cashier( an older short man)acted like I disturbed him and made me wait at the register. He was very obnoxious and treated me as a bum on the street. This store really needs an attitude adjustment! Very nice staff. Always very nice welcome when you go in. Shelfs are always stocked. Never had a problem finding stuff I need. They have a balance reward system that you can sign up for and it is a must have. It refunds money to you as you purchase items there.
VERY, VERY, VERY poor customer service! I was waiting to submit a prescription and no one acknowledged my presence for 20 mins. This says a lot about this store. Unfortunately my insurance has a contract with Walgreens. I have since started using another Walgreens. I was very disappointed. Seems they couldve at least said we will be with you in a moment.
Ridiculous. Takes 3-4 hours to fill even the most basic prescriptions, don’t even think about getting something called in after noon and getting it the same day. Pharmacy staff is very rushed—hire more people or expand to meet demand.
Hubby went to pick up my daughter’s prescription today and they have no medicine and we are not even in their computer system...🙄 Been going there for 5ish years off and on. My husband definitely gets super mad 😡. He calls me in an attempt to clear things up and while I am on speaker phone the pharmacist walks off and says “Im not arguing with a phone😯”. Now I have to go to Walgreens to show Terry P. the notification on my phone that says my prescription exists!! Get to the store. Calmly startover. I say you know you could have saved me a trip if you had taken the phone from my husband and agreed to talk to me over the phone. To this he scoffs and rolls his eyes 👀!! Transfer prescription to Grant Pharmacy eventhough I have to drive to get it! In the 20 years when i use Grant Pharmacy I get exceptional service. One day they forgot to put my prescription in my bag and drove it to Huntsville for me!! I never meant for this prescription to go to Walgreens but my doctor sent it there and I gave them the benefit of the doubt because we use them for little stuff and things that we need right away. I will never use them again and Terry P. will sleep just fine tonight because apparently he doesn’t have to say Im sorry for your inconvenience. Im sorry we couldn’t find your daughter in the computer and you had to make two trips!! Nope just a scoff and an eye roll! Obviously his pay is not tied to customer satisfaction. Im just one less customer for him to worry about!! Oh well I will miss the convienence of running in the store for multiple other things!!
Great customer service, checked the back room without me even asking when I asked if they had an item.
They aren’t great about keeping appointment times in the pharmacy, but the pharmacist, terry, is great to work with.
Great prices. Okay customer service but nothing to brag about. Clean store.
This is your family store, and the really appreciate you being there......most helpful
