My daddy has been on hospice at my home for several years now and I have been getting his prescription here and love each and every pharmacy employee. Great customer service
The little short lady with the short white hair is RUDE!Told me I was mad I didn’t have a refill on birth control. Lol I was mad bc she chose to talk to me in a condensing tone. Every one else is kind and polite but I’ve used this pharmacy for the past 5 years and she’s been that way since I’ve met her. Maybe customer training would help, that’s what we would do with our employees who talk to customers that way.
Courteous and cheerful staff who do there best to help.
We have had really poor experiences in the past with this pharmacy. We havent used them in months. We stopped using them because they yelled at my wife while she was on the phone with them. I went and confronted a manager about it. She said it was my wifes fault for a misunderstanding. I told her that didnt excuse the person for yelling at my wife. The manger just rolled her eyes at me. We decided yesterday to try them again. My wife got there at one pm. They were supposed to put the order in then so she could pick up her medicine the next day. They tell her to be there at noon. She shows up and the medicine isnt there. Instead of the person putting the order in at 1pm, they waited till after 5pm. That means the medicine wont be there till tomorrow. They messed up yet again. They couldve have at least called my wife and told her about their mess up, but they didnt even bother. Poor service and poor treatment. Never going to use this place ever again.
I rarely get a smile. A polite How are you? would be nice when customers approach the counter. When Im standing there waiting in line Ive noticed that they are all smiles when another Walmart employee aproaches. One thing about customer service is you need to be aproachable....and smile.
Service here is awful. Simply awful.
The first time when i called this month I was told they didnt have my birth control. And that they would request to restock it so I was totally okay with calling tommorrow. So I called the day after and still was told they would have to call it in to have it restocked and I was totally okay with that. The 3rd day I called the woman on the phone told me they ran out.I know that woman probably doesnt like me but hell I wouldnt have had to call you so much if you just got the job done. If it has to take this long then i know for sure somethings wrong. I know Im not the greatest person on the phone have a conversation with but I try and I cant help it till i learn how to become better. You only have to deal with me one time a month. Ive done no harm and Ive never had an attitude about it.I just wanted one thing and she did not provide me with it.
I have always had good experience every time I dropped off and picked up a prescription.
Terrible customer service. Terrible service by pharmacy technicians. Just Horrible customer service! I pay more elsewhere, they know my name when I walk in the door, and start checking what I have on profile that is ready for pickup. THANK YOU, JESUS!!!
Slow when it comes to discounts and insurance. Nice pharmacist and some great pharmacy techs.
