Located on 231 in Huntsville, easy access and plenty of parking.This location includes a gas station.They have recently added liquor sales and they have a separate liquor store built into the main building.A nice tire center.This location has recently installed self check out stations, Which help reduce long lines when they are very busy.We live up in Tennessee but we routinely visit this when we need to go to a Costco.Make sure you dont go in hungry or youll blow out your budget ;)

Costco is a great place for less expensive consumables that you know will be used completely over time. Most of them are in bulk so you’ll need extra storage place in the mean time. They have good deals on some clothing although there is a small selection that changes quickly. Large items like generators and appliances can be found here too for reasonable prices. Go during the week. Weekends are crowded.

I dont know why I put off becoming a Costco member. I have been a member for almost 2 years now and I get why almost everyone loves Costco. They have terrific prices, a huge variety of quality choices, and they also have great employees. The store is well organized and the check out lines are fast and efficient. Oh, and if you arent satisfied with a purchase, returns are quick and easy. Costco has become our first choice for weekly shopping...or sometimes daily shopping in our case. I actually enjoy shopping for groceries now and I even bought our sectional couch on one of my trips. I cant think of one bad thing about them...it must be love.

This particular store is nice, but Im finished with the wholesale store concept. Dollar for dollar, you dont save much, and I always end up spending more there than if I went to a regular grocery store. It also doesnt help that they do not accept any form of MasterCard. Ive let my membership expire and do not plan to renew with Costco.

Samples are back!I am an admitted Costco Addict!I was in Manchester, UK, on business. I had to visit the Costco there! All the Kirkland brand goods were there, plus local specialty items.Im from Michigan, and this Costco was laid out similarly, but had an expanded wine and liquor section. Outside of that, I found this warehouse nearly identical.The employees were super-friendly; a consistent theme Ive experienced at all locations Ive been to.

I love shopping here. The prices are great from gas to produce and everything in-between. They have thing you wouldnt think you would find in a discount store. Everyone is so nice and helpful from the gas attendants to cashiers.

I really enjoy Costco’s selection and prices. There’s just some minor annoyances with their membership policy that can be an inconvenience.

Smooth Sailing! I went to Costco to pick up their Kirkland brand of toilet paper and to check out the deli. I really like their toilet paper because it is soft, yet strong, and with the ridges on the paper, it picks up everything! Their Rotisserie Chicken smelled delicious, so I purchased that as well! It was delicious!The employees were kind and helpful! The store wasn’t too crowded and paying for my items did not take long! I will definitely return!

I went to Cosco with my son and this was my first time to ever go to a Cosco!!! I really enjoyed shopping with him and finally seeing what all they have to offer their members!! We bought some excellent cuts of meats and have enjoyed these quality cuts coming off the grill. My son in my eyes is an awesome grill master and he looks for the finest cuts available to him to serve his family and friends. I also loved seeing how a person could buy so many things in bulk and not only save time but more importantly money in these times when groceries have become so expensive to feed a family. I also found things there that I dont always see at the regular grocery store and then being able to buy a box of greater quantity excited me. My grandchildren often pack a school lunch so this bulk shopping provides ease of use when it comes to gathering out of the pantry for two children that have different taste in food choices. I will be anxious to shop with my son or daughter in love again in the future and be able to look at more of their products they provide! My first experience was a good one and that is saying a lot for a person like me who is not always one who even enjoys to shop at all. I come from a place that is small and rural and has very limited places to shop in the first place. My horizons have been broadened and I may enjoy shopping more since I will have more selections to choose from like Cosco and their friendly staff! Thank you for giving and offering me this experience!

Store clean and well stocked. Employees we encountered were all very friendly and helpful. Shopped on a busy weekend but were checked out quickly, all registers were open.

This Costco has the same great deals as many others. I have found that many times items are at a better price if you buy them in the warehouse vs. Online. They have recently added a liquor store attached to the building. The produce is always fresh here, they have a better selection of prepared meals than Sams club, other products are similar. They are getting four instead of five stars because the parking lot traffic flow is always crazy here. They really need lines painted on the ground to direct the flow.

Shame on Costco!, Sold a LG TV to is that doesnt work and now they wont refund or replace it. Keep getting a run around for 2 months now.Several hours on hold, switched from representatives to corporate back to a LG back to Costco What a joke.40 years of loyalty to Costco means nothing to them apparently.

They have the best selection of seafood, organic meats, organic fruits, and organic vegetables.

I’m leaving 4 stars here for one specific reason. Costco always has a great selection of products at some very competitive prices. However, Costco needs to improve the check out procedures at this location. They have introduced self-checkout kiosks and have had them for some time now. My problem is when there are no employees available to assist with the self-checkout process, you are forced to manually load all your products onto the scanner and there is no option to use a “barcode scan gun”. This is tedious and frustrating because Costco products are usually bulky, heavy items. I would be fine with the self-checkout kiosks if every station had a “barcode scan gun” to be able to scan items in my cart without having to load them onto the machine.

What can I say. I am a raving fan of Costco. Great products and an even better return policy.

We don’t do a lot of bulk buying but Costco has the highly rated Kirkland brand we like. Clean store, friendly service and occasionally we find some great deals. We often price check and a few times we’ve found items cheaper. The lines may get long but don’t worry, the Clerks keep it moving!!

Was turned away for wearing a mask in Feb 2020 (they couldnt verify my membership, according to them), then turned away for not having a mask in Aug 2020. So COVID policies mirror the nonsensical decrees from the CDC, and are strictly enforced. The Costco branded Kirkland stuff is usually decent price and quality, but most things are a better deal shopping the sales at other stores. The meat is good quality as well, though typically as much or more than similar cuts at other stores; you get quality, but you pay for it. Costco has been shrink-flating a lot of their bulk Kirkland brand products, so beware what you buy. I honestly dont feel like I have gotten the value out of the membership, despite having a family of 6, and probably wont renew it. Plus its a much longer drive for me to go there. The thing I will probably miss the most is the food counter.

I am pretty certain that the hassle of enduring the crowds and rude associates is coming to an end. That place is not worth going in anymore. The staff is rude and unhelpful. They really ought to be ashamed to only have 1 store in Huntsville AL. It is really close to my home, but I think that Sams is a much better place to shop.

Place is always SO packed with people. I wish it was a little easier to get into without the crowds.

Costco what a store.. A friend ask me to go with him.. we will be back in about one hour or two.. that was not true. LOL. We was in the store for over two hours.. they had so much different stuff and he had to go down every aisle and look at everything.. they had some great prices it remind me of Sams.. we both spent about 200.00 a piece.. I dont have to go back there for a while and I will think twice before .. I go with him again..no.. that just a joke.. I really love it.. and what a store.. I will definitely go back again if he asks me.. great time great place..

I have been shopping at this Costco since it open. The service and the products have remain the best . I love this store, and I love the people who work there never had an unpleasant experience with any of the help there. Have just returned a few items and had no problem returning the items.

Hate the parking lot! Too tight to pass on coming cars and never a close parking place even during the week. Enough shoppers for two stores in this area.

Beware of the tire service department. The employee needed more training. Darius tells us our tire is unrepairable, then proceeds to pull the nail out of our Telsa tire. Then he tells us he will order us a new tire.He said he wanted to see if its a slow leak. Weve driven hundreds of miles from Florida and its been okay now we have to stop and get air in it. But he assures us its a slow leak. Which has caused us more anxiety.

Great buys. Some things I purchased had discounts... Saved some money and got freezer full of meat.

Love the savings on almost every item. You just that you have to purchase what seemed like a pallet sized amount of most products. Even still, I wouldnt hesitant to become a lifetime memder.

I went to Costco for lunch to use the foodcour through the normal exit door. A door employee chased me down asking for a costco card. Ive never had someone ask for a card during a lunch visit. Bizarre

I ordered a Dishwasher from Costco online with delivery and setup. On the day of delivery I received a call that my dishwasher would be delivered in the 0900-1100amwindow. @11:15am I called logistics and they informed me the new time of delivery would be 1:22pmUpon delivery the logistician told me they dont do installs and someone would be coming shortly for the installation portion. In addition he said I should contact Costco for a specific time.I contacted Costco logistics and they informed me they only deliver and I would have to contact Costco (I didnt realize they are not the same. When I contacted Customer service they told me Logistics should have taken care of it.After multiple calls (Customer service technician was awesome) I was finally informed that no one would be coming and that I had 2 options........1. wait until the installation department responded to the inquiry which i was told by customer service is roughly 48 hoursor2. Pay a plumber or handyman and they would reimburse me a certain amount.Worst experience ever purchasing an appliance, the fact that the delivery personnel lied to my face is simply unacceptable!

I ordered a washer and dryer through Costco.com on May 29th with an estimated delivery date of June 10th. This was comparable to Home Depots estimated delivery but I chose Costco.com because of their renowned customer service. I was FINALLY contacted over 2 weeks after the initial estimated delivery date and get the delivery set up for June 29th. Kind of annoying, but fine, I understand that there is backup due to COVID and appliance shortages.I was called the morning of the delivery and informed that my dryer had reached the warehouse but that my washer had been lost. I was even contacted by the delivery driver letting me know hed be at my house in 30 minutes to deliver the washer and dryer. I had to explain to him that my order had been lost. Over the next week I reached out to customer service many times trying to get any sliver of information on what the future of my order looked like. Would a replacement have to be reordered? Would I have to wait another month for my order? Keep in mind at this point Im out over $1500 without any product and no clear understanding of when I would even receive the product.Only today (July 7th) was I contacted and informed that my product had reached the warehouse and would be delivered July 10th. The customer service rep did not know that my order had been lost and I had to explain the whole situation to her. This has been the worst online ordering experience Ive ever dealt with and I will have to think long and hard before giving Costco my business in the future for orders such as these. An estimated 11 day delivery turned in to 42 days and I have not been compensated in any way for this situation.I do like the in person shopping experience at Costco but this has been unacceptable.

When bringing your truck in come in from the back side.The down grade on the back entrance was a little scary thought my trailer landing gear might get stuck but it was fine.Then you just pull up and it sets you up to almost strait back into the docks. They got 4 docks.People were nice.

I went to costco to get gas and the reader said my card was expired. I just bought gas May 31st. I didnt know it was expired. Asked the attendant and he wouldnt override so I could get gas and didnt believe me when I told him this was the first time. After waiting in the ridiculously long line only to have no help. I went inside and told the service desk what happened and they just shrugged their shoulders and tried to ring up another membership. I told them I didnt want it and would go to Sams Club instead. 10/10 wouldnt do business with this store anymore.

I go to Costco 2 times a month but Ive definitely changed my mind on keeping my membership next year. After going to the tire dept. On 20th March arond 3-4 the guy didnt really seem to want to help me I asked if he could give me a price for 235/55/19 size tires he said not in stock. I said thats fine, I just need two. He said it will be 900 to 1000 dollars...

I personally had a terrible experience the last time I visited. I had two separate carts and some confusion happened in the self checkout line, and the person in charge of the self checkout lines went out of her way to abruptly try and stop my transaction, I assume she thought something improper or illigitimate was happening but did not try and inquire, only inferred. The cashier assisting me was more than courteous, and tried as best as possible to deescalate the situation by assuring the aforementioned supervisor that she indeed had checked both my credit card and my membership card to verify the name on both as the same but that did not satisfy her and she stormed away. I didnt feel comfortable continuing my transaction and left. While I previously had high regard for the customer service at Costco, I dont know that I want to return at this point

Very good food items. The chocolate muffins have dark chocolate chunks and the cheese cake is excellent. The green grapes are some of the best I have ever had. The hot dog & drink for $1.50 is a bargain the only negative was they no longer give relish for the the hot dog!

Usually have quality merchandise, but sometimes they will have versions of items, particularly Appliances, which are marketed only to them, so are difficult to get warranty support for from the manufacturers. The upshot to that problematic situation is that they will frequently (but NOT always) take back items which stop working correctly, even if youve had them a while. They can also usually locate the original purchase information, if you cannot find your receipt, even if its been a while. Their membership fees are about $15/25% higher than Sams Club, but I feel that quality is a bit better. Their gas prices are great, especially for their Premium grade/Top Tier rated choice. Sams Club has Nathans Hotdogs though, so thats a loss.So, if you wish to buy in bulk, AND dont mind springing for a pricier membership, they are a good, solid choice. And really, you CAN go eat your hotdog in the Sams Club food court. You dont need a membership to eat there.....

Costco seems more upbeat than Sams. I like their selection better as well. Ive not seen Costco as busy as they were yesterday, so others have similar thoughts.
