No one appeared to be a employeOf Pennys. If they were and not outside people just selling off goods then I can see why they went out of business. Very rude.No attempt to be helpful. Cornered one female from Jamaica . she made up excuse to take off after three minutes . Asked another where shoes were, her response was over there somewhere. Real customer assistance.

I actually went into the salon as a walk in to get my hair dyed, my sons hair cut, and my sisters hair trimmed. Joe was incredible! He got us on the schedule with minimal wait. He was beyond patient and understanding with my autistic son. He was incredibly talented in my dye and was able to do what I was wanting in 1 sitting. I got his business card and will definitely be going back!

I ordered online and picked up from the store. Everything that was ordered came in on time. The sales staff was helpful and friendly. I did not have to wait in line. It was in and out! Great experience.

I ordered online and picked up my item in-store. I thought it was gonna be a quick in and out but they have you go all the way to the back of the store to pick up your items.

Great hospitality. Awesome sale got a couple of polo shirts for 20 dollars. The shirts were originally priced at 44 dollars a piece.

I went here on a whim not knowing what to really expect. The only stylist working was Amen so I decided to go for it. Amen went all out on my hair she listened to everything I said I wanted and then she went to work. She worked very hard on my long thick hair. I couldnt not have asked for a better set of hands in my hair she did an amazing job and it definitely met my expectations.

Simple love this place... u can get all kind a stuff here but in good price and quality is really fine.

JC Penny Huntsville, TX has a lot of nice merchandise, and I enjoy shopping there when sales are going on. You can really find amazing sales after Christmas. You wont leave unhappy. Grace, peace and blessings!

Their clothes are always a perfect fit for me. I just wish they were a bigger store because they dont carry everything the con before store does.

It was a JCPenny, very quiet, but it loses a star because everywhere else in the mall I went to the employees actually checked up on/helped me out. Employees here just stood around giggling... not a bad thing, especially middle of the day Wednesday, but they treated me like a badly timed fart. Still go here but dont expect anyone to say hi, lol

Its been a great store. Price is just right, and customer service is also nice and helpful.

I had a little trouble finding certain items due to things being scattered throughout the store. There were jackets here, some over there. There were small and medium clothes in the big and tall area, etc. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hair stylists are great! Not a long wait for walk-ins.

The staff is friendly and attempt to make all efforts to help when needed, but the store is tiny and crowded when it comes to trying to navigate the aisles and actually shop. It would be a tight squeeze for anyone in a wheelchair or with a walker thats for sure. One can only keep wishing theyd expand the actual MALL portion and do away with the offices but until then its not a bad local option especially with some of the sales they have through the year.

One of the best places to shop in this area. Considering some other places have opened in Huntsville. Still like Pennys more.

I went in thinking I was about to go broke at easter. My daughter picked out a dress that cost $14 and a pair of shoes that was marked down from $45, to $24. I went to check out and the lady at the check out asked me to apply for a ND Pennys credit card and I could earn a percentage of my total.I didnt qualify.But I only played $24 on my total check out.. I was impressed!

This store seems to have a decent selection, and friendly people. Doesnt seem to do a lot of business here though, for whatever reason. Its usually crowded if there are 2-3 other customers present.

I have mixed feeling about this store. I love it but sometimes the selection sucks. you go in there and cant find a pair of shoes or sometimes on the new arrivals I can not find my size.

The old stand by. Always a good deal but sometimes my size is not available. But great gifts.

Take a photograph of the price before you bring your selection to the counter! I picked something advertised with a range of prices. When I got to the register, the system pulled up a number above the ranges maximum. When I pointed this out, a manager came by to check the sign where I had seen the lower price while I waited at the counter. The manager came back and convinced me that I had misread the sign. After the purchase, I went back to see the sign again for myself, and the manager had covered it up. The difference in price was only $20 or so, but I left feeling cheated and gaslighted.

Do Not Buy Jewelry At Jcpenny!! My fiancé bought a ring from here and a diamond fell out so I had it sent back, 6 weeks later I get my ring back and 4 days later it fell out again, so I had to send it back again.I waited almost 2 months to get it and instead we get a call saying they couldnt fix it 😡. My opinion they lost it 😑. Then they say they would give us a gift card,,, HELL no I dont want to spend MY money with yall ever again!! So we waited for a check in the mail (we had to fight to get ) for a month and they still sent a damn gift card!.....………still waiting on our check.................
