This location is obviously understaffed, to the point where it cant be relied upon to be open during its stated business hours. Ive never had this problem with the other FedEx Office location nearby (4711 University Dr).

Customer service sucks. I had a heavy package and had one arm in a sling and nobody offer to help me carry it. The next time I went in I asked them to take it out of my car. They obliged.

FedEx Kinkos is a great company and this place offers its services. However, this place is obscenely under staffed and one guy has to handle everything, and wait times to pick up a package on a Wednesday night are exceeding 30 minutes while he makes business cards for another person who came in after me **End Rant**I recommend the store near Sparkman drive. They are more equipped and 24hrs. Dont go here unless you have no value of your own time.

Terrible customer service. Store manager was very rude & condescending to myself & other customers in the store at the time. I was just printing out some papers, was never even acknowledged or offered help. When I did ask for help was treated rudely almost as if I was an annoyance. Will never set foot in this store again.
