The employees are always great. The corporation needs to stop ignoring the needs of the nail techs. I spend less and less money there because I have to order everything off line because they dont have what I need. I refuse to be forced to use a product Im not satisfied with.

I enjoy shopping at CosmoProf. They have always been helpful and great to work with. The red head, Tiel, is very knowledgeable and knows where everything is in the store. The atmosphere in the store is nice and it is easy to find the product.

I am a licensed esthetician - I showed up at 3:58 pm on a Saturday and had a few questions - I asked if I could purchase hair color for personal use - she said yes -- but I cannot help you formulate anything -- I said well can you just tell me what products I need? She said no and I quote no and today we close at 4 I said oh what time is it? She said 4 and stood by the door as she locked it blocking 3 more customers from entering because it was time for her to go home -- I was unimpressed with this store and will be purchasing all my supplies elsewhere -- where they are nicer and friendly and appreciate the job they have because of the customers they have! Not recommended --
