Adam and John are truly the best people you could ever expect to trust with your stranded RV driving self. I had just spent $2000 in repairs somewhere else and the first thing they did is diagnose my faulty radiator. Feel the left side, now feel the right side- notice anything, lol. They let me stay in the RV parking lot while my radiator was re-cored (actually rented a car and drive to Moab to zipline at Ravens Rim). The entire crew at Eagle Rock was honest, open, and what was even better is how every customer in the lobby loves this place and these guys. This place is the best place to take your RV and I highly recommend them. Trustworthy, very fair and reasonable costs (they could and should charge more) premium care and I miss them already! They got me back in the road and my new radiator works like a dream (1000 miles away and working perfectly still).

Stay as far away from this business as you can. They said they could fix our refrigerator in our 5th wheel (its a newer 5th wheel)and when they back it into their shop with rip the air conditioner off the top and then had it in their shop for 5 MONTHS and NEVER fixed the refrigerator. Finally when we were down to the wire of needing it back they said they couldnt figure out why the fridge doesnt work. When my husband brought it home the bed in the master bedroom was ripped completely away from the wall. Frame and all!!! They charged me $1000 to peel my air conditioner off and completely destroy the bed frame!. These people dont have a clue what they are doing!!! RUN!!!!!

I was pulling an Econ travel trailer heading for Idaho Falls from Twin Falls when, 22 miles out of Idaho Falls, the drivers side tire on the trailer came off. I had AAA towing and the driver from the towing company suggested we take it to Eagle Rock RV Service Center for repairs. When we arrived there, the service center was closed but the manager was still there and helped us unload it from the truck with their forklift. Josh, the service manager, said it looked like it would need a new axle and they would have to order it from Utah overnight. The next morning we met John, the owner, who brought us up to date on everything. Being from California, I was not used to the feeling of wellbeing and honesty I recieved from John and Josh. John said they would have us back on the road again by the next day and that they found an axle locally. He had us back on the road the very next day and everything was working great, including the refrigerator which was kept level and working throughout the repair time.I would recommend John, Josh, and the rest of the crew to anyone needing assistance on there equipment. Thanks John

Before I brought my motorhome here I only had a minor leak in a window that I noticed when it was washed, come to find out later it was only leaking from water being sprayed into the drain on the bottom of window seal. So anyway I Brought it in here to have a window sealed. I was told that I needed the roof sealed, water heater needed anode, new slide motors and a few other things. So 6000 dollars later we pull out of there and within a week it rains and there is a leak above the windshield somewhere that Flood’s the dash. The slide motors stop working, the water heater is making loud unusual sounds. When I call eagle rock the girl that answers the phone is very rude and not helpful. We decide to go somewhere else. We then find out from the new place we brought it to that the roof was not sealed completely only around a couple vents, the slide motors are the original ones, and our water heater is aluminum and doesn’t use an anode and the one that was forced into it stripped out the threads where the plug goes, they used white Teflon tape to connect the gas lines to the propane tank which caused it to leak. So to fix everything would be close to 6000 dollars. New slide motors that were never replaced, new water heater that was damaged by putting anode into it, roof properly sealed, gas lines taken apart and put on proper tape on all connections. The owner Greg at Eagle Rock seemed nice but I knew right away something was wrong he was just too nice and came off kinda slimy like a stereotypical used car salesmen selling you a car with no tires. We are now in the process of gathering all documents from warranty company along with Eagle Rock and new rv repair shop along with before and after photos to show who did what and when so that I have everything in order to take them to court. What a waste of time and money this has been. These people should be shut down.

Greg the owner of Eagle Rock was kind enough to service us quickly so that we could continue our journey as soon as possible. They are very busy and he had to suspend an existing job and pull an RV out in order to service ours.Considering we were traveling with my 94 year old mother in law and my crazy dog it was an extremely nice gesture.Greg, his wife, Reese, Larry and all the staff were super nice. I was traveling from out of state and was near Idaho Falls when I was suddenly in need of a new RV rooftop AC. I called and spoke to Greg and Reese and both gentlemen worked extremely fast to help me troubleshoot what was needed - it was a huge ask in a short amount of time to find the exact unit that was needed when so many others said they needed between a week and up to six weeks for a Dometic match- they called me back in a short amount of time to track one down and at a fair price. They were able to get me in for the replacement almost immediately. I want to say thank you for the professional, caring and fast response they provided in my time of need in a stressful situation.

Do not do business with them. They tried to scam us with a huge bill for something we didnt need!We went to this place based on a recommendation from another shop just south of Eagle Rock RV because they couldnt do a particular job we though we needed. The trailer at the time only had 5000 miles on it. Our tires are wearing out unveiling on the inside on the back axle, and the assumption what that our Lippert 5200 lb axle(s) are bent. We went into Eagle Rock RV to get an examination and quote if need be.We waited 2-3 hours in the morning only to have them look at the RV for a min and come back into the front desk area and claim we needed a new axles and it will be nearly $2000. LOL. Right away a red flag was flying when in just moments they quoted me thousands of dollars.Having an extensive background in auto mechanics, I thought immediately, a new axle can be had for $300 with a couple hours labor. Not only did they quote us on work that did not need to be done, they tried to extravagantly charge us.So we move on knowing that they tried to scam us in one way or another. I kept a close eye on the wheels and axle... and trying to do research on what the solution could be. I was still convinced it was a bent axle from all the RV research Ive done from other RV owners and class action suits to bent newly manufactured axles.Move forward a couple months. We went to a shop in Moab, UT that specialized in heavy equipment and metal works. He went under and 5 seconds later says, Your axle is straight, your castle nuts on the wheels might be loose. Look at the wheel and then the backing plate, they are uneven. A lightbulb went off, and I wondered why I didnt think of that first. Maybe I thought the shop that repacked the bearings might have done the job right 1000 miles ago. I guess not. The world is full of wannabes and liars. He tightened 3 of 4 wheels, worst one being 1/4 loose! He was done in 45 mins. And we were on our way with a $120 bill.

We made an appointment for a repair that ended up being two - fuel pump and water pump. They installed the wrong water pump which caused our engine to run hot and left 3 hoses disconnected from the engine which caused the service engine light to come on. We had to return twice before it was repaired correctly. (hopefully) On the first return, they replaced the thermostat which was not the problem. They charged us 19 hours of labor and an additional hour for the unnecessary repair to replace the thermostat on top of a $200 emergency fee that we were never informed of. When we complained of the poor service they became combative and took no responsibility for the errors.

Just like with our newer models, his staff are experienced, knowledgeable, efficient and affordable. John Henry even contacted a mechanic who had done inferior work on our rig, and convinced him to credit us over $1200!! His mechanics worked over-time and hard to get us back on the road. I cant say enough about the care, attention, skill, and hospitality they have shown us. Youll never receive better service!!

Called 3 different days to ask Jon if someone could come out to look at look at the trailer to get an estimate as to what it might cost to have it fixed. Jon just kept saying call back tomorrow. What a waste of time!

Eagle Rock RV replaced both axles on our trailer after a bearing failure while on vacation, and went above and beyond to get us back on the road and home safe and on time. I would trust John, Steve, and the crew at Eagle Rock with any RV need, and be confident that it was done right for a reasonable cost!
