Red Mountain Flooring is easily the highest quality service you can find when you want good quality and affordability. What you might not know is that they specialize in design and installation. You DON’T need an interior designer when you can easily talk to Michelle or Jody. I have yet to come across someone who knows more about carpet or any kind of flooring than those 2. Trust me, you want their installers to put it in. Perfect job every time. They have even been recognized as the top talent IN THE WORLD. Yes, you read that right. When you want it done right the 1st time, these guys are who you talk to.
Red Mountain Flooring recently did the flooring in my half bathroom and laundry room. They were helpful from the start when we were considering possibly making it a DIY project and they were willing to sell us the supplies and walk us through the process. We ended up deciding to trust this job to professionals and couldn’t be happier. I had a “dream floor” idea that was a herringbone pattern, but had mostly come to the conclusion that only “real” tile would make this possible and I didn’t want “real” tile. When I showed my idea to Travis he was able to make my dream floor into reality. He lined the pattern up in a way that is very visually appealing. It turned out better than I had ever hoped and everyone from Red Mountain Flooring was absolutely wonderful to work with. I am hoping to have them do more work for me in the future!
THRILLED with my new floors. They have great choices and are very helpful making decisions. I couldnt have been more happy with the installation, they were professional, quick and did fabulous work. I had a large great room and kitchen done as well as a master bathroom. They are both wonderful. I would highly recommend Red Mountain Flooring to anyone looking for new floors!
I am very impressed with their knowledge and taking the time to explain my flooring options. They are wonderful to work with and showed up when scheduled. They always kept me informed on the status of the job and made sure that I was happy with the results. I highly recommend them!
Fantastic company. They were extremely helpful to us when we finished our basement floors. Sales staff are very knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I wanted for a great price. I was mostly impressed with the installation crew. They are true craftsman that really care about their work. Very detail oriented. They even found me and had me walk through the job with them to make sure I was satisfied. Highly recommend this company.
Red Mountain flooring was very knowledgeable on carpet quality, and cost. They were more than willing to help us order samples and assist us where they could. We were remodeling and needed them to do things on our schedule, which they did. The carpet was installed within our time frame with excellent workmanship. Thanks Red Mountain for making our project easier, our new carpet looks so nice.
Travis, Kelsey and the rest of the crew at Red Mountain flooring were great to to work with in getting new flooring in our home. The whole process went very well. Very dependable and professional. They even fixed a small piece of burnt carpet in one of our bedrooms and looks brand new as if it never happened. Highly recommend! Thanks
Travis and his brother went above and beyond as they installed our beautiful vinyl flooring. They accommodate and aim to please their customers. We are so impressed with their work ethic and amazing craftsmanship. Thank you!
They Dodge warranty, and dont show up when they make a plan. They did a poor job I have floor cracking, and bubbling. They said if I take down my review theyll work with me, but didnt show.
We had Red Mountain lay the new flooring for our small bathroom remodel. They did not lay the design strips between the vinyl tiles as they had agreed to do (and I paid half of the cost weeks before it was done). To their credit, they came back the same day to fix it. They removed the tile and then used those same tile pieces in the redo. Some of the tile was damaged in this process, so there is a small section of the floor that is not tiled, but it is hidden from view under the partially open bottom of the vanity. Overall, the workmanship is decent, but I think they should have covered the whole floor (as agreed to) or given us a small discount since it was their mistake. I would not use their services again.
Red Mountain Flooring is fantastic! The employees do amazing jobs, because it is something they have a passion for and love doing. The in store customer service really listens and works hard to offer suggestions and help you find exactly what youre looking for. I honestly dont think you could find a better company to work on your home!
Our home flooded and the restoration company was amazing. There one mistake was hiring Red Mountain to do the floor. The laminate flooring was crooked. Its completely uneven. There are bubbles all over where it didnt look glued down correctly. When the contractor was sliding the dishwasher in, he hit one of these air bubbles and tore the flooring. They came out to do a patch job. After one mopping, the edges of the patch job turned black and started pulling up. We called and told then to please come redo the floor. They said no, theyll come patch again. So this time the patch got bigger. Next time I mopped, same thing happened. They came AGAIN to make the patch job bigger. Same thing again. Then they stopped answering our calls. They kept telling the contractor theyd call us to come fix it. No calls. Still no answer. Also, we wanted a bigger strip between the carpet and laminate floors because its high traffic, which we asked for from the beginning. Said theyd be out tomorrow to fix it (while doing a patch job), but that was never touched. You can see gaps on the stairs and walls where the carpet doesnt even come to the wall. Its now been a year, our floors look terrible. I am so disappointed with the way it all looks. We are going to have to get new flooring already because they ruined our home. Dont hire these folks. They are too chicken to even talk to you about their mistakes, let alone fix them. A terrible company to do business with.
Fantastic service. They were very helpful with helping us pick out the flooring we were looking for. Our new floor was in in just a day and a half, and weve loved it ever since.
Had a great experience with Red Mountain flooring. Such great people to work with and super happy with my new kitchen floor. Highly recommend!
They did a great job! They came on a Tuesday and were done on Friday. They worked every day, all day until the job was done. The floor is beautiful.
It has been about a year and a half since my floors were done. I have had problems with the floor peeling up in spots that were not prepped properly. They came out once to fix two spots, but after that, no luck. They installed my floor onto a concrete foundation. I think they are more experenced working with wood sub floors. It looked great until the trim peeled off and several pieces of floor are starting to lift up.Its a 30 year floor, Im hoping to get 10 years :(It was half the price of tile, $5000 insted of $10,000 for tile. I wish I would not haved cheaped out!
Knowledgeable and experienced in the flooring business in addition to their desire that you are happy with both product and service. Locally owned which is always a bonus.
These guys were very helpful in choosing product, installation assistance and guidance. Our project strung out for months and they hung in there and were most helpful. Highly recommended.
Red Mountain Flooring installed new Karndean flooring plus carpeting throughout our townhouse. The crew was great and were thrilled with the results!
We made an appointment 4 weeks before to strip, clean, and reseal our travertine. Part of our floors have wood inlays. They gave us an estimate originally for also polishing. Once we clarified that we did not want the floors polished, they revised the estimate. The day before our appointment, we removed all the furniture. Their crew showed up on time. But, when they saw the inlays (which they saw before when they gave the estimate), they realized that they couldnt just throw the stripper on the floor and run over it with their big machine. It would require getting on hands and knees. The crew said they had to call the owner, and left promising to be back shortly. We waited, and waited. Finally, after multiple attempts at calling them, they finally picked up and told us they were still discussing and would call us back shortly (same excuse as before). And, it was too late today to do the job. We then had to put all the furniture back. They NEVER called back. This is absolutely unprofessional that they didnt even have the courtesy to call us. Also, after bidding the job, they changed their minds. It is obvious that if the job requires real work rather than walking behind a machine, they are not up to it.
The best products. The best people.
Travis and Kelsey replaced our floors and it turned out beautiful! We chose Karndeen LVT & LVP. When they finished, we were so impressed that it looked like a new, upgraded house!
Good folks.
Rerarding Stoots review: Yes we made the appointment 4 weeks prior. Yes, we walked from the job. But the reason was not because of the floor. If the homeowners cant agree between themselves what they want done, Im not going to get in the middle of their dispute. We had the job scheduled for a month and the day before we were scheduled to polish their floor, they cancelled. Even when they called back to reschedule they were still trying to decide. We learned along time ago as a service company, DO NOT start a job when the customer isnt sure what they want.
Great price and service
Good visit
