After more then 30 years of doing business with the Idaho Falls Wall 2 Wall store, we will never do business with them again. In our new home the process of purchasing and even installing went well, but when their was a problem and we had to deal with management they refused to take any responsibility for a poorly designed carpet which requires constant re-stretching. Our age requires us to have someone come in to help move the furniture. They refused to take any responsibility for the burden placed on us for constant re-stretching and furniture moving and were unwilling to replace the carpet even if we paid the difference. Stacy was super helpful when we went into the showroom. We had a bad experience with a previous supplier and decided to check out Wall 2 Wall. Im glad we did. Stacy was very knowledgeable, patient (we had 2 kids running all over the place) and helped us pick out a great flooring for our remodel. They gave us what they had in the store, and was quick to get the rest of the material from their pocatello store within a couple of days. The process was quick, easy, and the support we received from Stacy was top notch. Now hopefully when I get it installed I can review the quality of the product we selected.

The sales lady was very rude an not helpful. She also made horrible comments about the store. She said she specifically asks customers not to come in after 3pm

The products here are great, but even better than high quality products is the exceptionally high level of service! My husband and I are building a house and Jessica spent close to 2 hours helping us pick our carpet, tile, and vinyl for our whole house! She respected our opinions, but gave us good insight when we were leaning towards something that might have been darker or lighter than what we wanted. One other thing I loved was that we told her what our budget was right off and she only showed us things that would potentially work within our budget. A couple of times I picked out things that could take us over budget and she let me know, but in a very tactful way. I highly recommend going here for all of your flooring needs.

Great prices and service. Really fast as they had what we wanted in stock. We had to have them come back and replace a section of carpet after we spilled some bathroom cleaning product on it. They sent an installer up and you can’t even tell that the carpet was replaced in that area.

Jessica and Stacey were super helpful and patient with me as COVID impacted my remodel schedule. They continued to entertain my visits for almost a year and were always willing to answer my incessant questions and put my concerns to rest! Although my original flooring was discontinued during the evolution of my project, they were able to find a suitable replacement within the day. Customer service has been top shelf! Installation was performed by Kent and Joe. They were on time, courteous and very professional! They left everyday having picked up and cleaned all the work areas and obviously know what customer expectations are. The installation looks fabulous and this is coming from a very picky (OCD) customer. I give Wall 2 Wall my highest recommendation. They will be my only stop for flooring in the future.

Service was fast and install was quick but service for fixing carpet after the bar failed the second time was not. 1 week later and Im still waiting for someone to reply. Not impressed.

Jessica went out of her way to get us the best carpet at a great deal. She was so responsive and moved the process along so quickly. We LOVE our new carpet and it didnt break the bank!

Happy with the carpet the was put in but the overall customer service I’m not pleased with. Had some fixes that needed done after installation and still 6 weeks later trying to get it done. Poor follow up.

We had some carpet installed several months ago. It had a stain we noticed when vacuuming after the installer left (he didnt vacuum it). I immediately called and asked for it to be cleaned out. Ive called several times and it still isnt done. The expensive carpet supposedly has a 25 year warranty, but I wasnt given a copy. We ordered a taller carpet than the sample we had to sign out to bring home. The one they brought doesnt seem quite as think as the sample, but we didnt get to keep a piece of the sample. It seems when they make the carpet taller, they make it thinner to use the same amount of material. We were never told that. The installer also used a quick, cheap technique next to tile instead of bringing it up to the same height at the edges. The Carpet also has a thick plastic backing to prevent liquids from food and pets from leaking through to the sub-floor. The installer used a tool that poked a great deal of holes through that barrier and into the wooden floor beneath, instead of using a different tool that would have taken him a little longer but not puncture holes in the barrier. Now liquids can pool on top, leak through and take much longer to dry out, possibly causing mold issues. We looked at some carpet for a different area of the house and had it measured today. Stacy Lapsansky (the same person we dealt with each time) called and asked me what kind of carpet I wanted. She said, you never told me what kind you wanted. I reminded her that we did and she even quoted us a complete price per square foot the other day. She then gave me a quote today that was like $1 per square foot more than the other price. I told her we havent seen a copy of the warranty, havent repaired the stain that Ive called several times about, and wed shop someplace else if they couldnt do better than that. Stacy said, well have a nice day then and promptly hung up on me. Its very frustrating to spend a lot of money on what is supposed to be a superior product with a long warranty, only to have it stained upon arrival, damaged during installation, and get no service after the sale.

We originally started out at Lowes, which left us with a headache and no carpet for 6 weeks....and Wall 2 Wall saved the day fixing all the problems! Thank you so much!

Had an appointment to have my whole basement plus stairs and two bedrooms measured on Friday the 14th. “Mike” was very polite and went right to work upon letting him in the door.On Saturday the 15th, I visited Wall 2 Wall to hopefully choose the carpet that I intended to purchase and have installed and discuss my measurements.The lady sitting at her desk that finally got up to help me didn’t seem too enthused about the reason I was there. Even after explaining why I was there, etc. She flipped through the book and verified my name and whom I was working with, etc. She told me “Jessica” would be in on Monday (17th) and would follow up with me.I had been in about a month before and this particular gal wasn’t so friendly and most unhelpful even then. Maybe having a bad day? I don’t know 🤷🏻‍♂️Needless to say, I returned last week and spoke to Jessica who seemed helpful and was friendly. She made my appointment for the measure and explained what would supposedly follow after that..... I come in, pick out my carpet and go over the purchase price based on carpet style, measurements, installation, etcToday is Monday the 17th. Upon never hearing anything back from Jessica NOR anyone from W2W, I decided to call W2W.Jessica was not in today and the gal informed me that it was almost 6 (closing time) and she wouldn’t have time to figure up my measurements. She was polite and offered to have Jessica or someone follow up with me tomorrow.I politely explained what I was previously told and simply told her never mind and I will be going ELSEWHERE to purchase my carpet.This is totally unacceptable and definitely will NOT begiving Wall2Wall my business!From the disgruntled looking brunette with the scowl on her face this past Sat. 15th (and my prev visit in July) to the non-existent communication to a potential customer...... Very spacious with lots of choices...but be careful with hidden costs and fake advertising. $500 Karastan discount coupons are offered but not honoured at wall 2 wall.

The selection of flooring has always been great quality and fit our needs and budget for a variety of projects for work and home. Great selection and fair prices

I was extremely disappointed. I was in there for about 45 mins waiting to be helped. I wasnt just browsing but was ready to buy 2500 square feet of carpet. I stood there watching the sales people chatting with each other and not with customers. Minutes before closing a sales woman asked me if I wanted something and I told her I wanted to buy some carpet, and she said, Well, we are closing now. I hope their chatting was worth the big sale they lost. I went somewhere else who greeted and helped me immediately and they got my $8,000 instead!

Would not recommend I had to pick out carpet 4 different times before my contractor could get it picked up. They were so far off on the numbers. Will not be going back ever.

Wall to Wall served me GREAT! The house was in Mackay and I could not get anyone to even give me a bid? They took my measurements over the phone and had a installer in Mackay within 7 Days. The carpet was a great carpet and the installation was perfect. I would hire them again with out calling the other guys.Kip Didericksen
