You know what, I liked it there. Selection is wild! I enjoy all the types of products they have. Staff was friendly, very clean and peacf experience. I do not live in the area but have started working around there, and will constantly go back. They have great unique selections. I still love the ocean; we should remember to slow down more often and maybe we will.

My new favorite place for international snax.

This place is fantastic. They have furniture, a holistic section, food and drink from all over the world. Plus, big bonus, they have a great LGBT section. Highly recommend.

Such an awful experience shopping with them for the first time. Ordered a few things online that were supposed to have a coupon applied. Coupon did not get applied, customer service would not assist so I was told to return it to nearest store. Drove 30 minutes to return. The cashier, tho very pleasant, could not figure out how to process the transaction. Manager comes over, does not even acknowledge me. As I am standing right there, she looks at the cashier, rolls her eyes and says “she is returning ALL of them?!”. Because “online returns are tricky” she was having trouble processing it too. She could not calculate it to the exact amount I paid. I took the shortage and left. No apology, no empathy shown, absolutely no effort made to provide good service. Will not shop with them again, online or in store.

Always fun going here. Lots of different snacks from various countries. Just a bit difficult to find things.

Still a great place for furniture and different types of food and snacks. There are some different types of beer and wine but you can get it cheaper somewhere else. If you miss some of your favorite food from Australia, Austria, Japan or even Italy. Come by here for some cool snacks/drinks. They do have my favorite pasta called bucatini where I can make my favorite dish called cacio e pepe.

Great wine selection at best prices in Ponte Vedra Beach and Jax Beach areas. Also they are the only ones who carry the swedish ultra thin ginger snaps, my husbands favorite.

Whats not to love about this place? There is literally something for everyone with unique finds in decor, accessories, and even foods and beverages from around the world.

This store was a favorite to shop in until today when I realized that something was missing in the mens bathroom - toilet seat!!! Employee said it’s been awhile - come on and make it right - imagine being handicapped and trying to use the bathroom.

First and last time shopping here. Its not a bad store. Just ridiculously expensive and the selection is not impressive. Many of the things in the store can be bought in a Craker Barrel for 1/2 the price. Worth checking out at least once for your own opinion though.

This is the nicest of all there stores that I have been in. Everyone following all safe guidelines.

Nice people and very helpful. They have a Lot of international foods I cant find anywhere else. And-I love their Kona Blend coffee. I am always trying different coffees and this one is my favorite for several years now.

Great staff and clean store

A unique selection of items which you would be hard pressed to find anywhere else in Jacksonville. There are specific snacks from UTZ bakeries in Hanover, Pennsylvania which I have not seen in other stores here. There are snacks from Bakers in Ohio which Ive only seen in Ohio and parts of western Maryland and western Pennsylvania. I found a flavor of spice called MAGI (the red top bottle) which is used in German and other European cooking, unlike the usually found flavor which has a yellow top and is used in Asian cooking.They have a nice selection of beverages from outside of the U.S. as well.

Great staff, super inventory!

The employees in this store are always extremely rude. They get irritated when you ask them a question about a product. They seem to hate their job and are always looking miserable. Who ever is the manager of the store should be fired for not training the employees on how to provide proper customer service.

This is the biggest Cost Plus Ive ever been in and it has so much more merchandise that I dont even know where to start. Still highly recommending the black truffle salami nuggets also. And there are crackers and cheese options if youre looking to create a cheese plate.

One of my favourite places to shop. I have lived in Japan, the UK, across the Middle East. I studied in France and Switzerland and worked in Germany and Denmark before settling down in Jacksonville. I love the bredth of products they have, especially around the Advent/Christmas Season. I just wish you sold Genma-Chai (Brown Rice Tea) and Salty Licorice.

This store has a lot of nifty stuff. There are foods from many places around the world. They sell many types of wines and beers. There is furniture, on a small level, sold here. I love the soaps. You can spend quite a lot of time browsing in this store.

My boyfriend and I stopped in here about a week ago, and while I waited for him to use the restroom, an employee came up to me and asked if I knew about the Golden Seahorse challenge. I was completely like ??? at first, but then she told me they were running a promotion where they had hidden golden seahorses across the store, and if you found one, you got a little gift certificate. I have never felt so much like a kid again. I was running around like it was Easter, peeking behind things, picking things up, and lo and behold, I found one! I got a little $10 gift certificate, and I couldnt be happier with the customer service. If that employee hadnt seen me waiting around bored, I wouldnt have known the promotion was even going on. They have tons of interesting beverages, alcoholic and not, and I ended up getting an international collection of sodas. They have an amazing kitchen section as well with all sorts of natural goods, and hand made goat milk soaps in the back. Five stars.

I enjoyed perusing the unique items available at this store, but the employees here pestered me until I gave my email. The whole ordeal was rather irritating as she blatantly told me, Im going to follow you around until I get an email. All to save maybe 80¢!I was happy with the items I got: some specialty ramen and Japanese candies. But stay away from the employees if you dont want to be blabbed at for 15 minutes!

Great selection of international furniture, food, alcohol, and miscellaneous stuff you wont find anywhere else. Its not cheap, but I imagine importing all that stuff can be expensive. Its the selection and unique finds that are so appealing.

Horrible customer service! I would not even rate this store a one star! Our cashier, Kristel was very rude and did not care much about us what so ever. When I pointed out that the envelope for my card was slightly ruined, she just said TO ME to go get a new one. I was very shocked at the remark, as i usually enjoy visits to this store as I can find all sorts of things. But now I am disappointed with the World Market as both its customer service and their employee selection is poor. I would not recommend going here, although the selection of product is quite intriguing.

Used to visit often but no longer live near-by. Still fun, but selection is significantly less than a few years ago.

Great place and never busy. Although last time I was here there was this lady who kept hovering over everything I looked at . All in to my personal space .But that is not the stores fault for weirdo people who dont know how not wait !! I give it one less star since it is significantly smaller than the orlando store !!

Somewhat of a disappointment.Was looking for British chocolate....a very limited choice....Had not been to this store in a very long time in fact was wondering if it was still in business..Home furnishings were rather pricey..beyond the size of my wallet..

Always fun to browse here and treat myself to an item or two. But by far, my favorite thing I can only find at World Market is the Knorr Wiener Schnitzel coating mix - a super easy way to get my German food fix.

Awesome store! Theyve got a little bit of everything. Some items can be a little bit pricey ($8 for a tiny jar of Vegemite??) but that is to be somewhat expected. My go to store for Bundeberg Ginger Beer

Theyve got some really cool stuff but its kind of expensive, tbh. I went in wanting a cast iron teapot, walked right back out having convinced myself I didnt need one because of the price tag. But if the prices arent too abrasive for you, its a neat store.

I went ahead and posted a picture of the fares that is yet another one of world markets crappy products. These are supposed to be blue cheese stuffed olives... notice that there is actually NO blue veins in the cheese? Thats because its an overpriced rip off. This is one of those stores that toutes itself as a high-end market and sells substandard products as a premium.
