My experience with Gwatney Collision Center was wonderful. I didnt recognize my car. Ive been in a rental car for a month but it was worth the wait. My car looks like a new car. I love the work and expertise they put into it.

I just bought a car and its was the easiest process ever. We knew what we wanted when we made our arrangement to look at the car, we had it in mind what we were willing to accept on our trade in, if they couldnt do it then we had an appointment at another car lit in NLR. They worked with us till we made a deal. We are very happy with are new purchase. It was a truly hassle free. I will start here next time Im in the market for a vehicle. Thanks Gwetney!

This is the worse experience I have ever encountered. I would not suggest this place to anyone. When I picked up my truck and after driving it, I informed them that something was wrong. Let me go back to say thisthe truck is a 2021. My vehicle is now shutting off in traffic. When I called them to get a resolution, I was told to check the dealership I bought it from to see if it was a recall...........NOOOOOOOO YOU DID NOT FIX MY TRUCK......... Do not except your vehicle until you know it is completely fixed.

Totally bias opinion but love this place

They need to get it right the first time and not bring it out when theres something not right!!! I was hit so hard that it did something to my front speaker. It was never told to me it wasnt working!!!! Its a Bose stereos maybe they were afraid to say anything.......

I had a pretty bad car accident last Friday. They got my vehicle late Friday night. That didn’t matter, by Monday night they had it taken apart and had an estimate for my insurance. When I called today to make sure I didn’t need to do anything Nicole was super patient. She pulled up all the details, explained what needed fixed and had already ordered the parts. She gave a clear timeline and some things that could slow down the car accident repair. I felt total peace knowing she would make sure my Jeep was fixed, safe, and ready for me. Thanks Nicole!

Staff were no where to be found when I walked in. 5 min after walking down hallways to find an employee, Jeff the manager pawned me off on someone who rediculously over priced all the work seemingly to run me off. Was wondering if it was because I used to work for the company. 😞

I ended up having some minor cosmetic work done to my vehicle here because my normal mechanic was swamped. Ive heard nothing but bad things and warnings advising never to take your vehicle to Gwatney for anything. About a year ago my mother took her truck to Gwatney to have some engine work done, only to have our current mechanic notice that they literally didnt do anything. On top of that they charged her almost 700.00. When she comfronted them with proof they acted like it was a small mistake and offered to actually go in and do the work. She didnt feel comfortable leaving her vehicle and just took her refund.Unfortunately I thought with time this may have changed. When I spoke to the gentlemen at the collision center about doing the work on my vehicle he quoted me a price range and stated it wouldnt be any more than the higher price. When I returned topick up vehicle, the young lady at the desk stated it would be almost 50.00 more than what I was told. I told her of the original price I was quoted and she stated she would go and talk to him. She walked 10 steps away and stood in his door way speaking with him about the price of the minor work. He never came out of his office. She then returned and rudely advised that I could pay it that day, or she could stick my car in a bay until I returned with the rest.These situtions took place at both Gwatney establishments in Jacksonville, AR. My advice is dont take your vehicle to these facilities. People work to hard for there money to be given dishonest service, and swindled for it.Lastly, the invoice the lady privided me literally had space that said BS charge on it. Go figure.

They did an excellent job on repairing my Chevy Colorado after a large truck hit it. It looks like new! They were fast and kept me abreast of everything through the entire process. If I ever need body work done again I will absolutely use them.

I have never been here and never contacted this facility. However, this morning Amy Ester sent me an email with a link, in response to a job application I submitted to a studio in Austin TX almost two years ago. That is NOT ok, and very unnerving.

The staff were very professional and kept in constant contact with us. Issues happened that were out of anyone’s control but they contacted us each time. Communication is key and they nailed it!The work they did was on point and my next vehicle is going next.

They have a service advisor that will not return a phone call.The work they did on one of my vehicles was subpar . They did agree to redo the repair with no argument whatsoever and supply with a comparable vehicle for me to drive

Avoid! Be sure to look closely at your receipts and insurance paper work. This is just one example, but my insurance paid for a new tire and instead of doing what they were supposed to do... they patched the hole. That’s just one issue. Still waiting on a refund check from them. It has been like pulling teeth getting them to do their job! So frustrating when 1, you don’t get YOUR money back, 2 when they won’t even call you back or they make promises they can’t keep.

Forget it! Your vehicle will never be right again. Poor quality, poor service and they simply dont care. Keep giving you the same tech that didnt do the job right every time you have to come back. Who does that? They do. Ridiculous.

Just picked up my 2018 escape it looks great had to have exhaust system fixed which they did and they went above and beyond and washed it for me .Thank You. Great job

Ive used Gwatney Collision twice before. The service is great. You get in and out, and its always done right. Its actually right next to where I work so its extremely convenient for me.

Got it done. Different vprice for cash versus insurance which baffles me.

In my family we had a car crash, we had a 2016 ford expedition go here, and they never fixed it right, the body panels never matched up, this place needs a 1.0 overall review. The only good reviews are lies, or they dont know what they are talking about, or they could have gotton lucky.

They have always gone above and beyond for my family. I have needed my car to be picked up and they have also been able to pick me up if I have needed them to. It has been very helpful when ever my car is in the shop.

Dropped my truck off after a wreck on April 13 and they estimated it would be ready May 4. I did not get it back until May 10 and the back up camera was not working because they did not connect it and I had a tail light bulb out and I also did not put the ram emblem back on my truck door, somehow this passed their final inspection and they tried to give it back to me. Also while my truck was there they only answered the phone about half the time and could rarely connect me to Trish the associate assigned to me. And when I made them fix the issues the managers idea of an apology was saying he has “crappy employees that don’t want work and has had a couple walk out on him. And has had several people come back with similar issues to mine.”Will NOT use them ever again.

The front end of my car was bashed in and I had to get my get the door fixed. They did a great job with the repair. I was very satisfied.

I had to get my bumper replaced and it took 3 weeks. Not because they couldnt find a part, but they forgot about my car for two weeks. When they had finally finished, I went to inspect it before I accepted it. There were NO screws attaching the rear bumper to the rear wheel wells. The bumper also stuck out beyond the body line by the fender and they didnt install any bulbs for my license plate lights. I shouldve done it myself.

They told our insurance we wouldnt need our rental past Thursday, now its Friday and its still not fixed. They dont pick up the phone and when they do they forward us to people who dont pick up the phone. They never answer our questions or call back. Me and my husband are both missing work because we only have one vehicle and are waiting to pick his up, but have no idea when it will be done! Very frustrating
