Received car repair service back on 7/10/20 and the experience was not only disappointing but I was recommended by a Lexus rep and I trusted their input on this business and their quality of service however this was not the service that I experienced. Zero customer service, no professionalism and borderline dishonesty. My vehicle was repaired and after spending a large sum of funds on this repair, the repair was not correct so after contacting the owner and setting up an appointment to get my vehicle corrected again; I arrive on time to be greeted by their painter and the owner no where in sight. He was contacted via telephone by the painter and the secretary. He informed me and tried to convince me that the part was a Lexus defect. It was apparent that he was not accepting any responsibility of correcting the repair and I had to leave the premise; very disappointed and upset with my services. He didnt even attempt to call me back and put an effort of any kind of customer service. I believe that people should be held responsible on delivering the services that were paid for.

Excellent Service and my Lexus looked brand new. My husband hit a piece of tire in the road and we had to replace the bumper, wheel well and fog light. In addition they also repaired the scratch down the side of the car. Excellent prices and they do a GREAT job. I highly recommend.

I took my RAV4 here after I was rear ended. They fixed the dent, painted and made it look brand new. Top notch place!

I took my car in here before I had left for my basic training, a few months ago, for a few dent removals and a touch up on the paint and the staff took care of me and my family. The job they did was fantastic and my car looks almost brand new thank you guys

I just called to see if I could get a guesstimate over the phone for body work (front passenger panel with little damage). Literally, just wanted an overall idea and would never have held someone to exact without seeing the car. The girl that answered the phone was rude and unhelpful. I explained exactly what I was looking for, she replied people just bring the cars in, I said would it be possible to take down what I am looking for and ask someone? In an inconvenienced tone of voice she replies - I guess... I was shocked at the response and absolute lack of customer service. All I could do was laugh and hung up. We were referred here and may still go in and see if there is someone more willingly helpful but definitely not a good start or way to promote business.

Have used them several times over the yrs. As always so well done no one can tell that body work was done. Looks like new and was done in a timely manner.

Took my brand new car to get repair due to an accident in which I was t-boned. The staff was nice. I was quoted 3 weeks and they were done in about 10 days which was good. Brought it back the first time due to noise on the tire and was told it was a bearing that was supposed to be replaced which wasn’t, so they told me they would let me know when the part was in. Couple days later they got the part and called. So I brought it in a second time and they replaced the bearing very quick which was greatly appreciated . Couple days later the door started to sag really bad, so I had to bring it in a third time and they fixed that. The car is completely covered in “overspray” so we asked them to get rid of some of it, well the guy used a scouting pad to scrub it off my BRAND new car!!!!! Now I have scouring swirls where they used it. there is still lots of overspray all over car!!!😡 and the paint does not match the color on the rest of the car..now I’m stuck driving my new car in embarrassment because the parts that were painted don’t match the rest of the car, there’s swirl mark and quite a bit of new scratches. Also the gaps between the doors aren’t like they were before, when I’m on the highway it’s really loud because of the air leaks because of gaps and seals that weren’t put on correctly. The door outside seal is already staring to come off. Then I to go back because the side skirt almost came off because there was a screw missing. State Farm told me this was the best rated place to take it.....well I was lied to. Please save yourself the trouble do not come here . To this day I’m still having troubles with the work they did. I’m afraid to take it back because I don’t know what else will go wrong. They were nice and polite though.

Do not take your car here if you want a good paint job. When I complained about the paint having bad orange peal, first the guy acted like he didnt know what I was talking about and then he stated that even new cars have it. When I pushed harder about how horrible the paint job was he said he would have had to buff the paint to get rid of the orange peal but still insisted it was a good paint job. I assume that he considers it a good paint job since there were no bare spots because that is the only part of the paint job that could be considered good. It amazes me how quality and work ethic is becoming a thing of the past. I will never go back to this place!!!!

He forced me to do unsavory body work. I promise you you car will not be fixed properly if you bring it here. The owner joe is not familiar with manufacturing procedures and forces his techs to do unsafe repairs that is why I left. Ask joe where his antifreeze disposal container is. He is violating epa procedures and destroying the earth. This is the worst place you could bring your vehicle.

Good staff here. Very attentive and accommodating. Does very good auto body repair. I am very pleased.

I didnt even have a chance to visit the shop. I called with a question about a part. I spoke to a guy named Pat. He was very sarcastic borderline rude at some point. I asked him about a price and he said, I just dont come up with the prices off of the top of my head. His demeanor was condescending to say the least.
