Auto motor was very unprofessional. I showed cashier a photo and tire size I needed. She said we got it. Didnt know until talking to another customer that the put wrong tires on my car. Then the still wanted me to pay to put old tires back on my car until the order the correct tire. Asked for manager. She called me a liar and said I didnt see we ant the tires I showed a picture of. I told her if I knew I wont get that kind of treatment I could have went to the dealer. She told me to cancel my order for my tires and go to the dealer. When I asked to speak to her supervisor she told me she was supervisor over the whole Walmart. When I call the corporate office to complain on her they told me she was not the manager of the whole Walmart but she was a manager. I was supposed to get my tires on Thursday they never called me so I went in Friday after work. They had them then and they put them on. And I still had an issue with the car and I told him but the guy was so rude. I will never go back to that Walmart in automotive again and I have been going there for years. All I say when you go to Walmart look at everything they do very closely and ask a million one questions.

The Tire technicians, was not professional, there was a tall young white man with a beard who seem to be very knowledgeable and went out to my car with me to check the condition of my tires he was nice, also the black woman at the counter short Stout was very very nice and tried to do the best she could she look like she was overworked, and underpaid shame on you Walmart! but it was obvious you need some more clerks at the front desk as she was trying to do her best with all the customers that she had. I didnt get a very good impression my first time at your Center maybe Ill try again at a later date. since I do shop in Walmart.

It was good. They did my oil and filter in a pretty timely manner. About 1-2 hours. The only thing was the long line and very long wait to pay out. But the employees were really nice and I got everything I needed done so Im pretty happy.Thanks.

Customer Service was very horrible on July 7th about 10:40 am. As I was waiting for an oil change, I picked up ah few items. Bad bodied broad didnt want to ring up my items I had, stating she could only ring up 10 items.Ringing up items in the auto care center has never been a problem. There was no line and there was no customers waiting at the auto care center when I was attempting to pay for my items and pay for my oil change.There was no sign stating ONLY 10 items could be rung up at the auto care center.Bad bodied customer service rep would not allow me to pay for 10 items and pay for the other items on another ticket, since she claim she could not ring up more than 10 items.Bad bodied customer service rep was just a unprofessional, miserable, lazy human... That was probably hungry. 🤦🏿

Helping a friend, I called this main store they put me through to tire center, lady answered ph but put me on hold and just never came back on phone. After 15 minutes or so of holding, I hung up, and re-dialed Main store back, then the Customer Service Dept never answered their phone.So my friend decided to go to the Tire Center there in person and they waited and waited but no one ever came to help them at the desk or even cared to ask my friend what they were needing that day. My friend gave up and finally left and purchased tires elsewhere. Very poor customer service in main store and tire service center, apparently short handed and or understaffed in this store, two days in row, no service.

Like many of those before me. My service here was horrible, this has to be the WORST Auto Care Center in the state of Florida. I would highly recommend you NOT go here. If I could give a half a star I would. Highly unprofessional, slow and terrible service my vehicle was working better before I got here. Quote of the day hey so your gonna have to go on youtube to figure it out. The fact that they call themselves an Auto Care Center is a disrespect to all people in this profession.

While I understand why they wouldnt change my tire my problem is I waited for nearly an hour and a half to be told I had to buy 2 tires or they wouldnt change the tire at all. I believe they could have let me know that from the start. I did not know I had 2 different size tires on the front and was only prepared to pay for one.

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered tires online and showed up at 7am to have them installed. They quoted me an hour and a half wait. My vehicle wasn’t brought in until 11:30 and wasn’t finished until after 12. Whoever was in my vehicle stole my phone charger but I wish that’s all they did. They messed with something in my engine and my truck seized up and cut off when I was on my way to work. I had to have it towed to a different shop and it will be looked at tomorrow. My truck was running perfect before I took it there. They are unprofessional, dishonest, unethical and I will NEVER return there for service. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau as well.

I dont suggest this location when buying batteries. When I told the kid Jacob what size battery I needed he sold me the wrong one. Which I told him would not fit and was the wrong one.So I took it home and tried to switch out the batteries and low and behold I was right so my husband took out the old one and we loaded up both batteries and took them back. And he argued with me yet again saying it says in the book. I told him the book was wrong. I looked it up in his book and showed him where it said the one I told him in the first place. And it took about 45 minutes to exchange the battery for the right one. Had I just put in the one he had sold me in the first place I could have damaged my cars computer system. Glad as hell my dad taught me long ago about cars. So I dont just blindly accept what I am being told when it comes to repairs and repair shops. Just because I am a woman doesnt mean I dont know anything!!!

Me and my family used to use their service all the time, until they got new staff! I went to get four new tires end up with two brand new tires and too old tires that they insist they changed! I stood in line for an hour just so I can tell them they forgot to change two more tires. When it was my turn to get service they were trying to tell me to come back the next day to receive tires that Ive already paid for! I was there for a total of four and a half hours from start to finish and only received my two tires! I demanded the manager to fix this problem I was not going anywhere until I got all four new tires that I paid for! Which he did indeed resolve the problem. That was a bad communication mishap from what he told me between him and his employees. On another hand my brother took his Ford Explorer in for an oil change they did not change his oil! But he was fully charged for service! He has an expedition which has sensors that tells you when it needs to be changed. The sensor was on when he took it there and the sensor was still on when he came to pick it up. There was a huge argument between my brother and an employee about the service. Nothing got resolved in that situation! It was blamed on a mechanic that walked out that day which they still should have made right. I personally do not recommend taking your vehicle in to this location for any kind of service.

Mad slow ... This is the 2nd time (5 months later) I have came here and they told me they have no oil ... They stated they will charge more to use bottles off shelf... How can you stay out of oil when this is a place to get oil changes... Who does the ordering for the supplies needed???Going on an hour and car still has not been pulled to the back for an oil change.One car in bay ... This auto center use to be AMAZING... now it has went to SHITS

Dont know about all the crappy reviews this place has gotten in the past but my experience was great. Ordered tires to the store and the day they came in I had them installed. Took about 30 minutes and I got some Christmas shopping done while they worked. Everyone was super friendly and helpful.

Absolute worst experience ever. Took my car in to have all new tires put on. The guy seems to not want to be bothered with even checking my tires at all. Just wants to make a sale without doing any work. So as my dad is talking to him on the phone and tells him he wants to purchase the tires that I need, he seems put out that he has to go out to my car to check the tires.Once checking them, he tells me he cant do the service because I have custom rims. That if they arent the stock rims, he wont put the tires on them. So I ask him to ask a manager, as I have never heard of this. Rims are rims, right? He walks off and comes back and says she (the manager) says no. I ask for her, apparently she isnt even there. As this is going on, another manager walks up and asks why he isnt doing the service. To which he whispers to her. Then he gets an attitude with me and says he will sale me the tires, but will not put them on. Okay, whatever. My dad goes to give him the payment info and he decides putting the order in was to much work for him, so he says he cant do it. Then makes a comment...why should he help me. Are you serious. Because its your job!!!! I left, went to Discount tire, got all new tires, a warranty, and then some, AMAZING service there and paid WAY LESS than what I would have at this crappy walmart tire center. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT WALMART AGAIN!!!!

I’ve been calling the auto center for an hour after customer trying to connect me to them, It wasn’t until I called their direct number forever for someone to answer and after 15 min put me on hold for over 30 min after they closed.. Don’t come here unless it’s in person the pm crew will not help you..

(Started off at the 103rd(Very irritated with the fact that I went up to walmart and was told I needed to place my rim order before a certain time so that it would come in the next day. I did so and called the next day as instructed to. Apparently the woman didnt hit the enter button so I had to wait another day for the rim to come in. Took off work early to pick it up and find out the compressor is down so I had to go to the collins road location. Got there talked to a man who said this guy over here will get you set up. So I wait until he checks out some woman, then he checks out another, by the third customer(they just walked up and he would check them out) a woman came out and was like hey can I help you. I said yeah that guy over there was suppose to help, Ive been standing here waiting on him for a hot minute. Finally the guy walks over and gets my information takes the rim etc. I waited for over an hour with four screaming children on one side and three on the other for them to mount a tire to a rim (not even putting it on a car it was a spare tire) never again..

Be prepared to wait. Theyre usually pretty helpful but sometimes unorganized and that causes a lot of delays. Dont think you can skip the lines at the front and quickly checkout here.Also, if you haggle a bit on the mounting or the tire pressure sensor reset fees theyll usually drop them.

Called with a quick question.. was put on hold FOREVER. After 8 mins hung up. Got there and had to deal with tweedle dee and tweetle dumb. Had to repeat my question numerous times. Was I speaking martian?Turns out they have the oil that they had told me that they didnt have once I checked their stock with my own eyes. I went to a different store to buy the oil on the first visit then the manager says no even though his mechanic told us to do so. Must be the fumes from the tires because these people are idiots! Oh and did I mention they couldnt give us a straight answer on the price. THIS IS AN OIL CHANGE NOT BRAIN SURGERY. Kelvin the mechanic was a dream and helped so much when the desk people had mush for brains.
