I went here after buying a beat up 2010 Ford Fusion which cause me nothing but problems and stress everyday!!! This place really took great care of me my sales man was Thomas Webster he is the absolute best sales man ever the service was great I am now riding in a 2021 Nissan because of him and his service this has been a blessing for me so much stress has been lifted off of me ! SHADY!They added $10,000 to sticker price of two new vehicles.When I asked them what it was for they said was due to lack of inventory. As if thats my fault. They said they also on new or used add the vehicle protection to inside and out. A used vehicle was once new and probably had that done at that time.

He was very informative while answering all my questions. He made my visit feel enjoyable an mostly assuring, not the normal uneasy feeling you get when car shopping. Horrible dealership. My 19 year old daughter purchased a car a month ago from Greenway. There were many issues from how they added all fees so they can make a profit, and they get mad when you ask what the fees are for. The biggest issue, they kept the car an extra day to put it through the shop. Well, a month later we find out the car they were keeping to fix was never done! She needs a new transmission, back brakes and 4 new tires. The mechanic even said there was no way anybody fixed this car prior to my daughter picking it up. I called the dealership and was basically told it was her problem now. My 19 year old has to pay $5000 to fix her car that should have been fixed in the first place. I worked in the business and never treated a customer this way. We always tried to find a win win for everybody! I will always write a good review and never write a negative one. This is my exception! I strongly advise anyone looking to deal with this dealership to avoid it at all cost. They are the typical car dealer you hear about on the news doing unethical practices. If I could give a negative 5 star I would.
Purchased a 2021 Sentra and traded in my 2018 Rogue. The dealership has now had 2 checks returned from βpaying offβ my Rogue loan. I traded in Sept 25th (or around there); and the loan is still not paid off. Absolute JOKE. Now my credit is strongly affected because they canβt pay a loan off as stated in our contract.

I just bought a truck here. I love love my truck. Now I did have a problem with tire. It got a nail in it. And even though I could of got nail on way home george approved 2 new front tires so the tread would match and I wouldnt have a plug on my front tire. To me this is very special that he did this even though he really didnt have too. So between the great service getting the truck and them going out of their way to fix the tires for me says alot for this business. I will buy my next vehicle here. Thanks again guys your awesome

Great experience all around! I highly recommend buying from here! Greeted upon arrival not bombarded by a salesman! First person we saw went and got a salesman who could help us and that was ANTWAN! I give Antwan two big thumbs up and five stars! He let me and the hubby walk around the lot look at new and used didnt pressure us about prices or car payment amounts! He let us sit in vehicles test drive vehicles asked our pros and cons of things! When we decided to test drive a pathfinder we just werent ready to say yes, as we were about to think on it he introduced us to his manager who could make more official pros and cons for us and we decided to take the bait and discuss numbers! Antwan helped us through the whole process, was polite, nice, very professional and was a very snazzy dresser in his plaid suit and tie, first time in years I bought a car and didnt cry or get angry with a salesman! I would suggest going in with an almost paid off vehicle to trade because they really dont give you much for trade in balanced owed vehicles that they dont want or need only down fall through the whole process and almost walked away several times, totally not Antwans fault at all, totally management and estimators fault! ANTWAN ROCKS! Go see him today he will make it happen for you! Glen in finance was pretty okay as well, very nice easy to discuss options with and advised us financially on things we could do in a year to refinance if we wanted to go with a different payment option later! Proud owner of a newly used 2020 pathfinder! Now next up service bay area in a few days to get some options that were promised to us on paper when buying! So I will let you know about that part of the deal when we finish! We had to use them because of promised stuff at signing but This service department deserves 1 star at most! My salesman ANTWAN rocked it again and I called him about issues and he managed to talk with service, and make sure my car was ready at promised time and that everything was correct and he kept in contact with me about the car because service department did not have their act together!

This is the second vehicle Iβve bought from greenway on cassat. My kicks was great but I needed a bigger tank as I put miles on my car. I traded it in for an f150 and I had a non stressful experience yet again. I canβt thank these guys enough for all they do and for making car buying so exciting Rather than anxious! I will be sticking with them from now on! Thank you Ken for your diligence in getting my payments where I wanted them and being able to ride comfortably!
Our sales person was amazing! She Was patient, friendly and got us to a reasonable price point with very little haggling and I will consider purchasing a future vehicle from there. My only issue was when I went to sign the paperwork. Glen (I believe his name was) essentially guilt tripped me into buying an extended warranty that he claimed only added $6 per month to my payment. I find that hard to believe after seeing that it added over 2 grand to my total price. Also, Im not sure how the monthly payments did not drop when my interest rate went from what was gonna be 9% to 5%. Just seems shady to me.

Sold me a non functional car, as soon as it was on the highway the engine started stuttering, very expensive fix. Would not trust a used car from this lot, mechanics either dont know what theyre doing or aim to sell broken cars for profit. Salepeople were pretty nice though.
I had the WORST experience here buying my first car. I am 19 and bought my first car from here, and not even 2 months in, I have 6000$ worth of damage that SHOULD have been taken care of before I even drove home with that car, considering they kept it an extra day just to make sure it was safe for me to drive. Havenβt even made my first payment and I already need 4 brand new tires, brake pads, AND A NEW TRANSMISSION(which is extremely pricey) along with some other little things that shouldβve been done before I got the car such as new air filter etcβ¦ They tried telling me I put 12,000 miles on the car in only 2 MONTHS! Which was not true at all, I was able to prove to them that I had only put about 5,000-6,000 miles on the car. I donβt even know how they came up with that in the first place. They are sneaky and trying everything they can do to get out the this situation that they caused. Do not waste your time on these useless folks, spend your money elsewhere.

In order for him to be able to get his check that day and cash it, they kept coming down on the price knowing the situation he was in and how desperate he was. Kelley blue book valued that car at $6900 dollars and these disgusting people got it for $5000. Shameful people, there is a place in hell for people like you.

The people greeted me immediately with a warm homey approach and friendly smiling eyes. I was helped by a nice man that didnt just push numbers and I saw no dollar signs flash in his eyes. Actually, I was looking for a cheap car and after I told him my situation and a little about my life, he not only got my payments the lowest possible but gave me advice on my credit score and other things. I walked out of there with a beautiful car I never thought I would have been able to get, it was detailed pristine, and I couldnt be happier. His name was Marlon but others there were awesome too! This place is highly recommended by me.

First experience....I recently bought a car there and have not been able to get into contact with them since. I have left multiple voice-mails and have been transferred multiple times to no one picking up the phone. I have been unable to go to this location due to my current job schedule, so I am leaving this review as an effort to get their attention.The staff when I was there and ready to spend my money, were nice. But, now Ive been ghosted.Edit* Finally able to get ahold of the receptionist today (3/5/2021) after I made the buy on 20 Feb. I felt bad, but only after I was a donkeys bottom did she transfer me to someone who called me back. It was Glen the finance guy Ive been trying to contact. He was really apologetic, about being slammed and the only one available. He confirmed he still needed items from me (but was unable to get to my order due to being busy) but nothing was too pressing. After he relayed what he needed, I immediately sent it over. He stated my trade-in should be paid in full by next week and my new car first payment isnt until a month away. I think Glen is overworked and the only one actually putting in work here.Upgraded to 3 stars. Itll go up to 4 once I have my trade in off my account and only because of Glen who called me from his personal to help and apologize. Sometimes, people just need to be informed. So that we dont think were being taken advantage of.Edit #2Glen (finance) remembered me when I came back for my registration. Trade in was paid off. Im all set with my car. I noticed a panel is hanging down under my car, but Im not too concerned. We will see if they fix it for free when I go in for an oil change.

The only reason they get any stars is because I want to give credit to the salesmen. They were always kind and were pleasant to deal with. However, the experience was completely ruined when we shifted gears to deal with the finance manager for financing. A week after it was all said and done we received a call saying they completed our financing paperwork incorrectly and we would have to come back in to re-do the paperwork. I wonβt go into the dirty details but what tipped us over the edge was when I was told it would now be more money if we use our own financing and they began lying about discounts we received to finance through their lenders, which there were none ever verbalized to us nor were there any on the initial paperwork. Throughout the entire process the finance managing was extremely unprofessional, condescending and rude. He seemed to have no understanding of the inconvenience it was to take hours our of our day with a toddler in tow to come and correct their mistake. He repeatedly talked down to me and interrupted me while speaking to the point my husband finally had to stop him and escalate the situation to his manager. All around ruined our car buying experience. Only advice is if you do go here, bring your own financing.
I have never been so offended leaving a car lot. Because I asked for my keys back and wasnt willing to accept the vehicle that I told him I didnt want. The salesman was nice....but I didnt get a name from the RUDE DUDE in the finance room.I was basically treated like trash and had my application torn up in front of me because HE said...they wont get the incentives if I had my car financed outside. That Sir...is not my issue. I came in looking to get a buyer slip for my credit union but... not buy bullying. He was rude and unprofessional. I will not spend money where I feel bullied.

My son purchased a used vehicle from Greenway in August 2020. It is a 2012 Hyundai Accent with 23,000 original miles, SUPPOSEDLY. He drove the car until December and the motor blew. He put approximately 4,000 miles on it over that period of time. The horrible dealer that Greenway is refused to do anything about it and my son had to pay full price for the motor to be rebuilt. They charged $4799.00 and only gave a 6 month warranty. He picked the car up on Monday, 1/18/21 and the check engine light came on today, 1/20/21. I have no idea how Nissan would allow such a business to represent them or how they can call themselves a dealer. This is the absolute worst dealership I have ever dealt with and I have purchased numerous vehicles from various dealers around Jacksonville. I would not recommend Greenway to my enemies.

They lied about the mileage on the car, they promised 1.9 interest rate but when doing my paperwork the finance guy said he couldnβt do that and the salesman was given the wrong information.
I was given a time of 1.5 hrs and it took 2 hours for an oil change!!! Then I drove a mile down the road to realize that my ez toll pass wasnβt taken off like I asked. When I purchased my truck I wast told when I came in for my next service they would. Well I had to drive back and once they took it to the back they quickly brought it back up saying the shop manager didnβt feel comfortable taking it off. I had to then go to Troy my salesman and he quickly took care of the issue.Iβve used the service department before and wasnβt satisfied however it was before the new owner. Since we purchased our Pathfinder in May and had an AMAZING EXPERIENCE WITH TROY I decided to try the service department. Iβm extremely disappointed. I will not plan on coming back to the service department. However in the future Iβll definitely be going back to Troy for car buying! He provided better service than the service department did! Troy is my hero!!!

My Experience with them what I thought would be good turned out to be horrible i did a application i had a set date i wanted to come with money down well last friday I got a call from tyler the manager saying i could get it sooner mind you i had did a application and the pulled my credit so tabitha was also working with me she made it to me like everything was a go i explained my situation why i needed another car and my credit should of been looked at i was told i was coming in to sign papers and test drive the car when i got there tabitha came out had me meet another person and he took me for a whole another loop tabitha would not come out to speak with me help me out or anything then when I asked for the manger chris came out being very rude along with the sales rep that tabitha told me he was suppose to show me the car not run my credit again mind you I kept going over it with tabitha and tyler where they sure i was good to go i just feel like the sold me a dream and it was really hurtful how they did me then chris tried to offer a 50.00 gift card and made the slick remark i mean its a 50.00 gift card who wouldnt nt want a 50.00 gift card its not the money i want or gas i work it was that i been up at 7 to be there at 11 drive down there in the rain not to mention n i have been work 16 hour a day straight since last saturday to get there and not be leaving with a car and being down right rude to me.
After speaking with Chris in internet sales for over a month I went in to drive a used Honda Civic. He had it brought from GA just for me to test drive. Met with Jorge about financing and he made me an incredible trade-in offer! Buyer beware. Worst experience Iβve ever had at a dealership. My salesman Antwan tried to sell me a new 2020 Sentra Sr for an out the door price of 30,000. So I got up and walked out. Got home and he text me a new price which I agreed to. So I go back and sign the agreement. They ran my credit and got me approved. But they didnβt have me sign the paperwork. Put a temp tag on the car and told me to come back tomorrow and sign. I should have known then to just leave without the new car. So I go back 2 days later to sign. Jorge comes in and tells me my first payment will be 650.00. He told me I only had to make one payment and that he had me approved at a credit union in Jacksonville. So I go in and sign the papers, which you donβt ever see the amount you are financing. So when I got done and started looking at everything, Jorge had raised the price back up to the original offer that I walked out on. So I questioned them on it and Glen in the finance department was very rude and unprofessional. Needless to say they got the car back. I wouldnβt recommend this dealership to anyone. If you arenβt going to honor the price that was agreed upon, then donβt offer it. Plus itβs ridiculous that you ran my credit 2 separate days.
Bought a 2006 scion xb, car was advertised super clean, ac, premier radio, when I got to dealership car was dirty and smelled of cigarettes, cracked windshield and radio barely worked. Talked to trey and was told when I came down the fees could be negotiable, they werent, they charged a lemon law fee which you cant on used cars and slipped in other fees. Sales man told me to claim cracked window to my insurance which is fraud. Called several days and was assured someone would call me back, even asked for gm and they refused to put me thru, instead avoided me like the plague. When I purchased the car only had $550 was told they would eat the other $150, they didnt and slipped it in. Beware and make sure you check the charges/fees before you leave. This car dealership doesnt honor 100% guarantee

I spoke with the service representative Dennis and he told me in the nicest way possible that I shouldnt put anymore money in this car. I was very distraught after hearing this but he went the extra mile to guide me, which he didnt have to, and because of him I now have a dependable car that will allow me to continue to provide for me and my family by placing me on the right track to something better. I know many of you may say, thats apart of his job but technically after service hes done his job. I know with people that care in this world like him, people like me will always come out if a situation, in a better place. I pray your year be even more prosperous. Thank you for all your help!!!!
DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.I came in to trade my current vehicle for a particular truck. They ran my credit, got my mileage, payoff amount, etc and said Iβll need someone to co-sign that have a little more income. A day later the manager Tyler called me and told me that I can try for the down payment assistance program, I agreed but two days went by and I didnβt hear anything from them. I then contacted Chris and he told me that I didnβt get approved for the assistance. I asked Chris if we can go back to using my dad as a co-signer and a down payment. Chris told me that his GENERAL MANAGER said he can make it happen and to come in that same day. Well my dad and I get there, the run his credit and everything else. The salesman, I donβt know his name but he was horrible too, comes back and tell us that they were able to approve me if I financed the vehicle by itself and without my trade in. At that point my dad was frustrated and we left. A day later I called to see why would they mislead me into thinking they would be able to get the deal done. They told me they would give me a call back because the managers are βin a meeting.β Iβve been waiting for the managers to get out of that meeting for FOUR DAYS now.

Worst car dealership in Jacksonville. I called and talked to the sales manager and was told to come in and they could put me in a new Nissan. When I got there they tried to sell me a junky used car with over 100,000 miles it and several issues that made me not want it. After that they went and ran credit apps at about 10 different finance companies without my consent just so my credit score would take a beating. These people are the most dishonest in the business and there is no way I would ever go back there and I would not recommend anyone else to either

He was friendly and confident and eager to ensure I got everything I was looking for in my new car. I appreciate the time he took helping me learn features of the new car and to make sure I was comfortable with everything about the car and the experience. He had the worst customer service ever he didnt have any conversation with me he just told me that he needed to run my credit and didnt ask me any questions. He never came back to the table he sent his manager which told me that he should have never ran my credit because they can even assist me because of amount I owe. The manager again stated That he should have been experienced enough to know that. I would recommend the service department.Update manager John called me and had a conversation with me about the experience. Gave me options and gave customer service. I appreciate him taking that time. It makes a difference.

Great experience to purchase a new vehicle! Have always bought Honda vehicles but decided to switch to Nissan after seeing there awesome deals. When I arrived Nicole assisted me and helped me figure out which vehicle would work best to fit my financial needs. Listen here my expectation is for it to be done right the first time. If anyone has to return the next day, its not going to be a good experience. But hi, I have a Nissan so I prefer a Nissan dealer. I spent hundreds of dollars do it right the first time and dont give a sorry about how u checked it the first time. Blah not the best but not the worst. And my name is masked for my protection as a customer.
BUYER BEWARE- Went to look at Nissan Rogue, Jorge Chavez came out, found the car I was looking for, Jorge figured out a price of $28,000 after all the Nissan incentives and my trade-in. We wanted to pay cash for the car, but Jorge said we could not get the incentives if we didnβt finance. We told him that I did not want any car payments, but he was adamant about financing. He said just make 3 payments and come back, and Iβll take care of it. We agreed, left with no sales contract, never filled out a credit application. In June I received my car payment, he had financed $40,000 which was the original price of the car, with payments over $800 a month. Let it be noted that we had put $15,000 down. We immediately went back to Greenway and spoke with Jorge, he says donβt worry, make 3 payments and come back in August and Iβll take care of it. We go back in August after making the 3 payments, and he says donβt worry Iβm going to take care of it. He took the incentives back, said that I was being charged for them and I didnβt need them.This started in April and now itβs September and still we donβt know what happened to the $15000, never signed a contract or filled out any credit application. Iβve received some bogus contract through email from someone thatβs in Canada. I would give them no stars.

Great experience buying my new car here! The staff was polite and accommodating. My salesperson, Ken, who was professional, and kind understood what I wanted as I was clear about what I was looking for and how much I wanted to spend. He was able to walk me through what options were available and I felt like I was getting candid information about each aspect of the car without feeling overwhelmed. We were able to find a car within my budget overall, an easy and painless buying experience.

Great sales staff. My wife and I explained what we needed in a vehical and our needs were met. From the test drive through the finance process everyone was over and beyond. Sales staff did not try and trick us or lead us away from what we needed. To our surprise the process went very quickly once we chose a vehicle.
