I’m so happy with my whole experience at Land Rover of Jacksonville. We worked with Chris and Liam who were the nicest guys from start to finish. Our first visit we came in 30 minutes before they were about to close because that’s just when we could make it with a babysitter and Chris showed us 100% patience and attention. He was thorough in going over the vehicle of interest and didn’t rush the process. They put a beautiful red bow on the front and displayed it in their showcase room to present it to us. Then Liam went over all the wonderful details and options on our new vehicle. Top notch experience, guys! Thank you!
Land Rover was a breath of fresh air compared to all the whole in the wall dealers I been in contact with the last 2 months. Liam was excellent. He was not giving me any type of run around, he is what a real salesman should be and not once did I feel pressured to buy anything. I was nervous and he was there every step of the way. Mr. Bill the financial advisor was awesome . He was able to get my payment to were they needed to be to fit into the budget I needed. He explain everything, in great detail before the car was bought. I would definitely recommend this dealership to people for sure.
Do not take your car to be serviced here!!! My car turned off in the middle of an intersection and was towed to this location. The vehicle is a year and a few months old. The car is still under warranty but because my vehicle was not ‘scheduled’ for maintenance so I don’t qualify for a loaner vehicle. Took the service department 4-5 days to even look at the car which was marked as an ‘emergency’. The dealership will not provide me a vehicle. Only offered to pay for 48 hour of a rental car. After that everything is paid out of my pocket. Service representative Mary will not answer my phone calls. I have left two message and never received a call back. My father was the with the car when it was towed. She will only answer/respond to my fathers calls even though my name is also on the vehicle and I purchased/pay for the car. She is very chatty with him and calls him sweetie/honey while I can’t even get a basic update on my vehicle. When I called the first she said ‘I already told you father everything’ and at the end of the conversation she said ‘I will continue to communicate with your father’. Called corporate and was transferred to multiple different people. One of whom told me to refuse/steal the rental vehicle until my car is fixed. My dad called Saturday for an update on the car and was told the issue and that a replacement part was expected on Monday or Tuesday. I called Monday for an update. Left a message for Mary and did not receive a call back. My dad calls and she doesn’t answer but calls him back right away only to say they have no idea when the part will come in anymore due to supply chain issues. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER. TREATED SO POORLY BECAUSE I AM A WOMAN WHO SOUNDS YOUNG ON THE PHONE. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE.
Didnt pay for rental for entire time my starter needed to be fixed while its still under warrantee bad customer service do better

My husband took our vehicle for a scheduled service.We were given an Altama loaner from Enterprise, not a Range Rover Loaner like we’ve been given in the past. My husband says the service did not meet expectations as in the past - Not sure what has happened when Land Rover…COVID must have really changed things but not for the better.

Bought a Jaguar XJ from Tommy at the dealership. Looked brand new inside and out for the most part. Did the whole deal over FaceTime. Tommy was very professional and worked the deal really good. This was a rough visit fraught with delays and miscommunications. Additionally, I live out of town and had to travel to get service from my closest Land Rover Dealer and was stuck in JAX for 3 days. All that said, Mary was professional, polite, engaged in solving my problem and overall, a wonderful service care manager. She even found it in her calm and comfort me. Actually, the entire staff showed up that way. It almost made the bill and time tolerable.
I worked with David to have my vehicle serviced. He explained everything out and set the expectations upfront. While I waited in the lobby I was greeted by every employee that walked by. Great customer service!
We went to Range River Jacksonville this weekend to look at some vehicles. I’m new to this brand so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I have to say, I’m impressed all around. Our sales rep, Tommy, was super helpful, made us feel important, and made the purchasing experience pleasant. He was sure to let us see and experience every vehicle we wanted to without hesitation.I ended up getting a birthday present of a 2021 Velar. By far the nicest car I have ever driven. They style and technology of this car is top notch.

DO NOT BUY USED CARS FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! They sold me a used car and it broke down less than 3 months later. When I gave it to dealership, they never resolved resolved the issues and now they say they dont work on my car though they promised service in JACKSONVILLE as part of warranty and asked me to go Orlando. They are very arrogant and coming with lies that i said bad words to deny service. The advisor who submitted my service was discriminating and making faces on me and my son was evidence sitting there with me. Service advisor was suppose to help but he irritate to make us argue with them for coming up with these reasons to deny service. They treat people very bad on top not servicing when you have full warranty on the car. Mary is the only helpful person where she submitted the service request but one arrogant manager called me and denied service saying with false allegations that i said bad words etc which is total lie. He totally ignored that service advisor was making faces where he can clearly see in the recordings from the cameras.I complaint to Jaguar USA as well Florida consumer department and need to go next level if this is not taken care form this dealer.Clay Cartihers, I am adding my comments after your response but I guess you spoke with my son and not sure it is you or someone else but looks for me your team is coming up with more false statements like last time i was told not to come etc but no truth in it and also Mary was service advisor last time then within few days i called back as same issue repeated then she told to drop the car again. I booked in January and also in April/May but couldnt drop the car due to pandemic and able to come in July. I also came last week to service my other vehicle there itself and also told Derek coming this week again. There was no truth whatever you are trying to say and looks like preparing all false to defend from yourself without resolving the issue. The guy who called me on phone after i came home dropping my car, i am going to get restraining order and he spoke very arrogant. I hope you resolve this issue but i am not threatening like the guy threatened me and also harassed by calling enterprise we dont pay rental car etc,. where rental was issued before that. Al my work has been disturbed 2 days because of this and also my son work as I dont want to deal with arrogant and also if they continue show discrimination. On top of it your team added more mantal stress on me which is affecting my work.Also, anyone not agree with your whatever your team saying is not that you say dont come as you sold the car with warranty and service in Jacksonville. If i dont like will move on to some other service but you are obligated to service as you sold the car with showing JACKSONVILLE service with warranty. your team can say again that it is not on paper as your usual style but no one buy car if you say you have to go 130 miles for service and it is not on paper from yours also that if you dont like me i have to go to Orlando service if your team argue that way not in paper etc,. as i know your team looks like more interested to blame customer than servicing and for me they are experts in that area!!

Kristine is probably one of the most patient and non pushy sales associates I’ve ever dealt with. It took me 3 weeks to decide on a vehicle and not once did she hound me, robo call me, nothing. She answered every question and took every call and was extremely friendly. I felt like I already knew her by the time I finally purchased and felt bad I put her through three weeks of uncertainty. I had other dealerships, ( and still do ) still hounding me even after I’ve said I’ve purchased a vehicle. Great, easy, friendly experience. Thank you to all the ladies that helped me!
A difficult and frustrating buying experience as my sales queries often went unanswered for days at a time. I buy a new car every year and this was definitely a new experience for me. After a 2 1/2 hour drive to buy the car, several features I was told the car had, l found it did not include them. I queried the salesperson as to whether or not they could be added to the delivered vehicle at my cost. He will check, said salesperson and Its now been several days without response. At the last moment I decided to buy a spare tire cover at the quoted price of $300 but was charged $340 totaling $370 with tax only to find when I returned home the msrp is $256.50. Ouch! After delivery, it took additional calls to remind them to setup InControl remote monitor. Its working now after calls to other people at the dealership to help. UPDATE Its been nearly two weeks since I purchased the car and no one has contacted me about anything. Not sure how to process this. Im giving up. They lost a new-car-every-year customer and I will take my business elsewhere.

Mary has literally been the best thing that has happened to me when dealing with Land Rover since I bought my evoque. She is the template of courteous, considerate, accommodating, and any other attribute that plays into exceptional customer service. Thank you for making me feel like this company cares about my satisfaction.I agree with the bad reviews in regards to when I first bought my vehicle during test drive I noticed squeaking of the brakes which my sales person informed me he would put it on my IOU form so I could bring it in to have it fixed. They gave me all these excuses why they couldnt fix it and that the sound is natural with high performance brakes. So unfortunately my brakes are still squeaking. Unfortunately I probably will not be buying from this company again but I will miss the interaction with Mary.
I purchased a 2021 Range Rover and had a really wonderful experience. My sales consultant was Nick Holledge. My dream car was located in Lakeland so there was a lot of workings behind the scene, but the dealerships worked things out so I could get the LandRover that I wanted. Nick had to drive a truck 3 hours down and another 3 hours back in order for me to get the vehicle I wanted. I haven’t had the car for even a week yet, but I can tell you, it drives like a dream! I love all of the technology features in the car. I’ve spent a lot of time googling the things I want to learn. It is a really luxurious, yet fun car to drive. I highly recommend this great vehicle and the Jacksonville LandRover dealership.
Their service is a complete joke. I made an appointment for them to check my check engine light. Waited 3 weeks for my appointment. They have now had my vehicle for 2 days and have not checked my engine light. Love my range rover and need a new vehicle in the next 8mo but....why would I (anyone) sign up for this again? Of course, no loaner vehicles available for another 40 days.

Ive been a customer of LR Jax since I was 16. I was always happy with the service I received from them! Im now 23 & decided to purchase another Range Rover and wanted to give them my business as I had a great experiences in 2014-2017. I was in communication with one of their associates about test driving a specific model & all of the options I was looking for, ready to essentially purchase that day - I heard nothing back after repeated follow ups. I ended up purchasing my car with LR Palm Beach - they even delivered my car the next day. I once again reached out to LR Jax to discuss servicing my vehicle with them. After two voicemails & two we get back to yous once again - heard nothing. I do highly recommend their parts center - but Ill continue to do business with LR Palm Beach & take my vehicle to my trusted British mechanic when I need service here in town

Worst car service experience of my life. After finally getting through their terrible phone system, was able to book a service appointment for three weeks out. Blocked time on my calendar to be available to bring the car in. Was called the day before my scheduled appointment and was told they were 50 tickets behind and would have to reschedule for a few weeks down the road. I contacted the General Manager to complain. He set up a valet service for the following week. Valet picked up the car and later that day I received a text saying the recommended service would cost $899. I explained that this was the first service on our Land Rover and was told that it involved only an oil change and tire rotation and that the first service was free. The service advisor said that was not the case. I was ultimately charged $365 for an oil change and tire rotation. They kept the car for 6 days! Needless to say, I will never use this dealership again.

I have a 2020 Defender I bought new and the warning lights come on and light it up like a Christmas tree. I have made several calls to the service department so I could at least talk to an advisor and hopefully get the Defender in to get it repaired. I have left two messages and no one calls me back. The warning lights say the vehicle isn’t safe to drive. Pretty sad customer service but it’s what I have come to expect from Fields. Better off trading it in on a Tesla or a Buick where surely I would get better service.
I have bought/leased three vehicles from this dealership within the last three years. Their service department is so bad that we do not plan on purchasing through this dealership again. They are under staffed and management could care less once they cash your check for the new vehicle purchase. We have started taking our vehicle to Orlando to get serviced. Proceed with the caution, these folks are truly that bad.

I will never buy from this dealership again. I had it transported from this dealership to Mississippi and when it arrived it had scratches all over the car, after I was insuranced that it was just one little scratch on it. I was insuranced that it was no mechanical problems with it and the air does not work. I live in Mississippi and it gets over 100 degrees over the summer. I wouldnt never bought a car with air problems. Worst dealership I dealt with!!!

They will sell you a lemon and then tell you to commit insurance fraud to get your money back.DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.Edit to respond to owner: again - yall didnt even check under the hood when she made it to YOUR dealership and told her to keep driving the car somewhere else. You sold her a car with a defective serpentine belt and then wouldnt even look at the car you sold her when it broke. Who would want to buy from a company like that? Not anyone reading this review.

Land Rover of Jacksonville could be the best auto store we have patronized – and we have purchased 36 vehicles including this gorgeous Range Rover Velar we are now driving.We had very good experiences with them servicing our Range Rover Sport on several occasions. Accordingly, when we decided to trade in the Sport, of course we were going to give them the chance to show us if their excellent business practices extended to the Sales Department.It may have been the dealership, or it may have been John O’Brian, the Sales and Leasing Consultant that worked incredibly hard non-stop to find us the right vehicle, but the entire sales experience was the best we have had in recent memory. We would also like to acknowledge an excellent job by Bill Bingham in Sales and Finance in closing out the paperwork.Accordingly, we Highly Recommend you ask for John O’Brian at Jaguar Land Rover Jacksonville for either a Land Rover vehicle or a Jaguar (we were able to test drive multiple models of both brands) and he will find you the vehicle you want too.
This place is a hit or a miss first time I went was a good experience, next terrible so terrible that I called land rover Corp. To complain, this time because I had to it was okayUpdate: car was in there for a month very few updates got it back the piller wasnt put in right and hood was left open. No loaner car was given to me and even audi was able to get me one in a few days. Really bad experience dont think I will buy or service my car here again

If you have an issue with a brand new vehicle, expect to wait weeks and weeks before getting into their service department which has to be the worst of any dealership in the area. 99% of the time, you get a recording and asked to leave a message which is never returned.

I accepted waiting, Derek came and told me why it was taking a bit long. I bought my Evoque 12 months ago, it was my 1st visit and the car felt brand new when I left!

My husband leased a BRAND NEW Land Rover DS off the SHOWROOM floor here in Jacksonville, as an early Christmas gift/surprise to me on 11/28/20. Upon driving the vehicle for a day, we realized the front sensor was knocked out. My husband inspected the front sensor, and realized the cars whole right side- front bumper was horribly scratched up.The inside of the bumper was all cracked and broken. The pieces were out of place and it had appeared that this showroom- brand new vehicle had been slightly wrecked or hit and not reported. THE STORY GETS BETTER HOLD ON. We contacted them to let them know, and they almost immediately sent out a Jag F-pace 3.0 for us to drive- Nice ride, BUT we did not receive our Land Rover back until January 25th 2021! Heres why; First, we were contacted by them and were made aware that our brand new bumper was gonna be placed onto our brand new car and everything else would be fixed free of charge. We were happy and patiently waiting for our vehicle. As we waited, about a week or so later we were contacted about the new bumper, we were told that in paint, they dropped the bumper and were going to replace it because it wasnt something that they would want on their vehicle. At this point we were a little discouraged that they were going to replace the bumper for the second time, totaling in three bumpers for one vehicle. We realize the holidays happened and parts take a while to come in but we were not contacted for weeks at a time. My husband would call to ask of the progress- no reply. At this point we were very agitated, we already paid 3 payments on a vehicle we only had for 2 DAYS. It felt as if we kept getting the run around and this establishment seemed very unprofessional in the weeks that they did not reply to our inquires. Fast forward to 1/25/21 we drove almost an hour to the dealership to pick up our vehicle, because it wasnt a priority for them to get it to us at this point. We talked to the new sales manager, because during all of this they changed management. We were assured that it was for sure, a brand new vehicle-never been driven by anyone who didnt work for the dealership or test drives? Everything seemed to be fine with the vehicle the day we picked it up everything had been repaired with the bumper and sensors. But it was filthy! Not cleaned once since they had it. The very next day we were putting our things back in the car, organizing the center console, and I found a large blue PILL, upon investigating further- we realized the plastic inserts can be taken out of the console. We removed the piece and discovered ANOTHER PILL, money, an object, and a Sams club membership card for a man whose identity I will leave out, but is not believed to work at the dealership, or has yet to be confirmed; because they will no longer return our calls or texts. My husband and I are furious at this point! All of this seems like it has been very shady, leasing it as a showroom new vehicle but being damaged and then had a random mans belongings in the console. We are disappointed in the lack of professionalism and luxury at this luxury car dealership. Will think again on where we lease a car from come three years from now. At this point we do not even want this vehicle but are stuck...

My car is now at the shop for 2 weeks and work has not been started. Service advisor submitted incorrect info to warranty company. After several calls and back and fourth, advisor promised a callback 1/29. No callback and the advisor is out of office today ... Would not be that bad if I at least had a loner car but no.. Ive had several transactions and interactions with Brumos/Fields on the Lexus and Mercedes side but this is so awful that I will avoid fields as much as possible....

If I could give zero Stars I would. My vehicle was at the dealership for almost a whole month not to mention I didnt get the courtesy wash and Vac As promised. There was a mystery stain on the passenger door that wasnt there before I dropped off. I was notified of something needed to repaired after a complete fix of what I needed serviced. How do I know the pin wasnt damaged when RR fixed it... Now my truck turns off by its self when its placed in park, which never happened before.I cant help but to think the worst..Before anyone tries to say anything about money that was not an issue I just need my vehicle to be fixed and I dont appreciate The lack of service experienced. There is more that I would like to say but its too much for this postI will be calling Corporate with my other concerns.

Terrible! Bought new 2020 Range Rover Sport in October, 2020. LR dealer service manager in Charleston noticed a missing part that had never been installed-towhook cover. Jacksonville LR and Land Rover NA flat refused to install the missing part. Stay away!! Cost me $390. Its the principal!Later: Reviews matter!General manager stepped up, reimbursed me the $390, and apologized for the run around.Ill try them again but go t the top of any issues.
Mary Osei in the Service Department was awesome and kept me updated! She was a breath of fresh air after dealing with several bad experiences with that department prior. Randi Pannick in the Sales department is also awesome and helped me navigate the purchase of my Land Rover Discovery. Ask for them by name.

Perfect second car for a Land Rover? A Tow Truck! You better invest in oil too because this thing leaks oil faster then JAX Land Rover condescending sales staff losing a lead! Horrible customer service and awful vehicle for the price point
Initially I was pleased with the Land Rover I purchased at the Fields dealer in Jacksonville. Luis was my sales representative and although there was a small conflict, I would still rate him as a very good guy. However, I have had to return my vehicle twice. Once for the airbag light and secondly for the check engine light. During each visit, I was provided with details of work that needed to be done. A brake job was recommended, but I elected to have them checked before spending the amount suggested. The vehicle I purchased was a 2016 Range Rover Sport with less that 19 thousand miles on it. The picture is what I observed when the tire was removed. I dont think this is a safe practice if a dealer will let you leave without ensuring you are safe. I have purchased a lot of vehicles in my life, but I dont normally check the brake pads prior to leaving the lot.

My recent visit at Land Rover Jacksonville was exceptional. Clay, the new Service Director is amazing. His knowledge of Land Rover vehicles is exactly what Jax needs. My Range Rover had been checked a few times for a reoccurring issue. No one was able to identify or explain to me what was going on. Clay asked me a few questions, drove the vehicle by himself, asked me to ride with him, was able to get the vehicle to do what I explained, then educated me on why this is normal for my vehicle. His customer service and conflict resolution skills are remarkable. Today, Land Rover gained a life-long customer (as long as Clay is around lol) Thank you.
I can hardly express how wonderful an experience we just had buying a new vehicle with Andrew Byers (Drew) We were in and out on no time and he was able to meet and exceed our needs! The last time I purchased a vechile I was at the dealership for hours on end. I was actually dreading going through that again. Well it was a totally different experience and Im grateful. My experience with Land Rover of Jacksonville has been by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. My Land Rover Specialist Chris Cutting was out standing from beginning till even now after I have had my car for a little while. He asked the right questions and made sure that any concern I had was addressed to every little detail. Cannot say enough to thank him. If your looking for a new vehicle hes the man to go to!Sales Manager Mike and Dealership Manager (which his name is eluding me right now) where outstanding. I purchased my 2020 Range Rover Velar from Nick. He was top notch from start to finish. He worked with my very busy work schedule and answered my texts promptly. I was very specific about the vehicle I wanted and I commend him for his efforts on getting it transferred so quickly from another location. I love my car! Ask for Nick and youll be in good hands.
I have always been a fan of this location and taken my vehicle for service when needed, but this last time I took my vehicle in, due to a vehicle recall, I was met with nothing but unsatisfactory results. I took my vehicle in during late December 2020 because my windshield was leaking rain water into my cabin space. They explained there was a recall and could not provide a loner car. They ended up giving me a rental from enterprise, which is totally fine. Then, a few days later they called to tell me they have a loner car and I needed to bring the rental back to do an exchange. I live in Saint Augustine so it is a bit of a drive but I understood. I get a new loner car and it works for the meantime, but almost a whole month passes by before they call to tell me my vehicle is ready to be picked up. We drive down there to pick it up and it isn’t even ready. We sit and wait almost an hour and what we were met with is unacceptable. I felt like my car was given back to me in worse condition than we had dropped it off in. There were two used covid masks left behind by employees in my car and my windshield still had tape in place to hold it in. Also, the the pillars weren’t even set back into place and there was sticky residue on it too. The pillars were sticking out! Unbelievable to say the least! To top it off, the service lady who called us to tell us it was ready, hadn’t even checked on this prior to our arrival. She left for the day! I was appalled with this being a luxury branded company. We told the man who brought us our car that it was unacceptable and he agreed with us! What??!!! We told him we were dissatisfied and that we would be back to pick it up when it was corrected. Come to find out in the process... they had given my loner car away. Now I’m in another car. Car 3! Drove it back home and called the manager the next day. Explained everything that had happened up until now and he told us he would call us back to see what he could do to make this right. He also ended up asking us if we had left the covid masks in the car?? What? That is just rude. My car is my pride and joy and I take good care of it. Anyways, he never ended up calling back. We called them back and they couldn’t do anything as far as customer service goes. No type of consideration or any type of agreement was reached. We are very unsatisfied customers. Very disappointing to see this location going downhill!
