Service rep did a good job communicating and giving updates (including a video from the master mechanics inspection). Only reason I didnt give them five stars was pricing - with $150 pee hour service rate, it seems a bit high, even for a luxury brand.

Was very surprised at how I was treated for how much that is spent on those cars sold there. I was charged a restocking fee for a part that was not correct. Could understand if I ordered the wrong part, but I showed a picture of what I needed and wasnt even close to what I needed. But I have to pay for returning it. And wasnt even told of the fee till I noticed it on the return receipt where the full refund was not given. Could have told me about the fee for restocking an incorrect ordered part, but I had to notice it on the receipt and ask why the full refund wasnt given. Just not very professional in my eyes.

Tom bush dealer on Atlantic blvd made a key for my 2002 BMW 330i last September and last week (10/22/21)the car didn’t want to start we tow it to the closest mechanic in st Augustine T/S the issue with no fault found . He called BMW mobile mechanics t/ s the issue to a bad key. It cost 390$ for the key plus 200$ for mechanic labor .Today I went back to the dealer to ask for another key since they made me one just last September for 241$ which went bad within a monthThe part tech did go to his manager and told him the issue.Then the manager got out and he told me one sentence “ if you need a key you have to pay for itFor me I told him thanks and have a good day

Everything was great from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. Quiet service/waiting area. Complimentary wifi while you are waiting so I was able to work on school work.Service work was done quickly and was out within an hour for a battery change. Great service and dealership is very nice. Extremely overpriced for servicing though. And they charged me 200 dollars for diagnostics and didn’t even vacuum the car after they messed up the carpets.

Walt was very good in securing my vehicle as my husband and I drove 4 hours to arrive in Jacksonville to look at it and then purchase it. This was a used 2018 BMW X3 40i. I thought Walt was excellent to work with however, when we met with the gentleman who goes over payment (if we wanted additional coverage packages etc) I felt it was all about the transaction. There was no congratulations in buying a new vehicle. So my advice be less transactional and not forget about the person and the experience they’re having — which should be a very happy and exciting time for most people.

I took my 2013 x1 in to get a oil leak and coolant leak and brakes. The brake light was on the service engine soon light was i drop the car off on Friday and I pick it up today i spent $1,300 my brake light is still on and my service engine soon light came back on when I pulled out of the dealership i pulled back in to find out what was the problem the service manager said they didnt fix anything else because I didnt tell them too but I called 4 times Friday and 3 times yesterday to ask was there anything else wrong no one called me back so now I have to take my car to another dealership miss 3 more days of work

Upon arriving I was greeted by by a service drive gentleman that is from Chattanooga tn ....which I just moved from Nashville a few months ago (great to be in familiar company) this gentlemen is black I apologize for I do not remember his name GREAT GUY really helped calm the false sense of Hugh prices going thru my head he seated us and returned with a service advisor Arsen Naumenko he came in and gave us his spill on what he needed to do and about how long it would take . About an hour or so I received a text and video from Isaiah Wilson our tech with full detail of what was going on and how he planned and fix the problem (I work at lexus I wish our service department did this) ! 20 mins later Arsen comes tells me it was 1300.00 was the bill I was ok I had already guessed it would be around 1400.00 dollars for this repair I asked credit card he said no everything was taken cared of via warranty !!!AWESOME TEAM ...Where as you guys couldve got me you didnt even though I was from out of town you guys took me in on a sat and took care of us A HUGE THANK YOU !!

Bought a 2015 335i from Cole and he was amazing. Having used to work at a dealership myself, Cole was a fantastic salesman, stayed in contact answered all of my questions and had everything ready for me at time of delivery. The whole process at Tom Bush was great and I would buy all of my future BMWs from them!

Brought my M3 in for a transmission problem diagnosis. I provided very specific instructions about when the problem is most likely to occur (in parking lots, slow speed, start-stop). The SA calls me later to tell me that the tech drove it a lot on the road and couldnt replicate the problem. Also said there was no clutch slippage. Of course they couldnt replicate, they didnt drive it like I told them. So I had to go in early Saturday morning to drive the car with the tech. Quick drive around the parking lot and the problem showed up immediately. A few hours the SA calls to tell me the car needs a new clutch. I asked how the diagnosis was determined and I got a bunch of words that didnt really amount to anything. Definitely did not provide any confidence in proceeding with a $5000 repair.

Moose, Davis, Tom, and Dan were all awesome and very accommodating. I initially picked one car and then decided to switch to a different certified pre-owned 7 series a week later and they made it very seamless. They have a customer for life in me.

Outstanding customer service every time by Todd Thompson. My wife and I drive 4 hours from South Florida every 3 years to Jacksonville because the service is that good. They didnt have the exact car my wife wanted in stock. Todd found the car at another dealership within hours and had it ready to go when we arrived. My service advisor is very helpful I must be the only one who had a bad experience other than that ...I got my car back to see I was over charge price was 3800 but the sales men came and fix it when I told my advisor that this didn’t match my quote price ... my a/c vibrates now at high temps and they didn’t screw back my shield protecter under neath my car it’s dragging ... I sent videos and pictures to y’all email ... nor didn’t I receive car wash or vacuum after paying more then 2000 for labor ... can manager please contact me ....

After months of searching for the perfect M4 I found one searching on a 3rd party website that directed me to contact Tom Bush BMW. The first person I spoke with was Mario G, I told him I was a serious buyer and within minutes I had pics of the car on the lift going through the CPO process and his fair assessment of the car giving it a 9.5 in his opinion and boy was he right! He texted me the pics and sent videos from his personal iPhone. His customer is some of the best I’ve seen in any respect not just cars. He answered all my questions and he was able to get me and finance manger Dan (who is great too) on the same page. I had tint added as well and the Fawaz (installer) was easy to commicate with just as Mario was. Sending pics of his progress and dealing with my request to change the existing tint after having already worked on the car. I discussed with Mario adding a new rear spoiler and we decided to have it installed by the body shop which did a phenomenal job and Amel corrected an error in the install price that was above and beyond the services performed. The only bummer about the car buying process was dealing with the company policy with out of state purchases and having to wait weeks for the check to process. That being said that isn’t the fault of anyone I dealt with at the dealership. I was even given a ride across the street in a new car by their partner dealership. These folks go out of their way to make you happy!

We had a great sales person —very responsive to what I was asking for! He always wore a mask. We were not pleased when we went to sign all paperwork went into the finance office the person there was not wearing a mask but some kind of mini shield — very awkward to say anything and that made us very uncomfortable.

Well, let me start off by saying this is my 6th BMW serviced by Tom Bush Jacksonville Atlantic BLVD. My top advisors were Steve Knoupous and Rich Berry, no joke, professional and personable. These two have been the only two advisors I trust. Now, the maintenance cost of owning/servicing a BMW are not expensive when you want it done right, and can afford to own these vehicles. Tom Bush has been my go to every time theres a issue or service I cannot due myself. Their cost is 100$-125$ a service hour but this also includes a new BMW loaner, and a parts and labor warranty (piece of mind). I will not be taking my newer (2012 and up) BMWs any where else. Thanks for always doing right by me Tom Bush BMW.
